I'm having a similar issue right now in that I injured my back about 6 months ago moving. So far I seen a regular doc (prescribed pills), PT (who gave shitty exercises), Chiro #1 (who just wanted to do adjustment after adjustment, but I saw no change). I'm now on my second Chiro who likes to focus on exercises that make sense. He indicated to focus on extension vs flexion exercises. That means no core sit ups and this could exacerbate issues.
