So do you think I should go into Northwestern for Engineering? or Georgia Tech for Engineering? Or should I perhaps pursue a degree in Financial Analysis?

What does the job of a quant entail? Pure statistical analysis? I actually enjoy the rigors of engineering and solving problems through applied physics and math: the mid to late career salary however doesn't seem appealing enough so I wish to supplement it by perhaps applying it to a consultant job on Wall Street?

Fortunately, my parents have been saving up since before I was born for my college tuition. Alongside a sizable inheritance from my grandparents, I will come out of university debt free for my undergraduate (unless I decide to pursue a masters)
