Please read the book: the psychopath code. The woman you described is EXACTLY what is described in that book. Your instincts were very right.

Nootropics/ adaptogens come after a proper diet and excercise. That being said, i tried them all and they really can make a difference. Currently on a stack with creatine, ashwagandha, maca. Immensely improves my sleep, excercise results and focus at work.

Very deep bro. But in the end it should be about how you can use these other things for your own benefits, thats true red pill

Late comment but what you describe is basically borderline personality disorder. In this condition people experience periods of hypomania (high energy, euphoria, irrational confidence) followed by a period of depression (overthinking, no confidence etc.). There are theories americans are more prone to this disorder and that this might be the reason for the business succes in the US. It's called "the hypomanic edge"

Really BP post. Life is competition, it's all about getting in the 10%, which will certainly make you happy because of respect and attention from girls. Accepting yourself is not enough, you must become better.

If you have a great job and tell her, she will see you as potential provider and withhold sex. She wants commitment because guys who are fit and have a carreer are rarely single.

Well whats the purpose of strength if you cant even throw a mediocre punch ? May be usefull if you want to drag logs around in the woods or something

There have been some studies that indicate a lack of creatine in vegetarians. So it will probably have a higher impact. In the gym it helps with that last two reps that will tear your muscles. It's just a supplement though, eating unprocessed food and a balanced diet are more important.

If you want to be strong, start doing martial arts. Some gym bros who really seem strong need to take a deep breath, swing their whole body without any speed to then hit with some mediocre strength. This really made me realise how weak some of the gym bros really are.

As a vegetarian I supplement with creatine because vegetarians generally have a defficiency. Also helps with memory for vegetarians. I'm confident it helps in the gym, but only marginally.

If I learned one thing from 1984 it is that anger phase is not good for you! Better play along if the state is totalitarian

The power of social media is limited. In the Netherlands the police is now having talks with citizens that are against new asylum centres, even when the posts are legal. They are then told that their posts generate turmoil and that they are turning groups of people against eachother. In Germany Facebook is now actively removing "hate speech" in collaboration with the government.

I read a research about this subject. Unfortunately I can't find it anymore but the main point was something like this: Women aren't attracted to money (above a basic threshold), they are attracted to character traits that show high potential of generating money, e.g. intelligence and alpha traits. So it makes sense that if you buy expensive watches and suits and really carry yourself like you mean it, it attracts attention of women.

It's not only about sex, traits that will get you sex will also improve your life in other ways. Being more in control, reduction of fear, being more happy and more respected are all consequences of a RP lifestyle.

Poor analogy. Could as well state that we are playing a game and that language is the videocard and emotions are the CPU ..

It's an e-commerce cms recently acquired by Ebay. It's really flexible if you can navigate through the code, but the flexibility comes at a price. It's really complex and there are many models and config files and file structures that need to be understood. Strong points are that it's really scalable and can be optimized for world class traffic.

It's not that wild. Generally there's a designer, a coder and an accountsman. Coders are 18 year old and inexperienced, but good enough. I think they charge about €60 per hour so. one site takes about 40 designer hours and 20 coder hours. The company where I work makes Magento webshops and that is where the big bucks are right now. Really a buyers market, they only take projects they like and partners that don't mind paying good money. They charge about €90 per hour, and design & frontend get at…

I currently work for an e-commerce company, in the same building is a webdesign company that only builds Wordpress sites. They charge about 3000 to 5000 euro for one website. They customize a lot though, and they are great designers. It is really great for simple websites that need to look fancy.

Morals are a biological trait of humans, guidelines for groups of people how to behave. In earlier times this was essential for communities to function properly. As a consequence of this, acting with morals was rewarded with higher status. Nowadays we still have these morals intuitively. But they don't apply anymore because our communities are too large and impersonal. All of our intuitions are based on millions of years of living in small communities where everyone knew each other. Our biologic…

What I realized is that after finding out the true social dynamics, you sometimes have to lie conciously. Whereas women often really believe the pc things they say, I often need to conciously say things that I dont believe in just to not make myself seen as an outcast.

I guess I'm lucky I experienced something like this early on. When I was 16 a girl that was flirting with me started kissing another dude in front of me. I left, cried, and had my first 'red pill' experience. That I had to become stronger and better. Not for her, but to not get screwed over and to be in control in general.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
