Ive done kegels, exercise (more for health but i think it helps), went vegan (apparently tastes better for both of us), human sexuality courses where they actually teach about sex. I had one ex who i never managed to orgasm, but we tried a lot of things, so i got in a good variety of practice even if it wasnt successful. But most importantly being open and communicating. Ive never seen the mood change so fast when she thought i was faking being into something that she liked.

What i will write is an apology, an explanation of my actions given what my therapist and i have been discussing, and the full version of events. I have been realizing i need to fix my stuff before i can actually be there for someone else in a loving way. So i dont expect anything from it.

Yeah i understand. I am not expecting anything from this letter. I will write to apologize, try to explain why i did what i did, give her the full version of events and then thats it. I want to fix my stuff before i try to get involved with someone elses again. But i am just unsure whether writing such a letter would be helpful or harmful. She told me once that she wished her ex apologized for what he said to her, which is one of the reasons i want to give her the letter.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
