Actually, you're totally wrong. The ratio is more like 95/5. I'm at a tech startup with 80 people, 50 engineers, 1 of whom are women. The other four are manufacturing, HR, tech writing and marketing. We get very few female applicants, and the vast majority are completely unprepared to do good work.

Ok, so he spends a night or two in jail. I'd rather that than 5+ years of child support. Personally, I'd take a few sick days from work, or do community service or something. Could he really be presumed the father for refusing a paternity test? I don't think so. Without evidence, I don't think that would be legal, much in the same way that we are able to "plead the 5th." Of course, in reality the judge could make an illegal order, and then you'd have to pony up serious $$$ for an appeals lawyer,…

Umm... what, exactly, is the barrier to entry to giving your time away for free to program? I'm at an honest lost here for how anyone could possibly argue that they're being oppressed because they don't choose to put their energy and time into programming and freely giving away the results. I'm trying to understand the argument here, not the underlying SJW motivation, which is obvious.

Hmm, maybe you should write him a letter that predicts what you think will happen, and tell him don't open this until I tell you. Then, when shit hits the fan, tell him: "open the letter now." After he reads it, ask him: "Are you ready to listen to me now?" At least you can spare him some of the anguish, albeit probably not much.

Yeah, being able to fight (Muay Thai), I sometimes find myself looking eye to eye with a dude that other people I'm with are intimidated by. Good for holding frame. On the other hand, something that you learn pretty quickly when sparring is that size matters. A couple inches of height and 20 lbs of weight are a huge advantage, and only the best fighters are good enough to handle that in an opponent unless the guy has no experience fighting. So yeah, lifting is important, even from a fighter's st…

Meh... double standards abound. I can sleep with several girls, and they can't do the same. I get to be the leader, she has to follow. But, I am on the hook for a lot of shit, because I'm the leader. I agree the legal system is fucked, but I'm not mad about the double standard. It's just fucked for everyone.

Could he refuse to participate in a paternity test? Without a court order, obviously he could. With one, what is the typical consequence for contempt of court? And, can paternity be ruled even without a paternity test?

Lol, he definitely hit that after.

Same here. Mine is called a "start up," where men invent things of value and sell them. Women will surely come later when its time to claim things at others expense.

Also for the love of God play chess with your son. Yes. I would add poker as an essential game: teaches how to take calculated risks, how to read tells and personalities, how and when to bluff, and how to stay cool under pressure.

If she is such a qualified banker and CEO, she can follow /u/trp_ta 's foolproof process for becoming a VC: 1) Found a successful company 2) Make millions 3) Use millions as an "Angel" investor to seed fund promising startups in return for lots of equity 4) Make millions 5) Use success in step 3 as qualification to raise a venture fund from institutional investors 6) make millions Of course, this is not easy. It takes enormous skill as a business-man and banker. But it is one of the typical path…

Always be more than gracious in how you talk about women to other women and you'll have the trust to spin plates in the same social circle. Interesting... because she doesn't want you talking shit about her, so if you are gracious about the other girls, then she will trust you will be gracious about her...

Yeah, all three of your points are spot on. On the second one, yes its a shit test, but she's also right. I don't particularly get off from fucking her in the juices of the last girl, and baring something like that, I think someone with skill would generally maintain plausible deniability when possible.

No, the point is that if you are indiscreet in a clumsy way, she will see you as lower value because you lack experience and skill. That doesn't mean tiptoe around her, or prioritize her reputation over your needs.

Also, one of the principles that I live by is that a man protects his own, and, as you said, other people who are in trouble. That is why I train to fight. But it is more tricky (especially maintaining frame) when protecting someone involves compassion for someone who deserves it. She definitely deserves it: her behavior has been very good, and falls under my umbrella. I'm hoping to elicit some people's experience with this sort of thing.

Hmm... good point. I'll check in with her about options for surgeons. The surgeon told her that because she is skinny, he can't use fat from elsewhere in her body, so he has to use silicone, and without supporting breast tissue its difficult to make it the right shape. Maybe a second opinion is in order.

Thanks for the response. Your suggestion is actually already my thinking, more or less, on this. I'm more asking how to avoid getting sucked in to people-pleasing mode while still giving her some extra attention, which I think she needs and deserves, given our relationship.

To me, employed is important for a plate, because I don't want someone trying to get me to support their lazy ass. She doesn't need to have an amazing career, but a job? Yes. Thanks for the advice

Testosterone injections has been studied as male birth control: http://www.webmd.com/sex/birth-control/news/20090506/testosterone-tested-as-male-contraceptive It works in a similar way to female birth control. In the male case, the pituitary gland stops producing LH and FSH in response to the elevated testosterone, so the testes are not stimulated to produce sperm.

I think that my original point stands though, just replace caste with class, so I agree, Theige

the_red_knight is right: I fucked up with the facts. The cast system has been abolished, but it is still alive and well.

The outrage, in my opinion, is mostly related to her high caste status. High caste people in India seem to think they should be treated differently than "common" people. Notice the objection to being held in jail with drug addicts and other criminals. For a high caste, powerful person to be accountable in the same way as a low caste, poor person is viewed as an outrageous affront. In other words, India, in my opinion, is expressing its shock at the rule of law. When you add this to the sense of …

Another good example is Elio Reve's "Ya no te doy mas na-" : "I won't give you anything anymore" Llora, llora solita ahora Que ahora me toca reír Cry, cry little single girl now that its my turn to laugh and Y si tú quieres que te de un besito - and if you want me to give you a kiss Coro: Te lo doy - I'll give it to you Mira, si tú pides cariñito - Look, if you ask Coro: Te lo doy - I'll give it to you Muchachita, y si te gusta mi Charangón gón - little girl, if you like my Charanga music Coro: …

Cuban music is full of Red Pill knowledge and anecdotes, if you understand spanish. Edit: for example: Lola Lola, by Chanaga Habanera: The chorus says "Lola, Lola, estas muy buena pa' un toque de bola," meaning "Lola, Lola, you're really good for a bunt" http://www.musica.com/letras.asp?letra=912498

Actually, I think that RP is all about double standards. I am dominant because I'm a man, you are submissive because you are a woman. Its not equal. I get to have a threesome with another woman and you, you do not get to have a threesome with another man and me. Because I'm a man. I get to fuck lots of women and it improves my social standing. If you fuck lots of men, it lowers your SMV. Tough shit. And on the other hand, I get to live with you having the pussy card to play if you are immature e…

Dude, how about he's got PTSD from all the fucked up shit he went through in prison. How about he's a bad fucker from fighting through prison for murder, but he's still an emotional teenager because he was isolated from normal society for so long. /u/scottishredpill makes an excellent point that this is a perfect illustration of how our behavior impacts women, but dude is not gaming. He's stepped up like man to protect his sister, and he paid the consequences. Now he's trying to figure out how t…
