What do you have in your kitchen? I find the real battle is not buying junk at the supermarket. Its harder to put on weight when you’re only eating meat, fruit, vegetables and rice as that’s all you have at home. ¶ My other tips are: 1. Hi Rifleshoot, I just woke up 5 minutes ago and haven't had the 3 cups of coffee necessary to make sense yet on Reddit -- so I won't properly respond to your comment but just seek clarification about this part and this part only: fasting? (from your 2nd sentence) Do you mean "absolute fasting" or "intermittent fasting"? absolute fasting intermittent fasting (just curious)
