My plan for if my wife ever cheats... Tell her if she's truly sorry and wants me back, she needs to forfeit her potential money she would get in a divorce. Go to a lawyer and sign docs proving it. Then after she signs the docs, I'd probably still divorce her ass. If she didn't agree to do that, I'd know she wasn't truly sorry/committed to working it out, and would divorce her.

My wife did this a lot after our kids were born and she had 20-30 lbs of extra fat on her body. She said she didn't feel sexy.

The good thing is it does go away. For me it took about a year for the initial shock to wear off. I went through every emotion imaginable. I replayed the day in my head so many times and thought up scenarios that would have some how prevented the accident from happening.

Lost my father in an accident when i was a teenager. Very similar scenario where I went numb the moment they told me. I stopped being a kid that day. In my 30s now. If you want to talk or anything, PM me or reply to this comment and I'd be glad to chat.

Gonna have to agree and disagree with you on this one a little bit regarding aesthetics. For a beginner, they are more than enough and DO improve the way you look (and feel). I have gained 25 pounds of fat/muscle (i was waaayyy too skinny) in the past 6 months doing Stronglifts 5x5 and am complimented almost every day by people who haven't seen me in a few months. And they are SIMPLE. Eventually, you'll move on to more advanced routines, but SL 5x5 is popular for a reason.

I appreciate the replies. She's doing better. I pretty much was just there for her to lean on. I was her rock. I got a sitter for the kids and took her to dinner and a movie. She asked what we were doing and I told her don't worry about it (took her to her favorite place). Unrelated, but I'm about 9 months into RP and she has been keeping the house clean, getting the kids ready for school while I get ready for work (she used to complain when/if I wasn't helping), and she fucks me whenever I want…

Right. I def haven't been asserting my smv for a while. Not that I'm ugly or fat. But it hadn't been on my mind much before trp. I work out, take showers, stay well groomed everywhere. I think she subconsciously doesn't feel I deserve to be sucked off, at least not yet.

Agreed. Everything else is perfect, so I'm not trying to go too extreme. She just sent another text saying "Nothing? Cool." I responded "I'm busy right now" I'm thinking I should have agreed and amplified almost immediately and have lost frame a little because of the delay?
