I suppose it's an empathy problem. Transgender topics have been in vogue lately. I don't understand it at all, but I don't pass judgement on people who experience gender identity crises. It's merely something I will never understand or experience and that's fine.

As a bisexual man, I can assure you that monogamy is a choice whereas sexual identity is not.

Great advice. Same thing happened to me, except she cheated and acted like nothing was her fault.

I identity as bi/fluid and fuck whom I like depending on how I feel. I am attracted to women when I crave feminine energy and men when I crave masculine energy. Unfortunately, many of my fellow queers have somehow dismissed their masculine energy, which saddens me. I'm not sure how that happens, but I suppose I came out at an older age than my peers...

Hank Paulson, former CEO of Goldman Sachs and Secretary of the treasury, had a good anecdote about work life balance: Nobody ever reflects on their life and states "wow, I'm glad I ruined my life to get ahead in my career". This paraphrased statement simply means that a fulfilling life includes more than your career. With that said, your life will flow through seasons and much life the weather changes, so will your tastes for different activities. Saving and working hard when you're young will l…

Go with something edgier. Try using Pinterest to get some ideas and then go see a real stylist.

If you're good with computers, entry level IT jobs will be fantastic for your development. If you're not qualified for that, then try getting a customer service job. It will teach you how to behave in a corporate environment, how to communicate effectively, and how worthwhile it is to find meaningful work. Avoid server/bar tender/manual labor jobs. Those jobs probably won't teach you anything about life.

This was more or less my life through college. Frankly, something's gotta give. If you're going to exercise, do something without a long recovery time or you'll be so sleep deprived that everything will suffer.

I have a demanding career with high pay. You don't get to have it all. That doesn't mean that you don't get to have what you want. Prioritization of important things over trivial things is a task distinctly for men.

I take excellent care of myself, dress and groom well. There's certainly no lack of interested men, but I can't say the same in return. The hesitation comes because I have genuine feelings for him, which is rare. Spot on about fear of rejection. What does being confident and direct look like?

I am looking for a relationship; can't tell if he is. Due to work demands, dating multiple people is too exhausting. If he just wants to have fun then I'll next. Directly communicating your intent seems to be the most mature approach, but I can't tell if that comes off as needy. Thoughts?
