i'm talking about real life scenarios. of course this was partially or fully fabricated to add drama, but in a real scenario, your options as a customer are to complain to the wait staff, the manager, take it, or leave. in a real restaurant, you dont have real access to the chef or cooking staff. that's on purpose. they dont have to deal with customers. if they fuck up, they get told, and try and fix the problem...and not by the customer.

my point is the judge can penalize someone based on nothing but his own discretion and personal opinions. its essentially a "dont fuck with me" penalty. if the judge feels disrespected or offended or gets his feelings hurt, or is just in the mood, he can raise someones bail, jail time etc. most judges are reasonable and dont fly off the handle, but there are some, as i said, that abuse their power, and that's what i'm against.
