Nice guy personality is not a mental illness but it is absolutely a mentality that hinders men in more areas than they think and for longer than they think. I’ve been through the toxic cycle of redpill and mgtow after a bad breakup and it’s debatable wether anything of value ever came from it but I will say this; there is no substitute for therapy and coaching to have better relationships. Nice guy mentality will not go away until it’s owned and worked on. Subreddits and blogs will not help.
