ManlinessReally the only solution is to do sparring and do other scary feeling stuff until you overcome it. Just exposing yourself to the stressor until you get desensitized to it. If there is a Toastmasters near you - check their international website - that is great for desensitizing for social anxiety. For physical bullies, boxing, there are certainly more getting punched in the face per minute done there than in karate. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 01:54 PM
Switch off AutopilotThis sounds a tad like Mike Cernovich's The Gorilla Mindset and I didn't like that either. Like be mindful when walking all your muscles etc. you both are teaching men to be interested in fucking boring everyday crap. How about no. A man's life was meant to be challenging, dangerous, something that demands attention, instead of forcing attention to be in the hereandnow while gulping water. Go live an interesting and challenging life that basically forces and compels you to be mindful of it. Or i… | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 07:31 AM
ManlinessIt's not the moves, it is fundamentally the courage to not freeze up and you only get it with sparring experience so get your ass to a martial arts gym. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 07:27 AM
The not so gentle red pill truths.I am almost 40 and this is not my experience. I need people with concrete skills. Often certifications. The social charmers are mostly useful in sales and not much else, because when I ask them what can you actually do and what can you prove you can do or did then being smooth and socially skilled does not help them. Only in sales. And even there I would prefer to see a proven track record of sales. This may be a European thing, dunno, but these socially superb sales dudes really stand out in th… | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 07:25 AM
The not so gentle red pill truths. Not really sure it needs to be changed. When people avoid social contact because of anxiety or poor social skills that needs to be changed but when it is more like disliking most people that does not need to be changed. Frankly most people deserve to be disliked, they are rabble. No one is so misanthropic to not find at least a few rare people likeable, and the goal should be to improve yourself to be worthy of the contact of those people. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 07:18 AM
I've had dozens of lays from Tinder alone. Here's how I do it.I think this is a highly useful script for men who value emotionless, unromantic sex with superficial women. It's interesting because I thought those guys have it easy, there are so many stupid sluts around, can't be too hard to nail some. Men like me who couldn't even get it up in a such a situation because totally unattracted to women I am not actually in love with do it different, as it takes a lot of sorting to find a lovable woman these days and then you have to be worthy, this is where all… | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 07:08 AM
The not so gentle red pill truths.3 - The cool kids aren't going to end up losers who amount to nothing in life. In Europe they will. I am constantly amazed, how highly masculine, ripped, charming linebacker or military types run succesful corporate careers in America. It doesn't really work here because highly masculine behaviors are associated with the working class, the "aristocrats" are supposed to be more "unisex". For example look at an interview with Lars Windhorst who is one of the most richest self made men around here … | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/16 06:56 AM
