1	Woman arrested and charged with raping an 18-month-old boy is released without bail Okay, the title, the article, etc... Say HUH!?!?!? I know this is off base but what actually happened to get the charge? I mean a cop can charge you with anything. What was the evidence. I mean is she accused of making him perform sex acts on her or was it a cop being crazy because she changed a diaper in public and saw her wipe poop out of a crack and went ape crap with all kinds of charges?
