The pricing is beyond competitive, but it was lacking features and reporting when eval'd in 2011. Also - I had no idea Mailchimp went enterprise with Mandrill. While they (and no one, really) can't beat SES on price, I've had good experience with them outside the office. An aside: Have you checked out this Richards woman's LinkedIn?
