I recommend phenibut. Once a week maximum is completely fine.

What an ignorant comment. You are an example of the reason why the US has had 200k cases for the past 6 months. Until someone close to you dies or you end up with a fucking tube inside your trachea yourself, you won't understand shit. Let me also guess, fuck vaccines because Bill Gates is going to mind control the whole world right?

Pick one in that list and learn it well. Following 100 udemy courses on technologies doesn't make you an expert in any of them. Working 5 years with the same technology does. The market is full of people like you.

It's an easy way out that your mind finds in order to avoid being rejected by women. Despite being useful in some cases, for a limited period of time, for most people it's just an excuse not to approach and stay in their comfort zone.

Except no woman would reply differently if given that question, even is she was interested in him. Unless you are 10/10 objectively good looking, but even at that point, if you are a jackass like OP you don't get the pussy. There is a grey area between going nuclear like he did and being an orbiter giving validation.

This, totally agree. OPs ego is pretty big, as well as his insecurities. Do you see an accomplished successful man replying like that? I mostly read an attempt to cover his insecurities by trying to reply like "an alpha would" after he was inspired by some posts here. Even if he has 2 plates as he claims (which I deeply doubt if this is his game), there was no need to unrecoverably burn a possible prospect like this. You keep the thread open even if you are not interested right now. Plates break…

This is my opinion so don't take it as absolute truth. Dating here is not hard, it is like you are playing a game on extreme difficulty. Assuming you have standards. The reason for this is, Italians are very open, social, easygoing as people and many men approach without fear in very pathetic ways, while drunk, catcalling, whistling etc. This has made women very hard to approach in general. Personally I have much greater results when I travel abroad, and this is consistent. Note that I am 190cm,…

I live in Italy, lockdown here has been going since march 8th and will end in June I guess. I have been busy studying, reading and enjoying my hobbies every single second. And I estimate I would have months till any boredom shows up. So I call bullshit.

A vacation to where when all the world is on lockdown?? God, this subreddit and the standard replies. What a shitfest. OP, don't waste your time trying to understand her. She may have a valid reason or she may not. It doesn't matter, the idea is you should be focusing on yourself and your goals.

Programs designed 'for aesthetics' are bullshit. There is getting stronger, building muscle, losing fat. There is targeting a lagging muscle so you look proportionate. There is NO such thing as an aesthetic program. This is an universal axiom of bodybuilding and lifting. My point still stands regarding 6 days programs. If you are new, there are better alternatives. And everyone is different so different workouts work differently for different people. That's why theres the 'advanced lifter' disti…

My comment has the same credibility as a workout you find when you google "How to get ripped", Im not questioning that and take what I say with a grain of salt. 6 days program is simply not optimal for a beginner and you advising it is plain dangerous. 6 days programs put incredible stress on the body, a beginner is NOT ready for that. A beginner wont have figured out his nutrition since he is, a beginner, and overtraining is a serious danger. Not mentioning ligament, tendon and joint stress on …

A 6 days program is bullshit. I strongly advise not to do this. When training too frequently, more than 4 times per week for example, the risk of raising cortisol levels is much higher unless you know what you are doing. High cortisol means the body will lower the metabolism due to too much physical and mental stress. Low metabolism means way less gains, overtraining, reduction in fat loss and many other consequences. Please do not advise to the typical reader advanced programs. You are endanger…

What you just said can be compared to taking the blue pill when presented with red and blue alternatives. Red is the harsh reality, blue is being back in the matrix. You are basically Neo making the blue choice in Matrix haha

Basically anything that comes before a 'but' doesn't mean shit. This is true in general. It's trying to psychologically justify yourself even if you know something's wrong.

EAT. EAT. EAT. Most high school guys starting to lift dont eat enough. You have a crazy fast metabolism at that age, if you lift 4 times a week you cannot get fat, unless you really try. Obviously I am talking about eating healthy, proper food.

Not completely related but I am struggling more with the post opener. I mean, after opening, after exchanging some basic information for 5-10 seconds, what the hell do you talk about? This completely kills me. You see a group of girls. You go there, say hi and maybe introduce yourself. What after? This also causes approach anxiety for me. The idea that I will reach an awkward silence doesn't let me approach at all.

How to develop game? Got out of a LTR, I cant handle talking to girls. Its like I fell back completely from where I was. I currently have 0 girls in my life, for real. Where can I start?

I agree. My ex broke up with me 2 months ago ish. When I knew her 2 years ago, she was the most innocent girl. Like, i was reading redpill at the time but she was a completely normal girl, opposite of what I read here. I learn psychology in my free time and I got into her mind, her thinking process, and I can assure you she was genuine. She was 18 at the time. Fast forward, she meets new people, her environment changes, she gets influenced by some friends, she awakens her sleeping hypergamous in…

We broke up in late november. She kept saying she isnt attracted to me as before. She had a job for 2 months, abandoned it, and after that things went south. She was at home all day, she started going out every evening and I didnt like it. We fought over it, but she always had the excuse she couldn't stay at home all day. Normally other girls either work or go to university. She decided for a gap year and had no work. She found this group of people of 22-25 years old, she was 19. They were going…

You have a strong point, thanks for redirecting me back towards the light. I lost track for a moment. I had the gut feeling that it was a bad idea(trp says to always trust that feeling, but i was conditioned by my blue pill parents for a moment) Im not planning to dump her though, i feel a connection(not implying she is a unicorn). Well to me it just looks like you aren't very attracted to her, you just want to practice with her. Therefore its much easier to "dont care". The real challenge is not caring with women you are very attracted to. Still, good progress.

I am 20 and have close to 0 social experience. I never talked to people for 19 years of my life. I found the redpill and I really did improve my appearance and SMV, still working on beliefs. I am stuck however when it comes to approach people. I don't have friends to go out with, even if I started meeting guys at the gym or around. -Workout for yourself. Don't go and waste time checking out chicks. They will distract you for their own validation. Very wise words, in every sense. I learned it the hard way. At the gym I approached a girl while resting from deadlifts, cooled down too much and injured my back. The approach went shit as well. That whole day was a lesson. Still recovering after months.

'I can tell by your level of analysis you have really strong feelings for this girl...' What do you mean with this? Deeply analyzing interactions is a bad thing? I tend to do this a lot, with the idea that I find my mistakes and avoid them in the future. I am an overthinker.

I'm working on the first 2 points and I'm at a decent point. The third one Is the problem I mentioned in this post, which the 4th is my objective. This sub taught me that I should not enter a LTR now that I'm just 20 years old because it would limit me. I feel like I will never be ready.
/r/askTRP22/04/15 09:21 AM

The power of the man in a LTR is to walk away. What a man brings into a relationship is commitment. The woman brings sex. Exactly in the same way as she can take the sex out of the equation, and it happens a lot, a man can take out his commitment. Few men are aware of this. When a woman hits you, what you have to do is walk away and cut all communication completely. It depends on you if you will accept her back when she will come after you. Personally I wouldnt.

To be honest I wish I had no emotions at all. Im a very empathetic person, I can read what people feel by looking them in the eyes. I care about people and in particular about women, too much. And this is the opposite of the attraction triggers that game teaches. Its the opposite of the IDGAF mentality. I wish I was a psychopath. For real. I read its about some chemical connections in your brain, and its like impossible to change them. So im stuck with my emotions for life.

I cant force myself, my brain, to go out solo. I keep coming up with excuses of where to go, what will I do there, I would be an idiot etc. Im not outcome dependent, I dont even have an outcome in mind. I have no friends to go out, I cant go out alone so Im stuck on not going out. I wish I could change this but I cant get into the momentum. Anyone has been in this situation and got out?

Fuck man. No other way around it? Only drugs? Unfortunately I had a terrible childhood and I woke up at 20 years old being extremely emotional and empathetic. Reading this subreddit I found out it's very bad for a man.

Im still amazed at how people talk about hitting the gym and putting muscle mass. It's like they got up one day, went to the gym, came home and results were there. You actually need years to put above average muscles. Add to that an injury or some other unforeseen fact and it's even longer.

How do you do boxing gym and yoga and still get results at the gym, in terms of mass gain? How do you start going out if you don't know anyone in your area? The answer I already know is signup to courses, gym etc, but usually in those places social circles are already made and are pretty closed, even if open to small talk. What do people mean with going out exactly? Clubbing every night? I thought that was a PUA principle, not redpill.

Well, women are in general more socially savvy than men. They get approached every day, by anyone, from small talk to being hit. They easily develop their social skills. This is even more real with 9 and 10s. Every single one of them I have met was a great conversationalist.

This is actually interesting because it's exactly how I feel. I have a huge fight inside me, subconscious versus rationality. On one side I know what I am doing wrong, I read a lot of concepts but on the other side I can't get to convince my subconscious about them, and therefore they just 'make sense' but I am not really convinced.
