Or, how about the fact that picking up the guitar will separate him from the pack and distinguish him from every other dork like you out there and will therefore jack that SMV up to that of God of Fuck level most never even catch a whiff of. You don't what you're talking about. Maybe you should meditate on that.

You mean like how more girls are picking up the guitar than ever before? Yea, you definitely know what you're talking about.

I'd say figure out which is more appealing, and start there.

You could, but maybe you shouldn't get ahead of yourself.

This. I'm self taught, played in a few bands, yadda yadda. Also learn to read guitar tabs. Easier than sheet music. Just do you a Google.

Because maybe he wants to make girls a hobby, kinda like what spinning plates is supposed to be?

Honestly, in my hometown, you can acquire a street performer license and turn it into a side hustle, too. Also learning a slick classical piece will impress girls with your dexterity. They love to watch the hands do their thing.

Parks, commons areas, hanging out with the homies. If you're interested in playing in a band, get some friends together, make sure you don't suck, and find house parties to play at. But first things first, dont take your practice out of your room until you can at least play a few familiar tunes girls can sing along too. Bob Marley's Redemption Song is a good one. Dave Matthew's and Jack Johnson work too, but take that bit with a grain of salt. I'm 34.

Learn to play guitar. It's a ridiculously efficient pussy magnet.

Not the best feeling in the world. Plus, the soap might throw off the PH and make the problem worse, but I'm definitely not a doctor. Just a dude who enjoys eating clean pussy.

That's some tit for tat nonsense. I thought it was pretty clear that self improvement IS sexual strategy. The higher quality of life you're living will in fact attract a higher "quality" of woman. It is then up to you to communicate sexually, escalate, yadda, yadda, etc. Which, again, if it's something you gotta learn, it probably falls under the self improvement banner. Like balancing a check book, or proper front squat form. Maybe you should go read the sidebar again, budday, because I'm not v…

I don't know, man. The tone of his writing just comes off as sour grapes with a bit a salt on top. If I'm understanding the theory surrounding women, dating, and relationships correctly, the point is to achieve a state of "Amused Mastery" in our dealings with women. Nothing about OP's tone of writing comes off as amused to me. In my opinion, at best I think this list comes off a little corny and missing the point, and at worst, it's low hanging fodder for our detractors.

I'm glad I'm not only one picking up on that. I think it's an issue we should be discussing as a community. Also, am I the only one suspicious of how some guys communicate on this board? I mean, if that's how you're coming across on a forum, I can only imagine how the real world is looking at you. I get this is also a safe space for guys to vent while dealing with wrapping their heads around this stuff, but allowing some of these wannabes to post articles or nuggets of "wisdom" as if they have c…

The main idea is that the discipline required to maintain a proper (let me repeat that word, PROPER) training program, and the myriad of both physiological and psychological benefits will all have a positive impact in your quality of life and your ability to meet and attract women. Free weights have been shown to be far more effective in achieving better general health improvements and weight loss for the general, untrained populace in a gang of studies (it is worth a Google of you're curious), …

Go full "touch butt in the park" and start addiing gymnastics and crawl drills into your training. I'm serious. The ability to be able to load your joints and move yourself through full ROM in multiple vectors cannot be overstated. Be wary of tendonitis though. The ability to push volume in this kind of training modality can take its toll.

I don't want to get banned or anything, so my apologies to the forum in advance for any breach in etiquette, but in all seriousness, making threats while under the veil of internet anonymity is a classic bitch move. So go fuck yourself, and then read the sidebar again. Bitch.

I prefer low rep, high Intensity for the Main Lifts: 3-5 sets of 1-5 reps for Squats, Deads, Heavy Presses (Bench or Overheead) and Weighted Pull Ups. Higher reps (8-12) for acceessories like rows, curls, and, or bodybuilding stuff if yr working on adding lean mass. The heavy lifts are more neurological programming. Aesthetics are secondary. Form follows function. Also, sleep right, eat right, get enough sun and sex. Don't over complicate it. A sound program based on the concepts of linear progre…
