Nothing better than meeting someone irl through friends, at a party, etc. The times I’ve been luckiest with women are the times I had 0 expectations for meeting anyone. Just show up, have a good time, enjoy the night, be curious about everyone. You’ll exude comfort, looseness and confidence and people will want to be around you.
