Idk. First , cancer is literally radical free growth of cells. That's it. It becomes a problem when these masses of rapidly growing cells (tumors) begin to utilize o2, nutrients and nourishment from the body. I'd imagine that severing any type of tissue, initiating the regrowth/healing process within the human body can as in has a SLIGHT chance of triggering a rapid growth of cells in the scrotum. You need to know your BMR and TDEE and aim to eat less than that amount. Exercise in all forms can buy you some wiggle room as far as having another meal, but really it's calories in-calories out. 10-15% defecit of your TDEE is a normal goal for a cut, where a 20-25% is a bit more extreme but will produce results faster. When I'm on a cut my workout doesn't change. Doesn't have to. And try and drink about a gallon of water a day.
