Just lift heavy and eat good. Find out what works for you. You don’t need all that shit. Edit: not saying that training programs don’t work but I have friends that follow all that bullshit advice and have minimal progress, yet those who train heavy (good form) and eat good make steady gains.

Don't be fazed by it. I had some similar shit happen to me where a bunch of girls were looking at me weirdly because of this one girl so I just focused on myself and in around a month and a half they started coming back to talk to me. Also during high school. And if your "bros" go against you too then they aren't your bros. Edit, just re read so they're harassing your bros not your bros harassing you?

What really helped me at prom was to dance. Dance like a crazy mofo regardless of your dance skills. Dance with every girl you can find and just have a good time. People will come to you which is what happened to me. Also, go to the after parties and just be chill and talk to people.
