Adding a girl on Snapchat and never talking to her doesn't make us friends lmao. You clearly don't seem to understand group social Dynamics.

That's the thing though, I'm not just like "Hey that girls attractive I'm gonna try and fuck her" but rather "Hey that girls attractive AND she's giving tons of signs that she's interested in me". A lot of these girls I'll just meet at a party and then we won't speak for weeks/months until we run into each other again, but the second time she's had my snap and seen all the shit I've been up to. Then, paired with a bit of IRL social proof, the interest becomes a whole lot clearer. That hard 1 wee…

It's a pop culture slang word, not a RP term. It's super common the last year or so.

Everyone here is taking this shit too seriously. Sounds like they're just young guys fucking around, all you gotta do is smile, laugh, and do whatever they do back to you and they'll fuck off. They're not trying to devalue you, you're just being uptight about it.

What I did when I started working out was bodyweight for a couple months, then when my strength was alright moving and could do 3+ sets of 10 pull ups, 20+ pushups, tons of situps, and all that shit I moved to weight lifting. Bodyweight's a good way to start if you're hella weak but lifting weights is so much better for both strength and mass. The only reason I don't feel like I wasted my time doing bodyweight is that I can still crank out pushups and pullups way better than dudes fitter than me…

The part of multiple ejaculations in a short period of time having an accumulative effect is so accurate in my experience. Generally I have sex once a week on the same night, and that keeps me feeling pretty good. I'm confident, motivated, energized, but get off just enough to not be thinking about sex constantly. If I have sex again midway through the week I feel worse, but still generally feel good within a day or two. But if I have sex 2 nights in a row, it gets so much worse. I feel like shi…

Having strong enough frame and confidence will invite shit tests in anyone. Walk with your head high and chest out, and say whatever the fuck you think. Men and women both will inevitably be curious why you're so confident.

The best thing I've found is to just think to yourself "I'm excited I'm excited I'm excited..." over and over again whenever you're feeling anxious. It gets you out of any negative thought loops you're starting to enter and gives you something positive to focus on. Suddenly you're not worried about what that hot chick is thinking about you, that feeling in your chest isn't insecurity or fear, but excitement! Abuse the placebo effect to your advantage. In 20 or 30 seconds you go from worried to s…

When you resort to calling me racist instead of telling me why I'm incorrect it's most certainly a buzzword, that's the definition of a buzzword. You can call me racist for pointing out the average African American has an IQ 15 points lower than the average white, but I'm still 100% correct. You're just calling me names because you can't think of a way to respond rhetorically.
/r/TheRedPill20/04/17 04:12 AM

I'll take my pseudo philosophical racist tangents and false equivalencies elsewhere then, cheers. Also, the fact that it took you three gigantic paragraphs to tell me you aren't going to address a single point I made affirm my belief that you are in fact a brainwashed idiot. You can flex your vocablary, spew buzzwords, strawman and attack me personally all you'd like, but it only takes three words to say "I am wrong".

The trend for skin color is somewhere in the middle of the spectrum, just like most other non-sexual traits. Being pale and ghostly isn't as attractive as a nice tanned chick. Same goes from the darker end inward. Skin color is just stigmatized, it's a trait like anything else. You wouldn't complain about someone liking brown eyed girls, or girls with blonde hair, or girls with straight teeth, or a preference for literally anything fucking else on the body they were born with, so what makes ski…

I'm not saying American women are the end all be all and anyone else comes in last, I'm just saying conventionally attractive traits occur more often in white chicks than other races. That's just how it goes. It's a trend, not an absolute rule.
/r/TheRedPill19/04/17 10:30 PM

It probably helps that 40% of Americans are overweight haha. And it's targeted for the population. Something like 4% of the American population is African American women, they don't get to complain that they don't have everything catered to them. Natural diversity is great, but forcing it not so much.
/r/TheRedPill19/04/17 02:28 PM

It isn't "racist" that certain conventionally attractive features happen to occur more in whites than other races. Take big eyes for example, this isn't a human-specific feature, even small animals with large eyes are seen as especially cute. Whereas in most Asian ethnicities their eyes tend to be more narrow, and they often tape their lids to appear more conventionally attractive. This can be said about most features, from breast size (American average is a D cup whereas the average in China is…

We should target similar things in Asian countries and try to make the SJWs implode. Take a Chinese beauty magazine and complain how there's no African American or Hispanic women in it. The sad thing is that if we got enough people to whine about it, even as a joke, it would probably take off.

It's not common knowledge when something is demonstrably false! For fucks sake I sent you a link to a New York Times article about it from MONTHS ago! How dense are you? And as for Politifact, did you look at the screenshot I sent? Do you believe those three "rulings" are valid? Are you even glancing over the stuff I write or just replying with bullshit?

Be an asshole but be laid back and always have a smile on your face, along with agree and amplify. Don't go at people constantly but every once in a while with a smile on your face. They'll know you're just playing but at the same will feel insecure to some degree. If they try to criticize you just agree with them or take it one step further and laugh. He said most and you provided one singular incident. Do you want a medal? I'll give you antifa being a radical group, that's indisputable. However BLM is tacitly if not explicitly a liberal movement. That's like saying the Free Speech Movement wasn't a liberal movement. Any large movement pushing societal change in a left-leaning direction is by definition progressive.

Wow, one singular Trump supporter punched someone one time? Damn they're horrible! Clearly they're just as bad as liberals! When conservatives are organizing massive violent protests and burning down cities like liberals I'll concede. It isn't just antifa, the BLM protests were even more violent than these recent Berkeley riots. Until then you should probably lay off the false equivalency.

Perhaps they were reliable at some point. But the minute a national news source knowingly publishes an unsubstantiated report filled with ridiculous claims like the president hiring Russian hookers to piss in a bed previously stayed in by Obama, it loses said credibility. That's exactly what CNN did in tandem with fucking BuzzFeed of all places. It is by all means fake news. They knew the report was fake. So a law enacted over 60 years ago is something I pulled out of my ass? Damn. Plus all the studies that indicate there is no gap beyond standard deviation (~2%) once all major factors are accounted for, such as hours worked and job title. Show me a study that accounts for all necessary factors and indicates a significant gap (you can't) and I'll admit I'm wrong. Otherwise I expect you to do so. The evidence and the law is clearly on my side here.

This has nothing to do with prison dumbshit, since you clearly don't understand the terms I used I'll explain it as simply as possible. The Equal Pay Act of 1963 is a labor law signed by JFK that states you can't pay people differently based on race or gender. If someone breaks a law, you can take them to court and, should they be found to be breaking said law, they will be forced to pay very heavy fines and cease their unlawful practices. Bringing charges against someone is called litigation. A…

Pregnancy? Social norms? Can't exactly work a 9-5 when giving birth or taking care of a newborn. And as it currently stands women tend to give birth more than men, therefore that burden is reflected in these sensationalist statistics.

The wage gap is not commonly coupled with the Holocaust you sensationalist prick. Nice job continually dodging my arguments though <3

Wow, the fact that you would compare a legitimately questionable topic to the fucking genocide of 6 million innocent people is horrific to me. Equal Pay Act of 1963 ring a bell? Where are the class action lawsuits? If it actually existed, don't you think we would've seen litigation by now given the publicity it's had?

How about the Equal Pay Act of 1963? If you're genuinely being paid less on the basis of gender you can sue and take it all the way up. Except there isn't actually a wage gap larger than a couple percent when you account for trivial factors like job title or hours worked. It's just not as sensationalist when you use your brain.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/04/17 05:54 AM

Which doesn't exist. The only studies that indicate a wage gap ignore key factors such as: Field Job title Hours worked annually Time at company When you adjust for these, there is no wage gap. Fact of the matter is women just work less than men, so they make less.

First of all, how did you even find this comment a month later haha? Not being rude or anything, just genuinely curious why a month later you'd decide to respond to this. Anyways, if you text her mid-day after sex and she gives a positive response to it that already knocks down both of your points. Odds are she isn't going to spend the night and following day after with you if she was genuinely raped, so she'd either have to prove that you fucking kidnapped her after you raped her, which would b…

If you really want to turn it up to 11 right when she says she doesn't believe you, you can get all triggered and explain how you had testicular cancer as a kid and was sick and in the hospital for months. Start yelling and calling her insensitive and tell her she's fucked up for thinking you'd like about it after going through all that. Flip that shit around back on her. She'll probably suck your dick afterwards to make up for it too.

It's a case of "a broken clock is right twice a day" more than anything. A bullshit post every hour is gonna end up with something accurate every once in a while. It's just a matter of whether it's worth all the fluff for the occasional solid post (no it isn't)

"I took another step up to him, we would have been nose to nose at that point" TELLING him to move along is one thing but getting right up in the face of a crazy person who could possibly be carrying a weapon (both you and OP have no way of telling) just so you can white night some chicks and brag about it on Reddit is retarded. The fact that he wasn't that intimidating is even worse in my experience, because if they're short and scrawny they're gonna roll with heads or keep a weapon.

Here's a fucking idea. Put your foot on the pedal of the van and drive it away from the crackhead. You're a idiot with 0 life experience if you think escalating towards physical violence with a random person is a good idea. I've seen my boys get jumped, stabbed and shot at for doing stupid shit like this. Looked into this a bit, every resource keeps making these big bold claims about how great it is and how it only takes minutes and all this circular logic without actual substance. All you have to do is read this guy's book to learn the secret! But when you do, you find you actually have to watch a 90 minute video of a seminar before you really get the secret. But nope! Be a fucking clerk, preferably at a family-owned place rather than a corporation. They're usually way more personal and get you talking with all sorts of people all day long. When I was in high school I was totally inept socially, couldn't even hold a conversation with anyone outside my two close friends. I'm fairly certain profiles don't get hidden, unless they leave high-demand profiles. About a year ago I threw a couple pictures of a male model on there and a provocative bio and swiped away, and I could easily match a hundred chicks a day if not more if I didn't get bored. This was without paying for any "Tinder Plus" bullshit. I continuously got a stream of new matches, those of whom I actually messaged (wayyy too many to talk to them all) didn't seem like bots either.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on the negging point. The chicks I've had the most blatantly interested in me are the ones that I've negged, consciously or not. One recent example, I met this one girl (quite attractive, a 7 or 8 I'd say, and very popular. Getting a chick to be interested in you is so fucking easy when there's multiple chicks. Just give one chick all your attention and laugh and smile and shit while ignoring the other one. The one you're ignoring is going to feel worthless and insecure pretty quickly (as many people would in a situation where they're explicitly being ignored) and start desiring your attention. After a couple minutes you can give her a little attention to keep her interested and then go back to ignoring her. Pretty…

You just have to change your persona to make baldness work. I've seen plenty of bald dudes who are plenty attractive and pull well. They're always a little loud and very confident and intimidating. Laugh a lot too, very charismatic combination. They're also always totally bald, none of this combover pretend-I'm-not-balding shit either. With any skilled activity you need to take a step back and stop for a while when you stagnate. You have this solid idea in your head of how you're supposed to be doing said skill, and that idea is close to what it should be, but it's flawed somehow, and that's why you're frustrated and stagnating (you're close and and you can do a bunch of stuff but not break through further). They're not. Notice how the liberal media NEVER says anything bad about Israel? Like ever? I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I take a more simple approach. Basically every major media source is a part of a conglomerate, which is ultimately owned by a rich Jewish dude. Obviously he doesn't want anything bad being said about his holy city, no religious person would. So they make sure it doesn't happen. That simple.

Oh, that's actually a good point. I assumed it was just in there because it's good ol SNL but that's an interesting perspective. I've fucked around with Nofap the last year or so and I think I've perfected it. Had two 25+ day streaks with no orgasm, then a 20 day streak, and have messed around with shorter periods a lot after that. Those first couple long periods were definitely eye-opening, but in my opinion going that long is pointless. Where does TRP state her dating another girl is a red flag? Most girls are bisexual to some degree so I'd take this as a plus if anything. You could set up threesomes more easily I'm sure.

The real question here is why are you basing your life choices on how a women would react? If you're insecure about it then it'll probably scare her off. If you don't give a fuck odds are neither will she.

Basically it begs the question "Are you attractive enough to look good/get complimented in a plain white t-shirt?" If not, work to the point where you do.

Yeah same to you, you sound like you're on your way so just keep at it and it'll come. I'm sure once you get your new job and you're busy instead of sitting around at home you'll already start feeling a lot better. Being inside all the time makes me feel like shit too.

I'm fantastic now, the last year especially I've been spending every day pushing myself towards where I want to be, both mentally and physically. I've been forcing myself to be optimistic and outgoing and blocking out negative thoughts. It's a constant conscious effort but life has gotten so much better and I barely ever feel anxious or sad now. Some of the stuff I've been doing to help aid this aside from just being as positive as possible: Lots of time in the gym working out. It feels good to …

A drug that regulates serotonin reuptake logically would help with serotonin-related deficiencies in the brain and not other unrelated causes of depression. It's basic chemistry.

The doctors should be able to understand basic chemistry though.

It's not "extreme cases", it's one specific case that causes depression out of the many. If you have a serotonin imbalance, then SSRI's (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) are fantastic and will help you tremendously. However, the majority of depression is not caused by a Serotonin imbalance, so the doctors that use it as a one-size-fits-all band aid are doing more harm then good. You're probably unhappy because you're a pessimist or you don't exercise your mind and body or you eat unhealt…

I used to do acid a lot and that definitely opened me up to a lot of things but it also kinda scrambled me, my thoughts were incredibly disorganized and I felt very ambiguous towards a lot of things, especially with regards to self perception. Then I had my first mushroom trip, and a good part of it was spent just looking at myself in the mirror and posing in all these different ways and thinking about who I was and how I wanted to be perceived. It definitely got rid of a lot of my insecurities …

Optimism and psychedelics are what worked for me. If you have somewhere safe to trip and a friend who can make sure you don't do anything stupid I'd highly recommend it. Your trip probably won't be enjoyable but you'll likely face the cause of your anxiety and work through it in your altered state of mind. In moderation with a goal in mind drugs like acid and mushrooms can be tremendously therapeutic.
/r/askTRP01/03/17 07:06 AM

Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors will not magically cure your depression unless your depression is caused by a serotonin imbalance, which is unlikely. Psychedelics change your thought patterns and the way your brain communicates, so if negative thought patterns are causing your depression psychedelics can be a fantastic help. I'd be happy to link the studies to you if you'd like, as you're making uninformed blanket statements on a subject you clearly don't understand.

SSRIs do not work unless the sole reason you're depressed is serotonin deficiency, which it probably is not. They just dissociate you enough to not notice anything, and when you come off of them your problems are twice as bad. Honestly I'd try shrooms if you haven't already, they've been shown to help people with cancer deal with end-of-life anxiety and depression, so imagine what they'll do to you if you've still got a full life ahead of you. Odds are you're only depressed because of poor thoug…

It avoids conflict, and they look like a retard if they have to explicitly say they're not joking and actually talking shit about you. Once again you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about, I really hope you're trolling. Fast twitch muscle fibers, the fibers that affect strength, are what you want to work if you want to get big. They aren't even engaged unless you're working above 75℅ of your one rep max. There is no way you can do 30 sets at over 75℅ of your one rep max. Please do a little bit of research before you reply, nobody needs to have your bullshit misinformation fucking up their workout.
/r/TheRedPill25/02/17 04:46 AM
1

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle_tone It's a physiological process, basically microcontractions in your muscles that make them pop more. It takes place in the endurance fibers, so it follows doing high repetition exercises would increase these fiber's ability and strength of contraction. You can argue the effectiveness or extent of toning, but if you're gonna deny a proven process in the human body I'd say you're almost as bad as the OP spreading complete bullshit.
/r/TheRedPill24/02/17 07:20 AM
1

If you're looking to add mass you'll need to hypertrophy that body part which means more than 17 sets most of the time If you can do SEVENTEEN FUCKING SETS of the same workout you must be using weights far lighter than you should be. You aren't going to achieve hypertrophy with light weights. You clearly don't understand how muscles work at all, and probably shouldn't offer your misinformation to others.
/r/TheRedPill24/02/17 12:19 AM
-1

Yeah this dude doesn't know shit about building muscle. You've basically got two types of muscle fibers, strength and endurance fibers. If you want size, you go low reps and high weight to work out your strength fibers. If you want tone you go low weight high rep to work out the endurance fibers. You don't get stronger doing high rep workouts.

I'm in California and these chicks are fake as fuck. They'll wake up at 5 in the morning just so they can spend an hour putting their makeup on and another 45 minutes straightening and brushing their hair. They'll totally inconvenience themselves with fad diets and going vegan and other shit they think will make them look better. They'll spend all their money on clothes and jewelry so they can look attractive. It's so sad how conceited they are and how much time they waste on trivialities.

I'll give you another example, savants. They can do crazy ass math in their head and would definitely fall under the label of genius, but they're not contributing anything. You're talking as if the way Einstein thought had nothing to do with the discoveries he made, as if the two are mutually exclusive. You and I both can see the flaw with that reasoning. This is an excellent post, though I fear it will be lost on a lot of readers for the very reasons Schopenhauer asserts get in the way of genius. A state of perception is absolutely genius. If you're a genius you think a certain way that others are unable to. Most people have their thoughts muddied by personal biases and their ego. My guess is probably a combination of social credit (I've been very social but the past couple weeks my "status" has exploded as well) and the fact that it's starting to warm up and Valentine's day is coming up, so seasonal subconscious type stuff. And unless I've just been oblivious up until now I'd say the effects are quite pronounced.

Keep hamstering, it's fine. Unless you have a serious defect you can significantly change how you think over time. There's no innate traits affecting your brain, thoughts, and personality unless you're short a Chromosome. Make a conscious effort to think in a certain way and over time you will.

I was the textbook definition of introvert, enjoyed my own time and had no interest in socialization/other people, tested introvert on Myers-Briggs tests (and still do). The best fighters I've ever seen aren't the ones who do martial arts and shit, they've just been in enough street fights and got lucky their first few times. Karates all about rehearsed movements and responses. That's great and all, but when someone comes at you swinging and playing dirty it's not gonna help you much.

Isolation is good if you know what to do. If you spend a month straight jerking off and playing video games you're gonna come out worse from it. If, on the other hand, you spend your time thinking, meditating, and being productive, you might just see some good on the other side.

You have willpower but not discipline. That's still better than most people, but willpower is a finite resource. You just need to stop acting how you feel and consciously plan out how you are going to act going forward. Feelings are temporary, they shouldn't control who you are or how you act.

Agree with everything you posted but the "try medication" part. There's no medication that can cure your sadness or solve your issue, it just masks it only for it to come back twice as bad one you get off it. Unfortunately the only way you're going to recover from bad times is facing them head on. Dissociating with drug/alcohol abuse or prescription anti-depressants only prolongs the issue.

I'd advise having at least one. In these days of constant gratification and 10 second attention spans you've gotta have something to remind people you exist and you're someone they should want to interact with. I've found Snapchat is good for this. Most days I'll throw one or two vague but interesting things on my story, and the next time I see a lot of people they have something to comment on/ask about. It keeps you in their heads, which is good both for acquaintances and bitches.

This happened a ton with the thread I posted about being social a little while ago. Nobody was criticizing it because they actually thought that being social and networking yourself has anything but a positive impact on their lives. Everyone was going "Well I'm 6'4 and look like a movie star and I get laid sometimes so look you don't need to be social". That exception doesn't change the fact that in well over 90% of cases, being social, having friends, and not being an awkward sperg would get yo…

So you were never forced to take gender studies/sensitivity classes at any of your universities? Most universities nowadays, especially the more prestigious ones require students to. There are careers that need degrees yes, however most careers do not need them and as such college is a waste of time and money unless you are going into those specific careers. Being a well networked person I have found has helped more than any college degree, and it helped place me at a private garage where I earn…

Honestly just no fapping and porn for a week or two straight. ED is generally psychosomatic, so you just have to let your hormones and desire go crazy and it'll overpower the issues you're having.

How is this reaction a victim mentality? You're literally watching people see the results of their actions, isn't that the total opposite of acting like a victim? Example, I see some chick who gets around a ton get an STD and find it amusing. She made her choices and got the results of said choices. How does this translate into me being a victim?
/r/TheRedPill08/01/17 04:58 AM

Stop watching porn and jacking off for the ED. If you've got an everyday habit like most guys even 2-3 days off will have a pretty significant effect on your ability to get and stay hard.

I'm a well networked person. I'm in California, so it's definitely some of the worst, but I've met a ton of college students. And they're basically all like that. Trade school is great if you want to skip the indoctrination, be making money within 2 years out of high school (and a great salary too, definitely more than anyone right out of college), and have no debt. I personally love cars so it's great for me, so unless you have no interest whatsoever in any trades I would highly recommend it.

Join a trade. Best decision of my fucking life. I can't even talk to most college students now, their beliefs about life and gender and "oppression" are so deeply ingrained and ridiculous. I'm so glad I never had that shit ground into me. They honestly believe that the male and female brain and body are the same. I've had chicks get offended when I implied that men and women aren't just blank slates and exactly the same. I'd love to see their biology classes.

You have a more efficient version of my strategy, a set of high value people who will vouch for you. That's social status and proof just like this. You have to work your way up the social ladder, so to speak. I used to think I had bad social skills, but it turns out I was just putting too much weight on interactions and overthinking it.

There's never been any proof that circumcision has anything to do with STD prevention. The reason many people in South Africa have HIV is because it's a poor country and they don't have access to proper sex ed and condoms like we do in the US. "The metabolic rates of people do not vary wildly" Hypo and hyperthyroidism alone affect 12% of Americans. It's not like it's a rare disease, that's a pretty significant portion of people. I did the exact opposite as what you're saying and it worked out great. I sat down and said, "I'm gonna stop playing computer games and smoking weed all the time and start going to the gym" and followed through. After a couple months guess what? I didn't want to play games or smoke anymore and loved going to the gym. The mentalities came with the habits. Life and your personality is just the summation of your experiences. Change what you experience, change your life.

If you were as underweight as I was that's the least of your worries. I've been eating like that for 8 months now and I've barely gained any fat still, but I've put on about 25 pounds of muscle so it works. Maybe you should smoke with friends and do something instead of just sitting around watching videos. Or do one of the many other drugs that don't cause you to chill and have a good time. Use an app like MyFitnessPal to track your intake and eat 4000 calories a day and at least 200 grams of protein. Combine that with lifting heavy a couple times a week and I promise you'll gain easily. For me the first month or so sucked because I was used to eating like 1800 a day, but once your stomach stretches out a bit it's no problem. You have to nail down the not thinking part first before you can gain anything out of meditation. Once you can sit down and just breath and not think about anything, you'll be able to allow your mind to flow freely and see things in a more removed perspective, which is the real benefit of meditation. But you have to achieve the proper mindset and get the habit of blankness down first.

Very much this. After years and years of unhappiness, stagnation, and a general lack of success or progress, I decided I was no longer going to get invested in my own life and started just treating it like a game. I don't care about shit anymore, I'm just trying to enjoy it and see what happens. Contrary to what you'd expect from a mentality like this, I've improved myself so much and become such a diverse, aware person compared to the absolute loser I once was. I no longer make decisions based …

I think he was talking more about bone structure rather than fat percentage. You might be the same height, weight, and muscle-fat ratio as someone, and still look totally different. This is especially apparent with shoulders, like this The dude on the left is fucking shredded, but the dude on the right looks way better even without the faces because of his larger frame.

No, modern cars are getting worse. Mercedes for instance makes very reliable cars, however in recent years they've been using plastic for certain mechanical parts instead of metal. Plastic moving parts mean faster wear means more problems and service fees. Meanwhile there are multiple 60s/70s Mercedes with over a million miles on them.

Yeah, they're just chasing a dopamine rush they think is happiness. Happiness is a state of mind more than a feeling.
/r/TheRedPill17/12/16 11:57 PM

Happiness isn't transient, quite the opposite. The only way you're gonna be really happy is if you're optimistic and uninvested emotionally in life. Once you start assuming the best and stop caring so much about stupid shit, it's easy to be happy 24/7.
/r/TheRedPill17/12/16 11:45 PM

The thing is anything can be addicting if you do it long enough. Video games, social media, even fucking washing your hands. Anything that can give you a dopamine rush can be psychologically addictive if done enough. Sugar isn't some special magic chemical that's distinguished from everything else.
/r/TheRedPill17/12/16 07:57 AM

I can't eat sugar it gives me anxietyyyyyy /s Just don't eat hot pockets and oreos for every meal and stick to your calorie goals, you'll be fine. Any time people try to single out a food group and claim all this bad stuff about it I just laugh. Also you've clearly never done cocaine or any drug if you think comparing it even in abstraction to sugar is a logical argument.

That would make sense, except if this were solely the case then the fat would distribute evenly across the body. Estrogen causes more fat to be placed around the breasts and stomach. So man boobs and beer gut.
/r/TheRedPill15/12/16 05:45 AM

When you're young and drinking on weekends the effects are obviously insignificant. But when you're older and drinking multiple beers every single day, it becomes more of an issue. Hops in beer are estrogenic, so that's why dudes get moobs and a beer gut.

"Positive thinking is a mental disorder." "Estate encompasses mental state" ???
/r/TheRedPill06/12/16 11:53 PM

I woulf argue that on a larger scale your mental state is the environment you live in while you're living, as your perception is the gate between you and the outside world.
/r/TheRedPill06/12/16 06:32 AM
1

If you're gonna die and everythings gonna be gone, why does estate matter? When the universe implodes you're not gonna have shit, nor will you be alive to possess it. So why is the acquisition of material goods the end goal? I'm just here to enjoy my life until I die. Would you really rather spend your life in constant pursuit of material goods instead of being happy and content in the limited time you have?
/r/TheRedPill06/12/16 06:04 AM
1

Just because you're happy doesn't mean you can't be MORE happy. You might not have as much desire/drive as someone in a fucked up situation, but if you're content and happy with yourself and your life does it matter? Would you rather be happy with 100,000$ or depressed with 10,000,000$?

I wouldn't say traumatic experiences ruin you for life. They certainly fuck you up, but you can either let it be an issue or move on. It's not a snap of the fingers to fix, but you can certainly move beyond anything aside of extreme physical trauma.

Just treat life as a game. Fun, you want to do well, but little/no emotional investment. Then you can enjoy the good and laugh at the bad. It's easy to not give a fuck.

Things are always worse than you imagine. Before you had fairy tales ingrained in your subconscious with regards to women, so it was easy to think well of them. As you chip away at that, away goes all the magic and fantasy and you're left with the truth. Better now than the tail end of a failed marriage.

I'm not saying you should justify your cognitive dissonance by saying "Oh they're bigger than me I don't belong here" or something to that regard. I'm just saying don't compare yourself to the lowest common denominator, unless that's what you want to be. Compare yourself to the best and try your ass off to get as close to them as possible.

That's not the way to improve. The only way you're gonna get better is if you compare yourself to the best, not the worst. When you were in school did you go "Oh most people get D's so this C is fine"?

I can just imagine this dude sitting there after the last text he sent laughing his ass off as the next 10-20 messages from her roll in. This is one of the incredible drawbacks of the world being so incredibly interconnected these days. If this were, say, 300 years ago and some country pulled this bullshit, it would inevitably deteriorate and eventually decline and fall to another, stronger country. But now, basically the whole (Western world, at least) is following and perpetuating this bullshit, just because we've had like 50 years of relative peace. Obviously things are not going to remain like this forever, as they never do, …

You're kinda on the other end of the spectrum from those people, I think the middle is the best and most fulfilling. The people who only seek immediate gratification are inevitably going to end up miserable. Theyre just eating constantly, always on social media or video games, abusing drugs/alcohol, etc. That's not a sustainable way to live, and all those things have progressively diminishing returns. None of these work if you're an autist and blind to social cues. You could make the same statement with any of these tips. "3 is terrible. Do not just go and try to make out with random girls" Make eye contact, smile, approach, and be natural, and if you're up to her standards you're good. But if you act like a sperg and start running around clamping on random chicks arms in an attempt to get laid, obviously you're not gonna get good responses.

Tried for a year. For me I've found 1-2 times a week is the sweet spot. Enough to give me energy and a clear mind but not so much that all I can ever think about is sex. There's more to life than getting laid (but that's certainly a big part of it).

Yeah, it's different for anyone. Some people have needs greater than others. These are just the tips that work for OP, not a list of stuff to impose on everyone to follow to a T. It's more to structure your own list and guidelines that help you.

Yeah this is a good point. You're not supposed to just throw any bodily satisfaction to the wind, but rather just keep it a reward and in check. You can do basically anything in moderation without ill effect, but when you're doing something every single day then you start to have issues.

I guess I just have trouble understanding cigar people. I love the idea of smoking and I love the high that comes from it, however smoking in itself I sort of hate. It's not really a pleasant thing, so it's difficult for me to understand why someone would smoke if they're not even getting a high out of it. Perhaps for you it's the positive memories of your dad, but as for other people I have no clue.

I'd say that alcohol is probably worse for you than cigs. The reason why most people get lung cancer is because they're smoking packs a day. If someone drank a 12 rack every day they'd probably drop dead far sooner than the smoker. Moderation is key.

I had acne as a teenager and took Acutane for like 6 months before stopping because shit got sooooo dry. Like I would touch my mouth and it would start bleeding. After a couple months that shit all came back. So I said fuck it for a while, then I got prescribed Minocycline which helped so much more. Being a leader isn't that hard. You just have to be the one making plans and knowing what's going on when you go do something. If you're initiating the plans and inviting your friends, they'll look to you as the leader because you're the one who knows what's going on and what they're doing. I think it also depends on your wealth. If you're totally loaded and spending money isn't even an issue for you, then yeah, a drink or two isn't gonna matter. That's more an "IDGAF" mindset. But if you're just doing it to pussyfoot around asking her to fuck you, then it's an issue. It's not what you do, but how you do it. You must develop a complete disregard for where your abilities end. Anything is possible. Expand your imagination for what you are capable of achieving and then exercise your courage for going after those “impossible” goals. Make it your business to achieve them. You're overthinking it. It's not giving single word answers and just otherwise being silent, you just initiate and prod until you can find a subject she really wants to talk about, then you let her go off. Ask relevant questions, add little tidbits of information, but otherwise let her do the work. She gets a chance to speak her mind to an active listener, and you get to sit there and put in minimal effort. It's easy for everyone, and she's left absolutely beaming by the end of it.
/r/TheRedPill21/09/16 02:09 AM

Definitely. When you're focusing too much on making conversation it just gets awkward and uncomfortable usually. It's so much easier to just initiate and ask questions and take the back seat, even though in her eyes you're still leading. It's just a matter of tailoring yourself to your environment. You don't have to lie about your work, but you don't have to drone on and on about it either. It's not "super easy" to spot a liar unless the person's bad at it. Lyings easy to do, you just have to make yourself believe it, at least on a subjective level. He's not saying he thinks people are gonna change their sexualities, he's just saying he wants to keep TRP focused on female sexual strategy. There are ample communities and programs to help gays. But straight men? This is pretty much all we've got.

Don't text them to talk to them. Keep texting focused on logistics. Get her going IRL, then when you have her number, say something like "You should meet me at ______" and pick up where you left off last when you see her in person again. Textings such an impersonal, boring thing. You're not going to reasonably make any impression through it, especially when she's probably texting 20 other people at the same time.

I can't see why anyone on TRP would be so against rap though. You don't have to like it from a musical perspective, but the basic message is RP as fuck, basically just "Fuck bitches get money". Guess they'd rather just be all depressed and listen to Nirvana all day.

Why would you intentionally post a sub-par post? I feel like you'd get a lot more/better reception if you slimmed this post down and make it less generic. It reads like you were trying to hit the page count on your essay after realizing you finished with 2 pages instead of 5.

First result when I searched "freezing sperm": "The standard storage period for sperm is normally 10 years. This period can be exceeded only in certain circumstances, up to a maximum of 55 years." The HFEA has got some deal going if they're freezing sperm for 55 years when it's only viable for half a year. Do you have any sources for your statement?

Haha, I know the feel man. I used to love my hair too, but once I cut it after years of everyone telling me to, I realized how much of a creep I looked like. I get way more IOIs and way better treatment now that it's short. It's been over a year now and sometimes it still makes me go "Wtf?" when I reach up and don't feel all that hair. But it's for the better.

You don't need to "reset" after any amount of jerking off. It's placebo. The reason you're no longer suffering from ED is because you're not jerking off to tranny porn 4 times a day. Not because you hit some magical reset button after not touching your dick for 90 days. Just get some fucking self confidence instead. ED is all in your head, you're worried about underperforming so you either can't get it up or bust right away. Stop caring and bam, you're cured. No celibacy required.

Yeah, obviously watching people have sex while you pleasure yourself to it is going to have psychological underpinnings over time. Why do you think hotwifing is such a big thing now? Porn, video games, TV, social media, all just pointless stuff to waste your time and give you temporary gratification. When you're not constantly overloading your brain, you gain the ability to step back and reconsider yourself and the activities you fill your day with.

It's kind of funny, it's almost like liberals are the racist ones now. It's basically unacceptable in today's Western political climate to be racist in the traditional sense, so now we've supplemented it with "reverse racism" for lack of a better term. Nissan's are generally pretty reliable, especially the cheaper ones. 350z's and 370z's are prone to issues more than, say, a Sentra, however that's to be expected once you run into sports car territory. It's no Toyota, but it certainly won't end up a garage queen either.

But it's not like you gain some magical benefit at 21 days that you don't have after 3-4 days. There's definitely a sweet spot. The biggest thing that helped me when I started working on my anxiety was this rule I came across. Basically, there's two types of problems, ones you can reasonably fix and ones you can't. The ones you can fix, just go and fix them intead of sitting there worrying about it. The ones you can't fix, just don't think about. There's nothing you can do to change them, and worrying certainly isn't going to do anything. Hope all goes well!

You honestly barely ever need to think ahead. The only time you should ever be focusing on the future is when you're actively making a decision that could affect it. Shame is what keeps people in line. Why do you think women used to be so faithful? Because they didn't want the shame of being divorced/outed as a cheater. Now, we have an epidemic because these women are allowed to act without consequence. It's the same with fatties. I would argue this is a pretty right leaning board. Generally the right focuses more on the good of the nation/group (I.E. we don't care if some people get left behind provided it's in the interest of the general public), whereas the left is focused more on the individual and making sure every single person is equal (I.E. we don't care if things are bad as long as everyone gets treated the same). The left are idealists and the right are realists. TRP is definitely the latter.

That doesn't change the pretenses in which this meeting was created for. If you genuinely didn't care, you wouldn't invite some chick over to your house after her boyfriend broke up with her because she wants a shoulder to cry on.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/16 12:12 AM

You fucked up in how you went into this. It doesn't matter how you acted during the meetup, it was under the pretense of "Aww, your boyfriend broke up with you? Why don't you come over so we can cuddle and I can comfort you?" She already had you pigeonholed as a beta because of this, so when your actions didn't match her expectations, she felt uncomfortable and left. Doesn't matter how you acted in person.

This isn't totally on-topic for TRP, but I like the point. Unfortunately, a lot of men get so desperate to get laid after a certain point, that they're willing to ignore these glaring issues just because there's a vagina hiding inside that FUPA. So there'll always be a market for these women, although in their minds they're probably settling too.

My favorite response is "What do you mean?" It implies that what they said doesn't make sense, so they get that creeping insecurity that they might be totally wrong, and then they have to go through the effort of rearticulating what they just said in a different way. Definitely true, any altruism is self-based in some way. A moment sticks out in my mind, when I was 17 with a couple people at a friend's house and we were gonna go drive north to meet up with another friend who moved away. His mom brought him some money for food and shit, and she also gave him a 20 for gas money to pay back the guy driving us. He just gave it back to her and said "Nah, (driver) parents pay for his gas and (driver) gets paid a lot". So she left the room, and immediately I'm like…

This also has an inverse effect. There's this one girl I was with among a fairly large gathering a few days ago who I was experimenting with and exemplified it perfectly. Now, this girl is absolutely gorgeous, about 6 feet tall, long blonde hair, nice assets, the works. Now, as you'd imagine, most guys are fairly intimidated by her height and looks, so she doesn't get a lot of attention visible to her from guys, aside from her orbiters (one guy she knew was just constantly grabbing her shit, dri…

YOU THINK HIS KIND GESTURES HAVE AN ULTERIOR MOTIVE. She isn't wrong haha. I've yet to meet a beta (or any male) who's nice to a women purely out of the goodness of his heart. No one's totally virtuous, even the uber-religious who go well out of their way to help people are only doing it because they think it's gonna benefit them once they die. There's a reason he's doing anything and everything to please you, it's how the brain works.

That's your life and your values, and that's great. I'm glad you can enjoy your life in that way and for such a long period of time. In my life however, physical fitness is a must. I love exploring, going to national parks and into the wilderness, seeing new places and experiencing new things. I love more "extreme" sports, like back country skiing and mountain biking. My father and grandfather both had similar values, and it was incredibly sad to see them slowly lose their ability to enjoy their…

Why are people downvoting this? Of my friends who went to college, the ones who came out as confident pussy slayers were the ones who rushed a frat. Frats are the only aspect I regret about doing a trade instead of going to college. All the rest of my friends who didn't go the frat route just ended up abusing amphetamines for 4 years straight and wasting their free time with video games and shit. Not the life I'd want to live.

Yeah, I'm not saying I'm gonna go "welp, just turned 40 cya", but when I get to the point where I can't hike, bike, ski, stuff like that, life's gonna get a lot less interesting for me. I guess with modern technology and medicine it isn't totally unreasonable for me to be physically fit into older ages, however I first noticed the health decline in both my grandfather and father when they were in their mid-50s onward. Also, I'm 6'4 so that's a significant issue in terms of longevity.

That time is still far away for me, but I've thought about it a ton and once I reach a point where I can't do the things I love, I'm probably just gonna end it. I'm happy right now, but only because I'm not constantly clinging to being alive just for the sake of living. Everyone dies eventually, so I'd rather just have a shorter enjoyable life than drag it out and fade away.

Yeah, this is what I don't get. If you're just zoned in on the future constantly plugging away, what the fuck are you living for? I'm gonna do what I want and live how I like, not chug away until I can retire at 65 on my beachhouse and slowly deteriorate. I'll probably kill myself in my 40s or 50s honestly, I don't want to live a life where I'm physically unable to do the things I love and mentally subpar.

Not everyone has a complete inability to manage their drug use, it's just because of the demonization and illegality of drugs that it tends to attract a certain crowd of people. With proper education I think drugs are fine. LSD is tremendous for meditation/mindfulness. I'm gonna assume you've never tried it judging by how you're talking about it so I'll give you a quick rundown beforehand. So there's 2 main aspects of the drug, the mental and the visual. You missed my point completely. Women are emotional creatures, so false accusations are going to happen regardless. However, harsh punishment for their actions is the difference between them giving up midway through the case or sticking it out. I'm not diminishing the horrible impact false accusations have on the lives of men, however I'd much rather have a ruined reputation than have both that AND a 20 year prison sentence. Reputation can be regained. 20 years of your young life, not so much.

Change versus pointless actions are definitely a good thing to note. Just because someone's tapping their legs, for instance, doesn't mean their nervous or bored, maybe they just had too much coffee. Unless you're totally oblivious socially, most people read body language subconsciously and respond accurately, however making yourself concious in the actions of others can be beneficial.

Obviously body language isn't a 100% accurate tell, as it can be faked as you mentioned, however it's largely controlled subconsciously by our limbic system, and most people don't take effort to actively "fake" their body language. I'm very aware of mine daily, as I used to have horrible posture and body language, but even day to day I notice if I'm feeling a little nervous I'll close up a bit or rest my ankle on my knee, for instance. I've found that men generally build up a code for the way they live or a modus operandi, whereas women are a lot more lenient and go based on how they feel. So while a male teacher might go, "Nope, everyone has the same standards", a female teacher might go "Oh I feel bad for you, I'll help you out". It doesn't really hurt her in any way, but it makes her feel better, so that's what matters. What she does is help you in the short term and teach you that your mistakes don't have consequences, jus…

Just act slightly excited/interested and go "Oh, really? That sounds so ______" and fill in the blank with whatever relevant compliment. He just linked some philosophy in line with OPs thinking and told him what causes depression, which is certainly debatable but be never claimed to cure anything. I actually saw white chicks, and it was definitely shitty, but it was intentionally so. Part of the reason it was funny was because it was so retarded. Plus, that was an original movie that grossed a ton. Ghostbusters, on the other hand, was just shitty, unintentionally so. The only reason it sold so many tickets is because of the controversy surrounding it and the fact that it came from a series that was already incredibly well known. Basically, you have a set number of fat cells in your body, but they can shrink and grow depending on how much you eat. Generally, skinny people have lower numbers of fat cells, whereas fatter people have higher numbers of fat cells. However, this isn't a set-in-stone thing, as person A can have a lot of tiny fat cells and still be thinner than person B with less fat cells that are much larger. So you can vacuum out the fat cells, so the proportions will be the same, but you can still increase t…

"5.5/10·IMDb 74%·Rotten Tomatoes 60%·Metacritic" Also the audience score on Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 57%, pandering is what got it the higher official score. These "strong independent women" should learn to write their own fucking movies instead of just ripping off established ones. When this one flops too hopefully they'll get the message that this shit doesn't work. Very rarely can something that was very successful on its own be readapted with even a sliver of the same success. People love to overcomplicate things and come up with lots of obscure methods to losing weight, but in the end weight is a factor of two things, calories burned and calories consumed. The only way you're ever going to lose weight is by eating less or doing more cardio, ideally both for optimal results. Think of it like this, the guys who aren't getting raises are instead taking risks and branch-swinging when they can find a better job. They might do worse in any single company compared to their coworkers, but when they're at Company B making 100,000$ while you're still at Company A moving from 65,000$ to 75,000$, who's the real winner?

Are you honestly making the case that premature ejaculatuon is normal because it happens to a majority of men? You realize that close to 100% of men watch porn right? As in, they can't do studies on it because they can't find any dudes who have never jerked it to porn. Maybe that's why it's an issue? Chubby guys generally have it a little better than scrawny dudes though. Evolutionarily, if you're fat you're pretty fucking successful compared to that dude who looks anorexic. Most addicts don't need to go that far though. Why would they get fucked in the ass if they can just mug someone or break into a house? Stealings way easier and more profitable than any transaction, provided you don't get caught. They just have a chemical need which surpasses any feeling of humiliation or lack of self confidence.

I couldn't find an image, but it's pretty easy to figure out. The windpipes the hard rough thing in the middle of the neck, and as you move outward from it keep going until you feel a squishy ridge on both sides, still somewhat close to the windpipe. These two ridges are the arteries, and that's where you want to gently apply pressure. You can feel it out on yourself. Also you generally do this near the top of the neck, not the bottom. As for biological/evolutionary reasons there are none really…
/r/TheRedPill22/07/16 06:01 AM

Ignore /u/getRedPill, what you do is press down LIGHTLY on the arteries on the side of her neck in order to deprive her brain of oxygen temporary. You don't want to just slam down on her windpipe because it is a lot more uncomfortable and you risk collapsing it and killing her if you push too hard. Just take your hand, grip it around her neck, and lightly squeeze with your fingers. You should be able to feel it out pretty easily.
/r/TheRedPill20/07/16 10:51 PM

What the fuck are you talking about? This is the proper way to choke someone when not trying to cause permanent damage. You temporarily press on the sides of her neck and compress ger arteries so her brain gets less oxygen. If you press down on her windpipe you risk bruising or even collapsing it, which is not a road you want to go down. We're aiming for lightheadedness here, not asphyxiation.

It's not a false dichotomy considering we're literally discussing whether quality 18-21 year old chicks are going to be dating 30+ older men or their age-matched peers. PMS is more nature than nurture unfortunately. Just watching my mom and dad as a kid was enough for me to never want to marry. You can get laid without making the next 50 years of your life hell.

What do you mean? Martin talks to people all the time who think they know all about the whole Daraprin thing, when really they're all idiots. Even when it's some crazy hyperactive kid he just sits patiently and explains to them why they're wrong. Usually they try to argue hes killing people or depriving them of medication, and then he explains how he isn't and that not a single person needing the medication has had an issue thanks to health insurance, and they just short circuit and keep arguing…

Aston Martin's are actually super reliable, especially the engines. The most common problem is the brakes warping, but that's not an expensive or tough fix. Not to mention how amazing they are to drive. The Aston Martin's I've driven blew me away. I'd agree on the Corvette however, I love how they look. Although speaking of Ferrari's being unreliable, Ferrari's from the 80's and 90's are the worst haha. At least the Berlinetta would start most of the time.
/r/TheRedPill11/07/16 04:20 AM

Why do you want specifically a Berlinetta? I'm not telling you not to get a fast, expensive car, but Ferraris are notoriously unreliable. As in, you'll be spending far more time servicing it than driving it. Get a Porsche or an Aston Martin instead, so you can actually enjoy the car.

Man, at one point in my life I thought I was a computer that had been alive for forever and would continue so who was stimulating it's own existence, and was doing so by flashing different feelings in rapid succession, in order to forget the reality that it was stuck as it was forever. I can't even explain it in a way that makes sense because it fucking doesn't. I've questioned everything I've ever seen, heard, and believed countless times throughout my life. I've glanced down plenty of times as well. I get where you're coming from, it's fun to believe the whole world's wrong and everyone's lying to keep the truth from you, but in reality it's just fantasy. That's a strawman, I never said that ancient civilizations models were objectively false nor did you say that until now, you just hamstered to that after I told you the earth isn't flat and astrology is a joke. Unless you can show me the other 6 planes of existence and how math was engineered by the government to prevent people from discovering that the earth is flat and their horoscope is actually 100% true I think we're done here.

Maybe because ancient civilizations by definition were far less technologically and mathematically advanced than we are today? Seriously dude, go take a physics class and you can prove everything to yourself. You get to do the math and then apply it and watch things react exactly as you calculated. It's a lot easier to believe when you see it happen perfectly right in front of you. The longest single flight is Hawaii to Japan, and thats not even 4000 miles. I'd say it depends on what you listen to. If you're just listening to whatever shit pop song they're playing repeatedly on the radio you'll probably get a pretty blue pill message, but if you listen to almost any rap song or a lot of rock songs you'll get a redpilled message. Just gotta consciously select the content you consume.

IMO the only real love there is is the infatuation you feel at the beginning of the relationship. THAT'S the best feeling in the world. No 10+ year old "true love" relationship is gonna have feelings like that. Once the love wears off it's just a caring and possibly dependence to some degree.

"If your mind is struggling between two choices, immediately pick the harder one" I used to have really bad anxiety and developed a system like this which helped tremendously. I'd always get caught up on stuff and worry about what would happen if I chose which choice, and eventually I decided if I had 2 choices and I was thinking about it for more than 5 seconds I'd just do what was most challenging/beneficial long term. This helped me so so much, both in worrying about stuff and doing more.

I was just addressing Christianity like this post was, but pretty much every major religion has pretty apparent flaws that people love to ignore. Also I don't see how me pointing out that snakes don't talk and the world is more than 5000 years old makes me a "reddit edge lord"...

IMO religion is just like the Blue Pill mindset, it's clinging to fantasy because you're afraid of the fact that you're gonna die, so you instead think that you get to go to heaven and live forever and ever because that's more pleasant. Unless you actually believe snakes talk, the dead walk, and the earth is 5000 years old of course ;)

If you go to the non-whitewashed areas of Mexico I can assure you that being white is pretty bad. Maybe not compared to being Indian, but you can just tell when people look at you that you're not welcomed compared to Hispanic people. I totally understand the lack of motivation post-injury. I used to be so fit cardio-wise, but after I broke my collarbone and was out for a month or two I'm still not back on it like I should be. Luckily I've kept on lifting, so at least I've got my strength on that side back and I don't feel like a totally lazy POS.

I don't think that there's absolute benefits for being any one race, rather it depends on the environment. While being white may be great in America or Europe, it isn't so great if you're gonna go to Mexico or South Africa for instance. It's all relative.

IMO women don't even have long term value. Let's say you get married to a real dime, HB10, whatever. Give it 5, 10, 15 years and she's now ugly as fuck and more than likely mooching off of you for the rest of her life. What do you gain? The company of someone you'll end up hating? Fitness, diet, and improvement are certainly not done for women. I lift to be strong. I run to be fit. I eat well because I don't want to be overweight or have issues down the road. All of those things aren't about women, they're about being capable and not feeling shitty all the time because you're unhealthy.

How stupid I was. Two months ago I decided to start tracking what I ate, found out I was averaging about 1800 calories, so I made an effort to eat at least 2800 a day every day, and try to get at least 150 grams of protein through my diet. Aside from the occasional headache I'm fine now, but it took me a good 5 years. I was still a teenager when it happened though, it gets harder and harder for your brain to recover the older you are. I had a brain injury when I was younger and believe me, this isn't unreasonable. Depending on what part of the brain is injured, it can fuck up your senses and emotions real bad. For me, I became extremely emotional, lashing out and crying all the time when I was pretty emotionless beforehand. Let's see: He gets more of his stuff back, he keeps more of his hard earned cash, and most importantly, if he has evidence that she's a psycho bitch, he can use that to get CUSTODY OF HIS CHILDREN.
