I agree that people should be loyal to their spouses. If my wife had cancer, leprosy, or paralysis, I would feel a strong urge to stay loyal and care for her. I think that's how it should be. It's different when things are "normal" and a married couple isn't having sex though. Sexuality is the glue that holds it together. If there is no attraction, things will fall apart sooner or later. A sexless marriage is problematic, and it can't be not problematic if sexlessness becomes the norm.
