I like how you handled yourself on the View, they were ready to make a blood sacrifice out of you, but you came out confident and genuine which of course is what you learn along the way. My question, did the ladies of the view speak with you after? did they approve or continue to disapprove of your view of social engineering?

Start developing positive internal dialogue, go to the gym and exercise a bunch, pick up a hobby like dancing or rock climbing and get great at it, and stop giving a fuck what anybody thinks about you, don't be afraid to add to a conversation but not be a prick about it, compliment people regularly, have a sense of humor about yourself, and maximize your personal strengths while developing others.

not to mention it feels as if she went out, learned the world was full of dick holes and then comes scrambling back to you, because it's safe... you did the right thing man, good for you. It is terribly hard to say no to someone you loved for a long time, but your better off for it, just reflect on how much you have learned and developed since you have been apart, and know that you will meet someone that is completely deserving and on par with your confidence and happiness.

that would also be spiteful and malicious, and inner game is about becoming a better person, rising above that petty shit.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
