Honestly, it is very very difficult and often leads to burnout and breakdown. We’ve been told we can have it all and a very small few do. Personally 32 hours is the most I can work without my life and home falling apart.

Exploit is not the word I would choose. As far as instinct - men’s instinct to fertilize as many eggs as possible, not to protect women.
