Those 2 books really transformed me The one I'm suggesting is like an extension of what Mark is saying and goes deeper to the spiritual experience! 2	I tend to be very judgmental towards others in my head, which has lead me to become self-conscious about myself because I tend to think people have that same thinking pattern as me. Advice? Meditation I guess Just observe without judging.. little by little u will start living in the present and not filter ur present through past actions/filters and hypothetical future actions..nothing is sure! 3	How To Create Tension Greaaat post Man! What works best for me is touching and teasing even though I seem as a distant cold guy most of the time ( or at first ) I've been in a loop of exerting negative vibes even though I got iois from girls..my own mind was sabotaging me and at the end of the countless nights I was facepalming thinking how it could have gone better.
