No one really wants to go to the military, it's just a responsibility. And in my honest opinion, if you're gonna become a naturalized citizen of a country, you should not only be given the rights of a citizen, but the responsibilities too. Why should a naturalized citizen be free from conscription when they have the rights provided from a citizenship? Suddenly forcing half the population who were previously exempt from conscription to be suddenly forced into military duty would cause extreme out…

Korean here, in our (I guess you could consider misogynistic?) culture, we view military duty as a man's work. Asian cultures in general have a thing with "honor" and such, which makes every man have to serve in the military. The new laws that extend this service to naturalized citizens aren't really excluding women for being women, it's just expanding on the current law where only men need to serve in the military.

I mean, women take longer than men in using restrooms, so having more restrooms dedicated to women than men does make sense.
