Women these days are running corporations, countries, ministries, etc. No, there isn't any discouragement in many western countries. Facts are that they don't want to work in those environments. Yeah, no women showed up to do the work. You need to find me actually contractors/handy persons or whatever that do that work that are women. 16	Loving this piece... I live in a large metropolitan city. Never in my life have I seen a female garbage collector, a woman doing real construction work (not just flagging cars to stop near construction site). Worked hard and luck also has me owning many houses. Called handyman, service companies (some on retainer) and construction teams to do work. Guessing maybe 400 times in two decades.
