I always bring my pen, and some edibles when I fly. The only time I didn't want to risk it was going to South Africa. We flew through Dubai and I had heard horror stories about people getting jailed for fucking nicotine rigs. Anywhere else I just toss it in my toiletry bag on my checked luggage. Mix my edibles in with some other candy or cookies and you're good to go.

Ya man I like to open up a word doc and take notes while I'm reading self help books. It helps me internalize things more efficiently, then I can always go back and remember the things that really stuck out to me while reading. Another piece of advice I'd give you is to start writing down your goals. At bare minimum, I'd do monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Do goals for work, and personal life. Visit them often and hold yourself accountable. It's incredible how effective this is. Do it!

7 Habits is my fucking bible. If you read it with legit intentions, take some fucking notes, and get into it, you will most likely find some great value in it.
