Fair enough, but within those ranks are still alphas. You find any group of any men and there will be high betas. You take the top 50 most alpha red pillers and within that hierarchy there will still be 1-5 alphas above all in the group

The number of indoor hobbies also plays into this. Computers, internet, video games, etc Millennials had an excuse jobwise. Market was brutal. That being said the economy is humming recently so no reason to still be a failure to launch

A couple trends play into this. I do think millennial men are much more comfortable with their masculinity or lack thereof. Things like Romphims, silly outfits, etc are intentional but still something older generations don't understand Millennials of both genders have also been coddled more than other genders. College is basically additional years of underdevelopment that past generations lacked. Coupled with student debt and a bad economy a few years back forcing millennials to stay at home and…

Most men are not wise to the games women play and take what they say on the surface as true

Lol this is true. Great part of having a spouse is getting out of shit you really don't want to do

The military thing isn't surprising. People think military and alpha are correlated. Their not. Many in the military are the inverse - selfless to a fault. Are willing to fall on their swords for country and wife. Some of the weakest willed men around women I know are military guys

Almost all men don't have experience. I'd say most men have slept with 5 or less women in their lives
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/18 04:33 PM
1

The men I know who fall for women's BS are almost always inexperienced (you can't sleep with 10+ women without some baseline understanding of their nature unless you are a very true natural) and lack convictions (won't stand up for themselves, will go with whatever women says). Mutter stuff like happy wife happy life. Most men are like this. Most men get manipulated by women. far more than the other way around
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/18 04:09 PM

This is correct. Beta and alpha is all relative. Anyone here who considers themselves high in alpha traits is still a better in many groups. That said a high beta still gets success by association with the alpha or with the group as whole. Look at a top tier college fraternity, major corporation, or a successful sports team for example: almost all men in them are high value and competent. However, there is still a leadership and alpha heiarchy.

Let the man escalate sexually and the woman escalate with commitment. I'm fine with LTRs, but she should always be the one asking you about it. Similarly, she should always be telling you she loves you more than the other way around.

I'm not sure if it happens more with men or women but I have friends who are out of shape, 70 pounds or so overweight, but won't date a female equivalent saying she's a "whale". Meanwhile they complain about having only one tinder match a month while sitting on the couch eating goldfish Either improve yourself so you can get more attractive partners or settle for less attractive partners. But don't sit on your ass doing nothing and expecting someone better lookin

It isn't. But subconsciously that's what you're displaying. Usually indecisive men are kind and want everyone's input and not to offend everyone. But people want to be led and by not doing so you will appear weak
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/18 01:38 PM

Being decisive as a man is another red pill that egalitarian me didn't want to believe but life experience shows it's true. Women don't want true relationship equality, they want direction. As a man that means taking charge on everything. From planning dinner to planning a vacation. This has taught me to be decisive in other areas of life and now I have little patience for those who piddle paddle on deciding to do something. Always have a bias towards action

Those men often choose marriage not because they aren't the branch swinging type, but because they can't be if they tried. I think you were implying the same but wanted to make that clear Men and women behave as much as they can get away with. That doesn't mean great looking guys can't be marriage minded, but they often don't marry the first pussy they come into contact with like average joe

Nah. Attractive is attractive, unattractive is unattractive. Based on your posts I'd say you're probably in that 2nd group. Stop being so angry and work on yourself

Yea don't get me wrong. Good career doesn't equal chad. I have a great career and consider myself an "Alpha Bucks" but most guys I know with great careers use it to make up for shortcomings in other areas of life. They very quickly get office bodies and take on boring hobbies from their couch lifestyle. Though others are just uber competitive and accel in many areas of life. But even the beta bux office bod guys aren't SMP losers. They can't be casanovas but they certainly can secure an LTR or w…

As a former unsuccessful blue piller who now is RPd and has more women than knows what to do with ill share my perspective. When I was BP I rarely resented successful guys. Alpha men aren't alpha just because women want them but because men respect and want their approval as well. By that very nature a loser might be jealous of another mans success but won't be angry at him or try to take it out on him. Usually this came at the women - who I would always wonder why they would date what I thought…

Watch what women do, not what they say. It's not that the women here aren't attracted to strong, tall guys. It's that they have no chance with them, have historically never been approached by them, and rationalize that away by saying they were never attracted to them. Men do it too. It shows a lack of emotional maturity and self awareness But hey. If it let's mediocre Redditors sit here and feel good about themselves for thinking "wow, a girl out there is into scrawny and nerdy!" Instead of moti…

Not sure why you're using median numbers when I'm talking about the top 20% of men
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/18 03:35 PM

For different reasons though. Men usually use it as a companion to do things with. Though I think it's dumb for anyone single to have a pet in their 20s

Disagree completely on the career front. You don't climb the ranks of business by being a pushover or social moron. It involves traits that'll make you successful socially or with women more times than not

Owning a dog is a red to yellow flag for a woman. If she's single, in her late 20s or early 30s, and owns a puppy it's basically signaling that she's using that dog to get the same companionship a husband would give or the same nurturing a child would need. It's pretty pathetic tbh and is no different than a man using video games to falsely accomplish meaningless things

Women RMP losers almost always fall for the "the guy I can sleep with is in my league for relationships". Women can sniff out insecurity and lack of confidence in a man easily. But men can sniff out sluttiness in a woman just as well. If a woman is consistently sleeping with men but can't hold them down it's because she's giving off vibes that are not motherly, LTR worthy, 'slutty', or just has a shit personality. These women often hit the wall and then placate their nurturing instincts by buyin…

Wish more was focused on your last paragraph. Men can avoid it much longer if they do things that are high value in life. But to the college athlete or frat start with a shit job yea it does hit. If you dont take care of your body it can hit. If you relied on pretty boy looks at a young age then yea it hits

I know 26 year old women still in the "I'm too young to settle down, I need to be single! I want to travel the world!" phase. Sad. If you do 'the math' (2 years to meet a guy, 1 year for marriage/enjoyment, 1 year pregnancy) you are in big trouble when it comes to having kids - that puts you at over 30 assuming you meet your husband TOMORROW.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/18 01:41 AM
1

Is willingness to settle down better for RMV? A lot of the top SMV guys just have higher degree of standards. They will only settle with a lower quality woman if they marry same age. a 32 year old guy can land a top tier 25 year old girl. A 25 year old guy would often struggle to do the same
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/18 01:33 AM
2

And this is why hard teasing and smart "negging" works. Women love a guy not afraid to give them some shit and be a challenge, assuming there's some level of attraction. Sexist don't give a fuck comments work. I've laid plenty of so called feminists by being an asshole and mocking their beliefs.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/18 11:51 PM
1

Well now you're confusing smv and rmv. A mans willingness to commit isn't an smv fsctor. High SMV guys have good careers, ambition, are smart, worldly, etc. you don't go from college town to NYC, Chicago, etc and keep your college girlfriend on average. Middle tier smv men with low n counts settle down early usually for one of the first 2 or 3 women they've ever had sex with. These are the guys you're thinking of. Low smv guys stay single into their 30s for obvious reasons. High smv guys either …
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/18 11:49 PM
7

Because when it's coming from a high value man misogyny is fun. Well adjusted, top smv women don't spend their lives upset about potential sexism. They know their looks is an asset and an advantage in many aspects of life and use it To the fat ugly nerdy woman, a "CEOs and office hos" party is sexist. To an attractive woman with a sense of humor it sounds like a good time. High enough status let's men get away with anything. Frat guys have strong status on campus. In fact the term dad bod comes …

Easily controllable and too lazy to break up or unwilling to go through stigma of divorce. Men don't like nagging SOs, they keep them around too

A man marrying young is being careless. High value SMV men don't get married in their early to mid 20s
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/18 03:42 PM

Being a high earner is also correlated with intelligence, personality, often altruism, etc. all make a guy a better marriage material

On the other side, if a boss is a bachelor type and can make things like frequent happy hours it can pay to be single and flexible I don't think you should make either decision based on employment prospects and opportunities though. Don't put women on a pedestal but to some degree don't do it for career either

If you aren't growing as a person then you are dying. Don't fool yourself into thinking just lifting more is the answer. Once you become a gym rat and lifting becomes routine you still arent challenging yourself in ways you can. Life begins at the edge of your comfort zone. Things like reading, learning a new language, trying a new sport (rock climbing, white water rafting, etc.) can also help

There are legit reasons to live at home with parents. It still doesn't make you less of a man child. It also is connected to having childish interests. I'd say by age 25 you should have most shit figured out and by 30 you should be a successfully functi…

Reiterating what the other guy said. Basically 2 things: Your change becomes the new normal. I was skinny all my life but once got pretty chubby/fat. Man children are almost always formed from overbearing mothers and lack of strong masculine father figure presence. It is the moms role to nurture and the dads role to develop the son. When you have so many more single mothers then you have men growing up to be 'man children'. To solve this at it's root is to incentivize traditional marriages in the U.S.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/18 10:14 PM

If you think TRP is full of guys who had successful relationships and then lost them due to getting unattractive then you don't know the sub very well at all. Try dead bedrooms for that. MAYBE married red pill.

Male privilege? Women get benefits early in their life that a man simply cannot begin to comprehend. I do agree that TRPers come to the red pill weak men. But most men are weak and pathetic. Those who leave TRP are well rounded and usually successful individuals
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/18 05:48 PM

"Complacent" or listened to what women say instead of how they behave. Let's not pretend like this is TRPers getting fat and lazy in a relationship. Instead treating their spouses as equal when they shouldn't have

4

The people who find the red pill are betas or unsuccessful men. Not natural alphas. They found it because what they did wasn't working. What they were doing was usually things like pedestaling women, having oneitis, falling in love, coming from a position of comfort instead of strengths, etc. deep down most TRPers WISH what they learned about women wasn't true but they've come to accept it

Lol sorry but no - the "top RMV" people are not going to private but not prestigious schools in major cities. If you don't get into an elite school then the next step is big state U, think Indiana, North Carolina, Michigan, etc - still great schools. If not those then another state school of some sort like Oklahoma State, East Carolina, Florida State, etc. That is the prototypical American college experience and where the vast majority of college kids come from - university town schools. Good assessment. Have a buddy who recently visited LA saying "you guys would love being single here! So many hot girls!". While that's true, it's also a completely different market. If you're a guy who's in great shape in the south or Midwest you stand out. In LA that's table stakes

Again that couldn't be further from the truth. The number great colleges that also are great career cities for afterwards is extremely limited, and if you think the average NYU or Berkley student is high RMV or marriage minded then you simply lack World experience.

Is that what you call yourself for being poor to make you feel better?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/18 02:55 PM

No it isn't. Women's tools still are all looks based. I said men gave more at their disposal. This is true. I never said it's easier for men because of this. Just have more ways to work around bad looks. An ugly in the face woman can be fit, rich, have makeup, whatever - she has a far lower ceiling than a similar looking guy. Albeit a much higher floor. This is RP 101 stuff

Only people who prioritize marriage and family. But in terms of quality or best marriage material? No, not even close. Ambitious people almost never settle down with their college girlfriend. They move a lot, get advanced education, enjoy being single in their 20s, before dating seriously in later 20s early 30s At least that's how it is for men. The best candidates were dating their wives at 20? lol those men have far lower smv and rmv
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/18 02:51 PM

Because men are raised their entire lives to 'deal with it' in a way that women cant possibly comprehend. We self police ourselves on complaining/bitching, so despite men having worse issues when it comes to work/life balance, health, work safety, getting screwed in courts, etc. you wont hear a peep

People have preferences, sure. But they are also likely to demonize something instead of trying out of fear of failure. You see this all the time, even outside of sex/relationships.

I have literally had guy friends talk about celebrities and the like not being attractive while having a fat troll wife. It's a defense mechanism because they really don't have a chance with those individuals. A "you can't fire me, I quit!" Approach

Lmao exactly this.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/18 03:50 PM

You're missing the point actually. A 250 pound jezebel writer can say she hates alpha males, but in truth an alpha male has never so much attempted to court her. It's a defense mechanism akin to beta guys saying "that's model isn't attractive, she's too thin!"
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/18 03:46 PM

You sound low SMV. So it's hard to know if you're attracted to something if you've never had the chance at actually getting that that something
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/18 03:44 PM
10

Yep. This woman sounds like an incredibly low RMV/SMV. Odds are she's never even had the chance to attract a chad. Similar to the fat guy saying Megan Fox isn't that hot - it's more of a defense mechanism than a fair critique

And you think our parents did? The fact you blame society instead of take ownership is telling enough. If you have a good partner you go through those parts of life TOGETHER. If you wait until you have a great job, no debt, house, and savings then you miss a lot of shared growth and will age yourself out of the market
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/18 02:46 AM

That's the golden truth. Men dont think twice about high career women. Those women think they are intimidating - they aren't. At least not in the dating game. No guy will start sweating and get nervous because some girl starts talking about her job in finance to them. Now if she has perfect tits and the face of a model then guys will pay attention. You can be feminine and an ambitious woman. I see it all the time. The ones that arent usually end up fucked over though

The career thing is actually a major problem for many women right now. Not only that but more often than not ambitious women also have an 'anti-settle down' mentality early on. So many times they can have a boyfriend but still want to travel the world, or move cities for work, and would rather be single. Career women failing to be satisfied is just a misunderstanding of dating economics. Nice guys make the same mistake. Both try to be what they want (for women it's resources, masculinity, for th…

Yea to me 'yoga' is not only fine as a hobby but a good one for women - especially if weightlifting counts as one for men. I see no difference in men and women when it comes to hobbies. The world of politics, gossip, social manipulation, etc is not a world where men excel at. Men are raised from a very young age that they are to bear the burden of the world and not complain about it in ways that women simply aren't. This is why women complain at such a higher rate about perceived injustices but men don't for theirs (having to work longer hours, be the bread winner, die earlier, get hurt on the job, die in war, etc). Do you think women are guiltier of this than men? There are A TON of women who love fitness and being active. These women don't 'diet', they live a healthy lifestyle. Similarly, there are men who think "got to have abs by summer", or "need to gain 5 lbs of muscle", but all of those are only short term goals. Once you get it you dont just stop. Be weary of the woman who says "I only need to lose x pounds", or who is trying to diet to fit into a wedding dress. These people view fitness as a means …

Oh completely agree. Men have more tools at their disposal than women for attraction. Money, status, and charisma can all offset a portly belly. This is what's hilarious with those women. They spent their mid to late 20s thinking "I'm too young to settle down! I want to travel! Go on adventures!" The idiotic thing is that having a boyfriend/husband and international backpacking are not mutually exclusive. law school was just an example. The overall point being the trope on TRP that "we dont care about her ambition at all, she could be a waitress or a doctor it doesnt matter" is BS to any high value man. Now, do those traits matter to men as much as they matter to women? No. But all things equal it's usually better. I'd say most advice from older generations here is ignored or labeled sexist by women. There is truth to keep his stomach full and his balls empty. There is truth to being pleasent to be around, along with making your man feel like a god (even when he isnt). That is, be impressed when he achieves something and dont undermine him. Men want a feminine woman. Too many women think they are 'high value' by being what THEY value in a man. Career driven, ambitious, tough, no-nonsense. These women usual…

Because men are blunt and honest with their sexual preferences and intentions. Women are not. And this isn't some moral shortcoming of them either, society has conditioned them to behave in a way that they would be viewed upon by the masses as shallow if they were honest about their preferences. But in terms of what women are really after, commitment, there is of course advice here. However it is usually mocked by feminists, progressives, youth, career women, etc.

Clothes alone on a man can make a 1-2 smv point difference The average guy in America is fat, wears cargo shorts, wears some stupid NFL, Marvel, or whatever graphic t shirt when going out, has unkept facial hair, etc. if men had a decent haircut and wore good clothes they would do so much better
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/18 05:24 PM

Wall doesnt mean women lose, it means women lose overall relative to their dating equity from late teens to early 20s and it absolutely is true for marriage/children minded women. That said agree with your other points. Most at TRP were former BPers who woke up. Once you have seen both sides, you know the truth
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/18 12:12 AM

Alpha widowed is absolutely a thing, though maybe less common than TRP believes. However, if you marry a woman than as a guy you should be the best she's every had - period. Any ex of hers should see you and feel timid. This becomes nearly impossible with attractive experienced women (who have had a lot of chads)
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/18 11:50 PM

Here is a genuine question - do you think women are more likely to feel that they settled during marriage than men? After all, the marriage build up and pressure is on women more than men. It's something they've likely thought about their entire life. If you buy into RP theory that women often overvalue their worth by considering men they've slept with as their league instead of men they've secured commitment from, then it's a real question. Women find these men appealing because of biology and evolutionary survival engrained over hundreds of years. That basis is where all TRP theories come from. It's not pulled out of their ass "just because". Women want to be told what to do. They want someone assertive, with a plan, with direction. They want a man respected by others and is dominant but not off putting. It's not rocket science

The benefit is I get to be very choosy. My standards: To get your foot in the door (i.e. a date): - Must be college educated - Must be in shape (have dated former college athletes, but if you are skinny you'll do) - Must have a career (teacher is fine, barista is not unless in grad sch…

No. It's because it's something that less intelligent people behave in when around others (aka population density). Less intelligent people are more likely to be poor. Black poor people are more likely to live in dense areas such as cities. That being said it's a small minority giving people a bad name but 'street talking' IS cultural

Women are less likely than men to think about that stuff, they just are. Atheist women are often born and raised atheist, religious women same way. Atheist women don't find god and religious women don't lose religion similar to the way men do

Tattoos is easy. Generally a sign of short sighted behavior, especially multiple. It's proof of decision making being focused on short term instead of long term. It's also proof of caring less about what others thing and more about yourself (which isn't always a bad thing). Tattoos on any girl is a CC red flag

These aren't 100% obviously but some ways I will put a girl in the "slut" box: excessive makeup eyebrows tweezed too thin. Hard to explain, certain look tattoos exotic piercings smokes single mother in her 20s. fake tan slutty clothing can't go a weekend without it involving bar, club, being hungover Any one of the above and the girl is removed from LTR consideration
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/18 10:13 PM

Ever see pictures from the 50s? Every man, even poor, dressed sharp. Every man was thin. So to be a "heart throb" or top 20% you had to be blessed with a good looking face. Now the average guy from them would kill it now. People dress like shit and look like shit. The bar to be top 20% has never been lower

Again, 'feminists' that really dont go on dates and live on Jezebel.com sure. High end SMV women scoff at the notion of a date being dangerous.

No, RMV includes those traits but looks are a factor. So is the ability to age gracefully. There is a big difference between hot/sultry and 'cute', along with how they age.

A woman touching you is the bonafide green light they are into you. It literally is how I know I have someone on the hook. So sure keep doing it, just know you're signaling attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/18 03:21 PM
3

Nah, a man should always assume attraction. Confidence boosting You're a woman so you don't know the benefits that mindset can have. Does this mean I truly think every woman is into me? No. Does that mean I act on it at all times? No But always assume attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/18 03:19 PM

Women on Reddit are usually VERY low smv. Reddit just isn't something attractive women do.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/18 03:16 PM
1

I agree with that but would it be sexist? Lol no
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/18 03:15 PM

True. It's about how blunt you are. Women have code words for "rich"
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/18 03:14 PM
2

Once again men are candid with their preferences (and are called gross, pigs etc), which is why women often lie about theirs (personality! Must be funny!) This is no more "sexist", "gross", or "shallow" than a woman waning a man to be tall. In other words - it isn't sexist gross or shallow. It's just how we are wired from an evolutionary standpoint. But did get a good laugh from those post Wall women

Curious your opinion on options thing. Usually the hotter the better. But the hotter someone has the more they will be hit on and have suitors approach them. Is your ideal sweet spot a woman who you're still attracted too but she isn't attractive enough to create a lot of competition? I've dated truly beautifil women before and dealing with the competition was always a pain in the ass

Anyone that places a high degree on looks for RMV is an idiot (and probably why they end up divorced and bitter on TRP). Looks matter, but with marriage it's more binary and then the rest is personaltiy. You think a beautiful women is rare? A true top tier marriage material candidate is much rarer. Of course the hotter the girl the better. But her personality (is she kind, would she make a good mother), responsibility (financially independent? Like spending money she doesn't have?), interests (i…

Oh yea once you cant court women in their mid 20s anymore then either find a way to be able to or quickly think about settling down (assuming you want a kid). Because if you are 40 and can only shop around for 33 year old leftovers then you will be in trouble. I get having a kid and wife means less gym trips. But diet and intensity is something you should be able to control. Gym 3x a week plus proper diet is doable for anyone and will keep off most bad weight

All a massive shit test. Acting as if sensationalized news is mainstream. This is why Red Pill preaches enjoy the decline. Make a fuss about this speech in public and you'll look like a sexist pig. But if you truly act on it and act like every action you take will be front page news then you'll get nowhere with women. The men who ignore it fall into two camps. A lot of it is clothes. If you change weight change attire too. I wear tighter clothes which I never thought I'd wear (you'll be called a douche for this by your same mediocre friends but oh well fuck em, chicks love it) Unless you are absolutely yolked then a baggy shirt can hide a shredded body

This is like Red Pill 101. No. Attraction is crucial to any successful relationship. Now if she had a pretty face, maybe a little heavy, and was actively trying to lose weight - sure. Or in other instances I can find a woman's appearance average but absolutely fall in love with a personality and she becomes much more attractive. But it's impossible to flip the switch from no to yes

/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/18 10:59 PM

Things you see from girls at clubs: cigarette smoking, tattoos, exotic piercings, extensive sexual histories, fake nails/eye lashes, the need to drink excessive alcohol every weekend. Now I'm fine to get down at a club every now and then. But if you're a regular or do any of the above things you aren't high RMV to a top tier guy lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 09:39 PM
2

You realize in major cities that night life expands well beyond clubs, right? I lived in a major city that had a big club life but it's not where the high value women went. Upscale bars, restaurants, social events were where they most likely go
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 09:37 PM
1

That's top tier percent value. But yep, high value people go to social events, or if they are going out they going to upscale bars. Or maybe they lead interesting lives and spend their night not drinking but going to bed early to volunteer somewhere in the morning, train for a marathon, whatever. Now going to a club is something everyone should experience. But if you are regularly going to a club (by regularly probably every 2 months) then no, you most likely are not high RMV
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 09:36 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:26 PM

I dont know you personally, so I could be wrong, but at a macro level high value women dont club. It's like someone on Reddit saying they met their high value husband at Comic Con. Sure it's possible. But over anonymous posts online it can probably be thrown out as someone not knowing what high value is.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:22 PM
5

sorry to burst your bubble but maybe you aren't high value as you think. High RMV women dont club regularly.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:18 PM

Maybe not for older generations but apps like Bumble abosultely have high value men and women on them
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:17 PM
2

There are some other factors. #2 on girling I would add 'class'. Cursing like a sailor, having tattoos, exotic piercings, etc. will lower your RMV to top tier men
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:15 PM

PPD? Try Reddit. So many people here are sex deprived that they dont know a true top tier woman
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:14 PM

Only in physical appearance. Guys not top 20% get in relationships all the time. It's just that the women there fall for something other than looks - resources, security, personality, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 03:13 PM
1

Yep. A good poriton of quality men wont let a quality women get away - we know how rare they are. If you are sleeping with a bunch of quality guys but cant get any of them to want to LTR you then that's not them - it's you

This exactly. I'm 6'3, work out every day, top 10% income earner, elite education, interesting hobbies, etc. I CAN sleep around and occasionally DO. But what separates high value men like myself and some of the peers I know (along with many of the lower value friends I am also acquaintances with) is choice with commitment. Almost none of us are against commitment. We just have choice. Low value men I know - almost always get into relationships and marriages earlier. Usually with one of the first…

To me this is because women are much less likely than men to sit and really ask big questions in life. They aren't going to sit around and have political debates (unless it's about womens issues) in the same way men are - ESPECIALLY conservative women. My problem with Conservative and Christian women is they just are that way because they were raised that way and accept it. They'll even tell you that's why they believe that stuff. At least liberal women have challenged their belief system
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/18 02:54 PM

Once you do things for women and actually get women you realize how silly everything is. I hope you understand just how much men are motivated by their dicks. Everything a guy does is for women in one way or another.

The thing to keep in mind with these discussions is that the women on Reddit are predominantly feminist, liberal, womens rights types. The men on Reddit are predominantly nerdy, passive, 'beta' types. So what happens on these threads is the women will all defend the woman in question, and the weak men will to appease the woman (aka white knight). There are also a portion of deranged angry at women type of men who laugh at rape and shit. Those fuckers make up a decent chunk of these discussions a…

Guy here but can share your fear. Never worked out growing up and started (barely) in college. Was always intimidated. Were other guys looking at me? Staring at me? Making fun of me? I would go to the gym at 5am just because no one would be there. At a certain age (23 or so) just said fuck it and started going. Now go almost daily, and gym bros are some of the nicest people. Can't believe I was always so intimidated of the gym.

lol conservative atheist here (as is many in TRP). Key is to not use it as a filter. I'll date a liberal or christian girl, as long as that's not the only thing they care about

I like the last one. Dont settle for a girl who isn't crazy about you. (in RP lense this would be dont date an Alpha Widow). Yea lets not act like feelings for girls dont happen to us. I have no problem sleeping around but occaisionally (very rarely) will see someone as a 'unicorn'. Those feelings are evolutionary just like everything else on this sub. We should learn to not act on them, but have to admit they exist

Also, as someone who has experienced this recently, corporate gossip is a womans game. You cannot play it, and if you do you will fucking lose. Just being a man puts you at a disadvantage. Truth is, feelings aren't some on/off switch you can get rid of. But yea saying that shit to her puts her in a position of power and makes you look weak (which furthers her thinking you as not a sexual partner). IMO best to ignore her completely and treat her like shit when you cant (since it's work). Dont worry about being 'the bad guy'. Women are MASTERS of doing whatever it takes to not be 'the bad guy'. Sorry, this simply isn't true. What women (and men) find attractive ABSOLUTELY changes both with society and both with their own SMV. The real answer is in terms of shear looks women truly do only find 20% of men attractive. It's just that many women date men that aren't physically attractive (but not necessarily ugly) but have attractive personalities, ability to financially provide, security, etc.

2 months in so enough for the guy to wise up. You know even after they get married it'll be the AFs and millionaires this woman slept with that she'll think of at night or talk about with friends Yet this guy I guarantee you is top 10% in his own right. Probably above average income, looks. Etc. just a beta mentality. So despite that since she's used to banging the top .1% (NYC millionaires) then she will never respect him and look to him as "settling" despite the fact that as of today his SMV i…

I would never, not once, tolerate someone who bitches at me or puts me down in front of others. Something is up you put that aside but in public you're a unified front. Have seen women do this to men. Always am glad I'm single and not married when it happens lol
/r/TheRedPill09/06/18 04:17 PM

If the man has any self respect at all he will break things off after reading this public attention whoring article that basically calls him a safe choice. The sad thing is I bet this guy is easily a top 20% or top 10% male. Never date someone that doesn't worship you or think you're the best she's ever had. This will never be the situation for this woman.

Why isn't he the prize again? You realize nearly any average or better guy is the prize to someone, but not the prize to others right?

LMAO 'dont ask her to sacrifice her career in order to support yours' are you serious? Do you know what the word sacrifice means? This is almost always something brought up by the woman, not the man, and the one making the sacrifice here of not being there for his kid is the man - not the woman. This post is hilariously out of touch
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/18 11:04 PM

Oh absolutely. But I think developing meaningful friendships like that in adulthood is more difficult anyways. Any advice on building good high value circles as an adult? As stated earlier I'm basically the highest value guy among my ~40 person friends + their close friends social circle any dating any of the girls in that group would be absolutely settling compared to the quality of women I get on dating apps
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/18 11:00 PM

'you are the prize' isn't the same as 'just be yourself'. It means have respect for yourself and dont needlessly chase/lower standards just for a woman. A bottom tier guy can view himself as the prize and that's still the right thing to do as long as he is improving and has realistic dating expectations. Those average joes are still the prize to average/chubby chicks
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/18 10:57 PM

Nah, if every guy you meet is a fuckboy then it's because your RMV is terrible. Top tier guys wont let top tier girls get away easily

I'll agree with that. Doesn't mean men can't fall in love with you though and value monogamy

Online dating is great to meet girls outside your social circle. I have single rich friends but frankly am the most successful guy in my circle and wouldn't consider any of the women there. Working on finding new circles to join but online dating can work wonders
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/18 03:22 PM
1

Well he should be improving himself. This isn't BP advice of "just be yourself" but fact is someone will be the prize to someone else. I'm a good looking top 10% guy, and am the prize to some but there are also women who would never consider dating me. No one is a universal prize to everyone

Agree with basically all of this. What you mention earlier is known as the law of depreciating returns and yep, better to be in top 20% in style, fitness, grooming, personality, etc than top 1-5% in one but absolute shit in the others. I agree with that. A lot of it is about female validation from those that never had it - which in its own unique way is still pedastaling women at a macro level even if on a one on one basis they don't. A lot of it is changing your life not for the better but just for women. An example of this is fasting for muscle definition, only doing exercise if it builds muscles, etc. one should lift for confidence but if you love marathon running (which won't get you a big physique) then you're better off …

I know plenty of guys in their 30s who are dating beautiful and normal women in their mid 20s, happens all the time. However, if you are a guy and want kids then you have to get married and if you take the risk of getting married then you have to make sure the girl is as quality as possible. A high quality woman who is single in her early 30s? Hard to find. A high quality woman in her 20s that will date a guy in his 40s? Basically non-existent. There is a relationship wall for both parties
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/18 11:59 AM

This is the answer. There is plenty of commitment to go around, just not a ton of high value commitment. When I was low value blooper I wanted a girlfriend more than anything else, but struggled to even get a date (and would get oneitis if someone was just nice to me). Now that I have plenty of women to choose from I really dont care for a relationship.

Reddit is anti-cheating because it's full of powerless guys who arent even in the position to cheat. I'm against cheating as well, but there is one thing to claim morality when you have power vs when you dont. Reddit white knights dont even have the opportunity to.

Man that really is pathetic if you would rat out any of your friends to their girlfriend
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/18 02:59 AM

The reason this happens is because Reddit is full of white knights, limp wrists, beta males who are powerless but love to morally posture. That guys friend in 6 months slept with 4 other girls and his girlfriend. That is more sexual partners than the average Redditor will likely see in their life. If your friend cheated on YOUR SISTER then sure, tell her. But for your sisters friend? lol fuck that

Yep exactly. Hell one of the benefits of being a guy is that our facial aesthetics matter less than many other things. I think it's a lie told to both genders, but women because of their biological clock will fall for it the hardest. 20s are basically the new teenage years where you are excused to be a fuck up for another decade. I know plenty of women who are in the "I'm too young to settle down! I want to travel the world!" Phase and they are in their mid to late 20s. Don't think they have any idea what's approaching.

Man can you imagine falling for a woman, dating her, planning to marry her, and her calling you "a reasonable choice". Jesus this is where you can't negotiate attraction and she still needs to learn that. This guy is likely everything a woman wants to believe they are into - kind, nice, friendly, nurturing, safe, but her lizard brain isn't in love or even deeply attracted to him. Wit and dress can absolutely make someone more AF, it can also make someone more BB. Work out a bunch? Then show it off with a tight vneck. Or you can show off your providership abilities with business casual clothes. Works both ways

Hence TRP. Women are social animals and need that approval compared to men. Men are blunt with what they are attracted to (tits and ass) and are reprimanded for it by society (men are pigs, objectifying women, etc) Women are no better, but if they were honest they would also receive the same treatment and deservedly so. So they say things like sense of humor, personality, kindness, etc which aren't attractive traits - just good traits to have if you are attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/18 01:24 PM

AF/BB has elements of truth to it but think many RPers view it too closely as dogma. For the most part Id say a good number of couples are looksmatched. That smart girl that used to be a cheerleader and is now an accountant? She is likely marrying another professional who is good looking and used to be an athlete himself, not some pudgy beta male. Raised by a single mother and didnt play sports at all - a lot of moms are fine with that because they are scared of the thought of anything happening to their little baby kid. Yea we are in agreement. I will add that as you said 'Alpha' traits DO carry over to a degree. Being confident, socially intelligent, having wit, decisive and assertive can help you be the alpha or near alpha in many groups. It's a thin line. You need to be assertive and really only care about what you think/want to do aka show dominance. This isn't nice but it isn't really mean later. Only once in a relationship do you have leeway here. If someone ever says your name the response shouldn't be "oh I know X, he is so nice!"

Men are much worse at this with things like staring, cat calling, comments, etc. Which of course makes evolutionary sense. I think it will take a few years to see what ultimately happens. I'm all for women changing their evolutionary ingrained preference to not care about providers if that's the case. This is actually a major issue starting to sprout in some economies and leaving a lot of women alone and frustrated. Women have long had to secure a man for his ability to provide. They have a natural inclination to "not date down". This means not dating someone who makes less than them or is less educated than them ideally. Aye, this is true and something TRP never talks about. Believe it or not chasing and banging mindless skanks who are in their early 20s gets old. You want someone who you can go to parties with or on vacations with who isn't either an idiot or at a different life stage (if you're in your early 30s and have ever dated someone under 25 you know what I'm talking about. Different periods in life different maturity levels.) The risk you run as a man is that if you wait until your late 30s or early 40…

Disagree with the first part in that it only get better for the individual over time. Man men are positioned to do well in high school or college but not after. If you keep status/smv constant then yes your options only grow - but that's a huge if

It's not that their market sucks, it's that their pool is still small. I knew alpha males in college and after. Their pool was still only women their age or younger for the most part. If you're hot thats a ton of chicks. But give the man the same status later in life he will have more options

Ha! I have genuinely no idea. Seems weird to have a sub committed to that, but then again it is equally odd to have a sub who's sole purpose is to insult RP ideology (blue pill) Since TRP is large enough to spawn blue pill, this sub, married red pill, ask red pill, all which are legitimate and decently active I could see Red Pill Women being real as well. I'd say a woman would have a different list. Also, there is no such thing as having too high of standards - only the inability of getting those standards. My guess? Women are more entitled when it comes to partners than men are (women in general are considered more datable, men aren't, women are fighting for same top men, bottom men are ignored). So MOST men have a much shorter list than the one I posted -that's their problem. Since women are fighting for a smaller group of men because of their …

Yep, it truly is the top 10%. Dont get me wrong, to court all a women needs is a good body - but if you have to take a sacrifice on looks to check off everything else on the list then I strongly consider it in an LTR or looking for a mother for your future son

Men are used to having to be successful across spectrums to win women. Women, on the other hand, aren't.

I also lack sympathy for those that can't vet and get stuck in a bad situation. So your husband is physically abusive? That doesn't just come from nowhere one day. And while you don't deserve what happens with your SOs behavior you aren't absolved from blame either.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/18 02:53 PM

I think the majority of problems with marriage TRP discusses are examples of poor or non-existent vetting. However, there really are only a few women (maybe 20%, probably less) that are marriage quality after thorough vetting. things to vet for: finances: does she value saving money? Does she have a solid career? Does she expect you to pay for everything? lifestyle: does she enjoy being active, or is it only a means to an end to get a husband? Does she need to go to the bars all the time or drin…

Well while alpha is contextual there is no reason a woman should ever be the alpha of a household. And no doubt the alpha/beta stuff primarily applies to sex and dating. I kown guys who are absolute alphas in one domain (law, working out, etc) but are steamrolled by their wives. I do agree there is more nuance to the term alpha and beta as no one can universally be an alpha all the time Yes there are traits that carryover from one area to the next. But I never believed in "pure alpha" and "pure …

What's attractive to a 70 year old and his peers and what's attractive to a 25 year old are different. You can go to retirement communities where there is a TON of sex going around. I bet some men get much more sex than others. They still are into these 60 year old women. Those are the chads of that community.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/18 03:00 AM
1

You are still limiting your pool to WAAAAAY too small. Alpha and beta is contextual. You can round up a group of 10 Wal-Mart baggers and guess what? Among that group there will be 1-2 alphas that everyone respects and KNOWS is the alpha, and if there are any women in that group they will be attracted to him primarily. Similarly, you can take the Cleveland Cavaliers and among that group there is 1-2 that the entire team KNOWS is the alpha (Lebron) and they concede to him decision making on plays,…

SMV for a man is factor of a large number of things. Bad looks can be made up for by high status, yes.

You said nothing about top of their profession. The average person on this sub makes much more money than the median professional athlete or actor, you realize that right? Some leaders are born. TRP calls this natural alphas. Those who have success in the game while also unaware of its mechanics. Alpha traits can also be taught. And yes there are plenty of actors who are alphas. There are plenty of male nurses who are alphas too.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/18 02:47 AM

Yep made a great post about this. What determines a mans SMV in high school, college, and post-grad are all DRASTICALLY different and I have literally seen men go from chad to worthless (and vice versa) because of this
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/18 02:43 AM

I'm RP and very successful with top tier women. That being said - chad is like a holy grail. It is always out of reach - and always should be. You should never be satisifed with improving yourself. In some social circles I AM CHAD. But in others I am not close. Chad is more an abstract ideal than anything else.

SOME, yes. ALL or even MOST? Not at all. Womens SMV mostly is judged the same as they age. Mens? Lets do a thought experiment: Who has the highest SMV in your teenage high school years? It's the athletes. Primarily the ones in sports people care about - football, baseball, basketball. Even within those teams the highest SMV comes from the best players and the QB, this is often completely regardless of looks. Money means jack shit. Grades mean jack shit. actors are alphas? Lmao not in the least. Maybe the ones that make it and have fuel to the fire of confidence building Your alpha list is bullshit. Alpha is contextual, you dont NEED to be anything to exhibit alpha traits. You can go to a dungeons and dragons group and find an alpha among that group. Similarly, you can look at an NBA team and find a beta. How many members on the Cavaliers are betas? Answer: majority on their team when it comes to basketball. likely zero when it comes to life.

TRP is also very strongly focused about self - you are responsible for your successes and failures and no one else. Reddit in general loves to blame others for their failures. TRP is very libertarian and love that about them.

Men being attracted to fertility and women being attracted to ability to provide for their offspring is a perfect example. To fully internalize the red pill you have to understand men make the same logical leaps, just in different areas. Women are not inferior in this aspect, however when it comes to the dating game they are far less honest. But true understanding means you see why both genders behave the way they do

Agree with "taking the pill and move on". Once you fully internalize the red pill there is no reason to go back except to provide advice to noobies. It really isn't a movement, a group, etc - just raw knowledge to be red pilled doesn't mean you're banging HB9s at your whim. You can counter that risk similar to a financial one by due diligence. How is his work ethic, personality, values, etc. Like it or not who is successful isn't some game of chance. I'm talking macro trends. Guys can divorce rape women and I'm sure it happens. But it's still the minority. Women typically don't date down. There's a quote from a woman physician on the subject once. "As I went to med school and became a doctor my dating pool shrunk. For my male colleagues it only expanded".
/r/TheRedPill25/05/18 06:47 PM

The difference is macro studies show that the ideal age preference in terms of attraction for women with men is abot 2-4 years older than them regardless of age. A 38 year old woman wants a 42 year old man. A 48 year old woman wants a 52 year old man. But in reverse it doesn't hold true. Men's preference stays at early 20s regardless of their age. I'd say at a net boy bullies are worse. I went to a poor school in a poor state and had a ton of kids in my class from broken homes that behaved like shit and physical bullying from boys would suck. /r/PurplePillDebate25/05/18 06:36 PM

Wrong. The wall is driven by males preference youth and fertility, two things women don't consider at all in a partner. Women have a biological clock, men don't. Women's value because of this diminishes over time, while a mans value (ie resources) can grow That doesn't mean all men win and all women lose. Far from it. Take care of yourself you'll be ok regardless of gender, don't take care of yourself and you're screwed. But the power dynamic does shift from women to men around 30. To deny other…

I loved the old incels sub once having their users post pictures of themselves. What you expected to see: the bottom of the absolute barrel. Hunchback of notre dame motherfuckers with disfigured faces, grotesque bodies, who can't go outside without drawing gasps of horror What you really saw: sometimes overweight, sometimes too skinny, usually too pale guys with bad haircuts/grooming but otherwise normal looking dudes. The MAJORITY of that sub could be top 20% with a year of work. That's a year …

But attraction is so vague that most men especially BP ones have zero idea where to start. Even worse some say "being kind" is attractive when it generally isn't.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/18 06:32 PM

This is great. I'd say men have almost flipped flopped compared to previous generations. Then men en masse were more assertive (maybe to a fault), cared less from a personality standpoint, but took care of themselves better (also a factor was jobs involved more physical work, less processed bullshit and fast food) But now men are basically taught to be sweet little passive personalities but take zero care of themselves. Seriously, next outdoor summer festival you go to or social event or even ou…

What? That figure isn't correct at all
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/18 06:23 PM

This is what RP teaches. Women evaluate men on a matrix of factors, and because of this men have more levers to pull to become attractive. Women on average have a higher SMV at least in their late teens and 20s but men have a broader range they can fall into It's why you'll see more incel level men than women and more chad level men than women. A woman can be skinny or fit but if her face sucks (we all know examples of this) then her SMV is capped. While a muscular guy with a below average face …

"Women are less looks oriented in that things as charm, humor, and a great personality are also qualities that are important to woman" Had to laugh at this one. I think you mean money, status, and assertiveness. Humor is nice but only as an add on if all the other checks are marked

The equal rights equal fights thing doesn't hold true to me. Women physically are as much a threat as a 10 year old kid. You can generally disarm a physical woman without resorting to hard violence
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/18 06:07 PM
0

The line isn't the same for both. Despite people making the "equality" argument it's always been BS. Women physically are not in the realm of men on average. Thus they can be controlled physically before brute force, similar to a 10 year old kid. Yes someone like Rhonda Rousey could kick my ass. For this thought exercise let's use averages For a man: I am pretty good at banter so even an insult or agresssive move (spit on face) might not warrant full on punch escalation (though I would escalate …

That being said 30 as a cut off is pretty real. Not as in a woman hits 30 and goes from hot to ugly. More like it's a milestone age that many single women expected to have a husband and planning a family at that age. The wall IS real but is often misunderstood. It's when women's sexual marketplace power in general falls off a cliff. Of course idiots will say that some women have success dating in their 30s. There are differences. Incels have never had value and thus lack confidence, expectations, social skills, etc. many post Wall women have had lives of high status and are socialized well but for one reason or another aren't desirable to the mates they want Both are angry at the world. Post wall women are usually immature. Incels are generally worthless. Both have in common the fact they blame others since it's easier than being responsible for themselves

Rare? Majority of men are like this. Many are alpha in their domain but beta in others. In fact a true beta at everything guy is likely an omega. A true alpha at everything guy is likely top 1% chadzilla. I'm always improving but there are times when you step out of your expertise where your frame is much weaker and will occasionally break. You're still competing against them overall. Sure at a bar it's better, and if I go to a bodybuilding competition I'm automatically bottom 1%, but those are small groups. Go to bars and you'll see plenty of low smv guys

This is one of those things women won't admit, they will say they want an "equal" relationship, but actually respond better when a male leads. Ideally that's income, planning, socially, etc. In my blue days I was in on the equality train. But having been experienced since they absolutely want to be lead. Hell, id love if it wasn't the truth - but it is
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/18 02:09 AM

Also one thing I noticed is that while many men over life experience snap out of blue pill conditioning (divorce, breakups, scoring with numerous women to understand behavior, etc all can reveal this) almost every damn guy at that point is all in on the kool aid (just be yourself, true love, etc) If you're in high school and start working out, eating right, and pursuing interesting stuff then it literally is like investing with compound interest for when you're older

Confirms a common RP (and really anyone with average awareness) belief What this also points to is a future of loneliness as women overtake men economically. Either this new generation will override thousands of years of wiring and no longer care as much about a mans economic status, or they will have to settle in masse.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/18 01:52 PM

UMC men don't care nearly as much about economic status a sense women, and the red pill logic isn't that those men don't care about her profession. It's that: it ranks far less important to the man women generally do not date down in terms of status men care more about fertility and her other attributes (intelligence, kindness) Yes I see plenty of white collar married to white collar relationships. But I also see: - C-suite men married to stay at home mothers, painters, writers, and photographer…

/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 06:03 PM

Actually pretty common if she doesn't visibly know a guys status/wealth. Personality to overcome looks is possible but less so Remember that women only find 20% of men physically attractive, but that doesn't mean they can't still hang ones they don't find physically attractive but enjoy their status

Lets face it - while women are crazy men are creepy (in general). I know hot women and their facebook page is littered with comments and likes from their bosses at work, old guys, etc. Going out with them they are bothered usually by degenerates (think lower class and homeless). Everyone you interact with wants to stick their dick in you. At a net it's better to be hot but I can see parts of it being annoying.

Look at the 1950s in America. EVERYONE was in shape by todays standards. EVERYONE was thin and had a jaw line, 2 things that today with decent muscle definition have you top 40-20% alone. So then it came down to basically facial features and genetics (hairline, smile, etc.) that you literally have zero control over. TRP has no morality. If women truly preferred equality in a relationship that is what it would teach, and that is what my life experiences would show But in all my relationships and in the successful ones of my friends it is when the male leads that women are happiest. Though there's a good chance you're being led without even realizing it
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/18 01:19 PM

Sex addicted degenerates? Oh boy. I'm not talking about TRP. I'm talking about everyone. Your boss. Your mother in law. Your friends. Your neighbor. Everyone. SMV is the most valuable number to them and society.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/18 01:17 PM
1

Yep. TRP has a lifespan for anyone that reads it. Once you internalize and truly understand the concepts then there is nothing really to be gained from staying there besides giving newbies wisdom. I love debating so that's why I post here, but to truly be successful with TRP it basically requires you to eventually leave it
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/18 01:14 PM

One more piece of advice? Get addicted to failure. It's good. It means you're at the edge of your comfort zone. Learn to dust yourself off and get back on there. That's with anything. Not worth it. Beta and blue friends WILL turn on you, especially to earn brownie points in front of women. Never explicitly said red pill but have talked about concepts in the past only for guys in front of chicks use it to try and throw me under the bus Best way to introduce it to a friend is to take ideas from here, strip away the lingo, and slow drip it to them. Don't like here even that's too much.

Oh trust me I'm a good person to date, and am careful to make sure that's the case. But I don't frame it that way in that I'm earning their appreciation. More like how can they earn me? I check the boxes on other marriage markers too. But so do many men, the problem is that most of those markers are boring and won't sexually excite your partner

Excitement? The average relationship is this: couple wants to go out to eat. Guy and girl go back and fourth on "what do you want to eat" before deciding on the same sushi place they always eat at, have a boring conversation there, before going home and binge watching X show. Exciting and successful relationship: - guy texts girl "you know that nice dress you like but don't get to wear? Have it on when I get home we are going out" without giving up where. You can have both happy and equality in a relationship with the man still leading. Newsflash, men and women aren't the same. A women's strength and a mans aren't the same. sad that many "feminists" don't see the strength in traditional female gender roles. I'll hop in on this. Whether or not you're married, single, low sex drive, etc. as a male your SMV is the most important number you have. Not your height, not your income, not your bench press, not your weight, but you SMV. Why? Because this incorporates everything and is the ultimate pecking order for both men and women on how they view you.

Agree with your first paragraph. Really TRP once internalized and understood is unnecessary to visit again as you learn/master the subject and move on. I only go back to help newbies. But always thought it's focus on sex was so unambitious. TRP is about what drives human behavior in general. Women AND Men (men are no different at this than women. TRP uses the term 'hamster' but men do the same thing - it's called rationalization). Only focusing on casual sex with women in their 20s is a tiny par…

lol excitement IS what makes perfect marriage material. Walk over to dead bedrooms and you'll see nothing but Netflix couples. And no, women have no idea what they want in a partner. They know it when they see it, but they cannot verbalize or quantify it for one reason (dont want to appear shallow) or another (they legitimately do not know). That is why The Red Pill exists. To pull the curtain back on these behaviors and what drives them.

Doesnt work both ways. With relationships and starting them - men lead, the women follow.

Yep just made a reply about this and have life experience confirming this. Have seen women literally think a thinner more vascular guy was stronger than a stocky but built person just because of bf %. And what is hilarious is that the stocky guy could outbench the thinner guy by probably 100lbs - that big a difference - just had a higher bf% and less definition.

Also, unless a woman is really into fitness they often have NO IDEA what muscles and functional strength look like. That heavy power lifter to them will look weaker than brad pitt in fight club just because the lack of muscle definition. Framing this question the wrong way. As a man I never think "what can I do for her", it's always "what can she do for me". If you live an exciting and interesting life then women will want to be a part of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/18 10:25 PM

It's the same reason feminism is a thing but men's rights isn't. Men are raised to shoulder responsibility and pressure in a way that women can never understand. So when things go wrong women complain outwardly, men fix it or are destroyed in the process

Usually it's more respect and more sex. So if it's gross it's a representation of what attracts women on. Most RPers are so reluctantly. The results are a sad reflection but consistent reminder of what works from a relationship and dating perspective

Also I think a lot of people want a finished product instead of work in progress. Do they have a bad job but currently working towards a relevant degree? Are they actively trying to lose weight? The first bullet is key. Being picky is ok if you can semi-regularly get dates and interest from people who check those boxes. Guess what? Some women have the value to filter out the 6'+ tall, financially well off, stylish, and fun guy. I think it's safe to say women today are greedier than in previous generations when it comes to dating. There are two factors at play here: someone's perceived SMV and someone's actual SMV. A gap is how you can get perpetual lonely people who believe they are entitled to an SO outside their market. The difference is for the first time women in mass are getting economic power not only equivalent of men but better. Also as a note - can't blame the women for feeling cheated after a few months. There are certain relationship indicators - going on mini vacations and fancy dinners totally are examples of that. If you just invite them over for bangs it would be a little less confusing (and most likely less successful) To use your orbiter metaphor this would literally be like the girl occasionally stroking the guys leg or asking the cuddle or some shit while not putting out - which I've heard of happening before

I think this is pretty true. There is a reason why gay men and the gay community are so in shape. Men do love commitment. It's just that the women men are after often have plenty of options and are thus less likely to lock down. Yea I see this quite a bit. I love dating around (takes a lot for me to even consider an LTR) - and the difference between dating women in their early and late 20s is hysterical. For some reason women are told to 'find themselves', 'travel', 'have fun' (all code for taking dick) in their early 20s and buy into it. By about 25 - 26 they look around and shift gears to 'dating'. Never think about LTRing a woman who wasnt meticulous and feminine about her appearance BEFORE you met her. Because if she isn't - shit like this, 'mom bods', no makeup, etc. will only convince her to both be unattractive but that she is fighting some 'oppression' in doing so. While true that men dont care about a woman's status, a woman cares about a man's. So it indeed does shrink. Because the woman doctor wont (usually) marry the male teacher or nurse. Of course the male doctor does this all the time. So yea - woman's fault. But then again TRP teaches you cant rewrite the rules of attraction. Only up to you to optimize them. Same for men being able to expand their dating pool by looking at fatties.

With men I often just initiate a nod after a few seconds. The goofy/face tongue thing though is perfect, need to try that. This is actually a massive dating dynamic issue that no one really is talking about (yet). In general, women don't date down financially. Women in the U.S., for the first time in history, outearn men (talking younger women). Thus the dating pool of potential suitors for them has shrunk and will continue to do so as they perform better economically. Dont expect this to change soon - university is geared towards women and they are more likely to graduate and with better grades. So either women at …

lol it's hilarious how true this is. Women are social creatures and look to each other for confirmation. That is why when one or two get married you see a marriage contagion. Same with breakups.

You will not find any woman of decent quality who will agree to those terms.

If you want to raise a family then marriage is the best solution. Sorry but it is a valid option for many here. I'm not married FWIW but did come from a single parent household and that shit is one of the reasons society is going down the toilet. And no, a quality woman will not have kids with you and raise a family without marriage

The 'oh shit' switch flips right around 27 for them. But I'd say about half of college educated professional-type women at 24 still want to 'find themselves' and 'travel'. They don't realize that your mid 20s can go by in an instant. Guys dont have the same fear until maybe their mid 30s if they want a family/kids.

The thing is most women today have NO IDEA their relationship value depreciates sharply as they age. Previous generations would tell this to daughters when raising them. But we are in the "you can have it all" generation, which might be the greatest lie told to women similar to "nice guy" was told to men. If you're a 25 year old woman who has been treated like a goddess her entire life then it makes sense that you think it'll only continue. Nothing in your experience says otherwise. But they don…

Man this is true. But keep in mind - 20s. Work in any large office and the number of "above average" girls will far outpace guys, as they only need to be thin, have an ok face, and a decent personality. However when you look to older ages you realize there really are so few attractive women

What makes it harder for guys who get 'hooked' on these types of chicks? Feel like these women grow up in a life of leisure, usually with money and easy experiences, but really are directionless

As a guy who has had my SMV go from bottom 20% to top 10% I believe that most men dont think it isnt worth it, but dont even know they are capable of it to begin with
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/18 09:41 PM

Exactly this. I have PLENTY of friends who fear of being alone led them to settling with a person instead of reaching their own potential, and a good number of us tried to snag that girl or guy out of our league to test our limits, but who continuously does it? Dont see it.

Don't see how you can deny leagues exist. Granted - they aren't permanent and you can change by improving yourself (or vice versa). But are there plenty of girls that under any circumstance I wouldnt date or sleep with? Absolutely.

Maybe it has to do with risk taking? Idk, I know a ton of guys who settle and as a result have wives/gfs who are uninteresting, have below average jobs, chubby, etc. Many guys cant handle the loneliness so would whether have someone that (they think) loves them deeply. On the other hand I can think of a lot less men who CONTINUOUSLY try to bat out of their league. I think both single men and women should occasionally reach for the stars to see just what their league is - it can be surprising som…

haha you are dense. This has nothing to do with TRP logic. Women prefer older men. A 30 year old can date 23-30 year old women. A 25 year old can really only date 23-25 year old women

It's almost like the well has been poisoned for some. Decent girls who cant even go a date or two without white/male privilege Ive also noticed that liberal women are much more likely to run head first into the wall
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/18 02:15 PM

No. Women are attracted to men older than them, so a 30-35 year old man has a much larger dating pool of prospects. The exception is if going from mid-twenties to mid-thirties involves hair loss and weight gain. Avoid those two things and a man will be considered more attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/18 02:13 PM

In terms of looks this is absolutely true - women only find top 20-10% of men PHYSICALLY attractive. I can think of PLENTY of women with boyfriends/husbands who didn't 'turn their head' when they first met. But men can display SMV through other things - money, status, personality, etc. and women care about this collectively far more than men do for women. You can be a 'Beta Bucks' and not even have money. Often comes from providing a benefit that elicits more comfort than desire, and also the in…

Good point on well roundedness. That being said the gym alpha in a academic setting will absolutely be steamrolled by the academic. While having a true alpha frame of mind can carry over to things you aren't proficient in, it ABSOLUTELY IS situational and harder to hold frame when you are bottom of a pecking order in some area. TRP teaches one to maximize SMV. Not their income, not their bench press, not their n-count, but SMV. Why? Because SMV incorporates EVERYTHING and is the most important n…

Exactly. Ghosting to me is fine after 1 or 2 dates, and EASIER than 'sorry, there just isnt chemistry between us' or whatever which stings more than being ignored. Now if you've hooked up or have seen each other a few times sure. But if it's strangers meeting - who the fuck cares

People need to stop being so ass hurt about ghosting. The dating game has changed. Quantity of dates has skyrocketed with apps, texting has made communication easy, so tbh if you havent had sex or gone on more than 2 dates then ghosting really isnt a big deal

I disagree, I think there is a balance. When you are thin you get more definition on your arms (even if less strength) and a better jaw line. That sad you dont want a marathoners body. I have a swimmers build right now, which doesnt hurt me, but doesnt give me the strength that some here have from liftin gheavy

What is your take on the ideal body type to aim for? I.e. Do you ever cut out cardio for the sake of quicker gains? That's my struggle. I eat a strict and healthy diet, spend 12 hours a week working out either lifting, in fitness classes, or in various sports - so am in great shape but some of these workouts prevent bulking up. My max bench press is above average but tbh still pretty pathetic compared to serious lifters, but I don't want to cut out running either

6'3 here as well. Some women absolutely get off on height like you can be ugly but tall and they are all in. I'd say that is a sizable minority of them (maybe 10-20%). The rest, to me at least, it doesnt seem like a huge benefit. IMO 6'1 is the perfect height, at 6'3 it's easy to be too tall. Also, harder to have gains from lifting

Let's cut the bullshit out and be honest. It's insulting because for someone to hit on you it means they think they have a chance with you. The talk to everyone advice is great and makes you genuinely a more social person that will be more likely to succeed with women. You dont talk to anyone all day but start up a conversation with the cute girl in the elevator? Get shot down you'll feel like a creep. SMV is the ultimate component of attraction, not status. SMV is also arguably the most important number to a man - more than his income. Why? You dont need to be rich to be an Alpha Bux. I consider myself AB. Really, the 'top 20%' of men TRP constantly talks about are all alphas and I'd say anywhere from 5-10 percent of those men are AB. Engineers, accountants, any white collar professional can be AF. Most of those office jobs are teeming with risk averse beta provider types though
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/18 05:02 AM

Really like this. I'd also say AB is more common than people think, at least in certain social circles. You dont have to be a millionaire or some wunderkind, just need a good job and still be physically/mentally an alpha. Alpha Bux can easily be an engineer, accountant, consultant, doctor, lawyer, finance professional. I will say the MAJORITY (80% maybe?) of men in these fields are Beta Bux. They have schlubby office bodies, hate taking risks, are helpless when it comes to women, or just are too…

Your first paragraph is entirely wrong. Is this community built by former betas? Yes, mostly. But 'Red Pill' doesnt mean beta and alphas can benefit from it. Red Pill is unmasking the reality of how gender dynamics work. That is something everyone can gain from. It's just that alphas are already winning and have less to gain

This is true. MGTOWers and incels live in their own internet bubble where they think some gender war is going on. Regular men can and choose to have female companionship. I agree it's correlated, but as my experiences may bias me the same can be said for yours. I grew up in a relatively well off family but went to a poor rural school. The kind of high school where after 4 years the number of kids dead or in prison was probably the same of those who went to a decent college and actually graduated on time. Most people there were dumb, and no the brainy kids didnt get laid. Good social skills entirely depends on the group you are with. Take someone with a 120-135 IQ…

god damnit you are lucky. Take the information, build yourself, and run with it. I discovered TRP at 22/23 and turned my dating life completely around. haha I mean I fit that bill. Raised by a single mother, no strong male role models, yadda yadda yadda put girls on a pedestal most of my adolescent life, thought I would have success with kindness/personality over materialistic things/looks. Didnt have a girlfriend until 21, never really put effort into my body (was never fat but skinny fat). Always was pretty smart and actually looked forward to attracting woman with my job instead of my personality, which is funny to think about now. Discovere…

A lot of that is status driven. What makes a woman attractive is almost a constant. Appearance and personality, with similar degree of intelligence to her mate. That's the same in high school, in college, in professional life, in mature age. For men in constantly changes. You have the shit show that his high school - awkward for most. The top 20% men are all the athletes and a select few on the 'in crowd'. Here intelligence doesnt matter at all, looks matter a little more (if you're an athlete y…

majority of white women voted for Trump over the first ever female candidate from a major party. I think you would be surprised that some women dont think free benefits and free birth control are good for society or 'womens rights'. In fact the latter is absolutely laughable.

Social skills? Unquestionably yes. I am sure there are several reasons for this. One is another RP/evolutionary belief (that is IMO true) in which women are born with value, but men have to make theirs. Because of this women are engaged much more socially with the opposite sex to build those skills than vice versa. While many men have this as well, the bottom rung really dont. Think back to college - women could walk into any house party they wanted just because they were chicks. Guys had to hav…

I mean that's exactly what I said. Some men can be all 3 - there are many lucrative jobs in business (finance, consulting, law) that you have to have some level of social skills to pull off. But those jobs are all reserved for people probably 2 standard deviations above average intelligence So yes, the 'dumb jock' stereotype is silly. But the fact is that the odds of someone being top 10% in athleticism AND intelligence is rare. Yes, private schools are full of them - good genes breed good genes…

If you cant get laid in this day and age you really are screwed. Tinder basically hands it to you on a platter I was SOCIALLY INEPT in college with women. In fact never even kissed a girl until aged 20. But forced myself out of my comfort zone and in my late 20s had no problem getting top tier women. If you dont learn those skills in college then you will have much more difficulty though getting older being around less women and less alcohol

What? Because those men always had their act together. Trust me, the safe accountant/engineer/computer scientist in his late 20s spent his college years studying while the frat bro comm major was slaying the same puss. Women are attracted to status and if you are a man status changes as you age. This has nothing to do with men and everything to do with difference in SMV/RMV. In nearly ALL relationships there is a reacher and a settler. Now, sometimes it isn't obvious to the guy in the relationship who is who. I've seen plenty of men with great qualities absolutely be the 'reacher' but after years of being betafied by society/wives they act like the settler and are thus treated that way by their woman. That's not a just world fallacy. That's playing the odds. bullseye. So many players and 'assholes' (myself included) are born from a belief that being nice and genuine would lead to relationships. I have a lot of friends with tattoos. I have a lot of friends with huge savings accounts and 401ks from being financially prudent. I assure you those are mutually exclusive groups. Most employers of quality jobs believe it or not do care about tattoos. Again, not saying you wont get laid. But you arent a top 10% man if you're into them (in all likelihood) and you definitely arent close to a top tier woman if you have them. That's ok, not everyone is going to be in that top %

Men generally have the option to delay their wall as they age far more gracefully than women. Of course things such as balding and gaining weight limit this. While the male wall likely isnt until late 30s/early 40s I would say most men peak in their college years.

Every time I've seen this happen with women was when they were locked in a relationship when SMV/RMV/Status was more comparable. Example being getting hitched in or right after college to a guy who is out of shape, no job prospects, etc. but was a top tier frat star in college. Thus, there is a value shift but one party was already locked in. This can happen where guys date down too. I'd almost recommend waiting a few years after college if you are a guy for this weekend. You see seismic SMV/RMV…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/18 03:27 AM

This is spot on. Women, in general, I'd say GREATLY overestimate their RMV. The reason is that many conflate their SMV with their RMV. They see guys hit on them, try to pick them up at bars, easily have ONS, etc. and think that makes them just as desirable in the relationship arena but fail to hold down any of these guys. So they go around blaming men yet not looking at themselves.

Your conclusion is correct. Your logic isn't. Most women give shit advice because most guys have no business asking them. As a guy in my late 20s I can already see the benefits of aging and I imagine this will only continue into your early-mid 30s if you take care of yourself and avoid some bad luck (mainly balding). Yep. One of the very early Red Pills that pulls the curtain back on the "look how tough women have it! We need equality!" BS. society only looks at successful men when comparing equality. Doctors. Lawyers. CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Senators. As a man you have no ceiling to your success, while as a woman you often do because it is less tied to accomplishment and more to appearance. As a man you have no floor/safety net. As a woman you do. Everyone focuses on 'correcting' the top. No one care…

My ex's (for this reason) mom was this exactly. Had no career herself, married a powerful lawyer, got the house and continues to get money in the divorce. So she travels the world on it overspending on things and doing absolutely nothing. Even worse is women rationalize in their head that they deserve that money. No man would ever do that if the roles were reversed (speaking in generalities here)

Dude you are missing the point completely. It's not TRP but REDDIT that is full of lower class losers. Why else would this site suck off fucking Bernie Sanders of all clowns as hard as it does? And constantly cry out the evils of capitalism? Sooner you realize the average Redditor is a loser in more ways than one until proven otherwise, the more enjoyable your experience here will be

While I agree that proportions go a long way to attractiveness, I am not sure if it is possible to be 6'11/7'0 and conventionally attractive. You will almost surely be rail thin, have poorly fitting clothes, a extremely deep voice, etc. I used to live with college basketball players years ago - women werent into them because of appearance but status. There is also a good chance that the OP is confusing 'swooning' with genuine curiosity. Such a statistical outlier that they still want to talk to …

That has nothing to do with height and everything to do with status. Short pro soccer and tennis players swim in puss too.

Relying on a random strangers anecdotes without proof over your own personal experience is very stupid, period.

Yea no way this is true. There are diminishing returns in height once you hit 6'1, and I'd say once you hit 6'6+ your appearance goes down FAST where a woman would rather have a 5'9 guy than a 6'9 guy. Now, some men carry height better than others. I've seen 6'5 'dream guys' and also guys who are the same height but look gangly and terrible. But no, more height doesnt equal better

You're thinking of an Omega mate. Beta's are seen as useful and safe to women, not revolting (unless sex comes up). The vast majority of men by definition are beta. The majority of those men also end up in relationships and frequently get married. Men dont spit on them because they are their peers. They might not be respected fully as they should but they arent treated like shit by society UNLESS society no longer has a need for them. Aziz was always a beta just by the way he acted, but his fail…

Which is what most, except for the far left, admit deep down and which is why they wisely knew it was a non-issue. Everyone saw the outrage to that and thought 'fuck that shit, I talk like that and I'm not a sexist'. More thought policing from the left

Which is why maintaining frame is SO important - because that's what this is. Maintaining frame and not apologizing. Look at Al Franken, I'd hardly call a successful comedian and politician a beta male. Him resigning was an effort by the democrats to bring down Trump with Franken and take a moral high ground. Of course, it didnt work - because Trump maintained frame. The very second you even begin to admit guilt then you give an opening for attack. If you deny and dont give a shit then they will…
