Start stronglifts or any other beginner program. As you get stronger you can look into hypertrophy.

Is a 200 pound squat really that good? If so then I should be kicking myself. I was doing that for reps at 17 years old, but always thought I was a novice. Then my gym membership ran out and the price increase was too much for me >.<

Don't overanalyse. Just do Stronglifts. As you gain experience with the bar, and get stronger, you will find out what works. Watch some Elliott Hulse videos too. Greyskull has training to failure, which honestly is not what you want as a beginner.

It isn't like if you study manipulation enough you will never get it wrong. You will fail, but you must choose low risk people who you can afford to fail with.

If anything people create a situation for themselves where they receive better opportunities. Now that is on you no matter where you're from.

"you've destroyed the inner tools you need to get yourself out of laziness. Maybe you've become depressed, maybe you've developed anxiety, and now you can't even beat inertia. Sad way to go." I have come so close to this in the past. What you talk about is very real. It's hard. Very hard to get out of a pit. But when you do start moving (And if you keep at it you will), never stop! Build on that momentum and you will move faster and faster. But remember the past and learn from it. It will call b…

Sleep helps your memory. Get a minimum of 7 hours a night, and upto 8 as your exams get closer.

What is and isn't alpha is not what someone else defines for you. It is a mindset, a natural state of being that is internally influenced. I am sure people with a redpill mindset have adopted children. Not their DNA, yes, but they can raise them as their own anyway.

No one can take your character from you. Keep building character. Everything else will flow from it.

Where's the science in what you're saying? There are many variables in different cultures.

Being ketogenic for a long time also interestingly increases your insulin resistance. Ketogenic is good for a short term, but staying between 50 and 100 grams of carbs is better for long term health.

If you're taking a zinc supplement, be careful of the zinc/copper ratio.

Then don't, and choose someone else. Why do you care what someone else does with her life?

Sounds cowardly, selfish, and against what being a man stands for. It's stooping to a very low level, and indicates oneitis. Focus on yourself, do what you need and want to do, if she starts to act up, next her. Simple.

You gotta work with what you got. It isn't hamstering. You can't live your life believing you're inferior because there is something about you that you cannot change. Now if the guy said he's fat but that's okay because he's got a great smile and can talk well, that's hamstering.

It could be argued that if you actually were happy with your life in the past, your potential would have been limited for you would have no incentive to get better.
