3	The Myth of the Wage Gap? You're right, I was mistaken. It's not 100%, but I believe when these factors are accounted for it goes from $0.78 per $1 to about $0.95. There's still a disparity, but it is much smaller and would take much less time to close. I myself looked at the disparity in first year graduates at top firms, where the difference between male and female is typically under 4%, somewhere around 1-3% most of the time. That is a far cry from the "$0.78 to every $1" that is so frequently brought up.	/r/MensRights	01/06/17 09:36 PM
