100% agree with this advice. She doesn't want to be with you anymore, doesn't love you, moved out etc. Move on man and spend that $$ on yourself, do those things you always wanted to do, life goes on.

Only 2 rules. Don't concern yourself with what a woman says or thinks. You're the most important person in the relationship.

Oh look, another one in Clownsville. Australia. But don't worry, this was a woman stabbing another. https://www.townsvillebulletin.com.au/news/townsville/woman-hospitalised-after-townsville-rocked-by-second-alleged-stabbing-in-three-days/news-story/45e7f5439b1018c54770d09f52d179ed

The best Tinder profile I ever had was a photo of myself with a shirt off after a gym session with the caption "Swipe right to win your prize." Yeah, it was arrogant, but boy did it work, I couldn't keep up with the matches. I learnt very early that there are only two rules in the game. 1. You are the most important person in the relationship. 2. Who cares about what they think. All the rest is bullshit.

I think the OP's gym friend cares too much about what women think. Check out the latest on r/seduction, especially the topic on "The less energy spent on a woman, the better outcome" 👌

There is a lovely movie about this poor guys fight to claim his innocence. It's worth watching, and I think it's on Amazon Prime. https://youtu.be/k9-PqY5pEeo?si=Sr3F569LlX-FvLdE

Joey Swoll was all over it on FB and this bitch got her membership cancelled. They need to ban all recording equipment from gyms, and this gas lighting will stop.
