And for the concrete steps to take to "get myself together" first - i have a busy job and subsumed myself in work to avoid confronting some of the emotions and issues that i essentially repressed to try and make my marriage work, dammit! :/ physical health and emotional health are certainly linked. i'm fortunate to live where i can run and hike so i'm taking advantage of it. thank you!	/r/askTRP	25/02/17 08:25 AM
