1	Do I chase it or wait? I feel like writing (even drawing) is one of those things that is incredibly healthy and yet not recommended as often as I would expect here; putting down all of the crazy thoughts I've had stewing at the end of a day is often my best or most insightful personal work and is an invaluable tool for personal reflection.
