Fun fact: in high school I worked at Duncan Donuts and fucked my boss. Got fired about a week later. She was hot as fuck and I would totally lose a minimum wage job for that again haha. Really though, don't ruin your career for pussy.

As far as advice goes, set yourself smaller goals that put you in line to achieving bigger ones. Accomplish them. As in, make a list of the goals you want to accomplish and then make smaller stepping stones for each one. Want to be at xlbs by New Years? Okay I want to be here on Sept 1st, here on Oct 1st, ect. Breaking it down really helps, for me at least. Just make sure you're realistic while still pushing yourself.

Make sure to speak confidently. If anyone tries to speak over you, just keep talking like they didn't just interrupt you. Honestly, I've never really noticed it happening to me, but that's probably how I'd handle it. Just ignore them. They'll get the picture.

I am also in the situation of dealing with an alpha woman. She isn't as bad as yours. Naturally, she acts like a woman however she sometimes forces herself to be alpha.
