3	What advice would the red pill give to guys in their 20s? I couldn't agree with you more. I've recently started to study properly for the first time in the 20 years I've been on this planet, it feels amazing. I am addicted to knowledge and knowledge brings me a perspective on positivity and my own future directions. And I found that strength training goes hand in hand with studying.
