The reason she was not arrested is because none of the men came forward, I assume. She absolutely should be punished for this, but I assume a victim would have to press charges before anything could happen.

What the actual fuck? I'm all for the pussy pass denied mindset...till is starts being applied to all women. Like no women deserve jobs because some women falsely accuse of rape!? That's bullshit. And I wasn't even using r/incels as an insult. I usually love this subreddit, but half of the comments on this thread ARE shitposts you would see on that subreddit.

I don't think saying "believe the victim" is dangerous. I just think the "innocent till proven guilty" bit is overlooked too often. Her word is not proof. But, I do think rape accusations should be handled seriously and appropriately. That being said, this girl is a cunt.

For me (only because it has effected me the most) it is parental rights. I am a woman, and growing up, my mentally ill mother was granted full custody over my fully capable, wonderful father. I was abused by my mother heavily, and no matter how my father tried to change the situation, the courts always favored my mom. I think that is despicable.
