In my case my now 5 year old i figured out is not biologically mine. I was told that it is after 4 years you could be held to he is yours in Nebraska. I wanted to continue to raid him anyway so that is working on my favor. She had another child that I just got a test for in the beginning to start contesting it and won’t have to pay child support for him.

To a point I don’t want the 4 year olds bio stepping forward it would hurt my chances of retaining any kind of custody

One phone call to a person in this small small town I got the names back of who I thought they were. I’m pretty sure they both actually know. I doubt they step forward when the divorce is public, but who knows

Man the only reason I passed Spanish in high school was because a native speaker would just start shouting out answers during test

Mother claims she doesn't know who they are. Supposedly she "must have been drunk and taken advantage of" She wasn't but she was nice enough to text that to me so I can use that in court.

Different dads. Doesn't sound like I can sue for support and it would open up more with biological to where I may lose out more time.

Talking with my attorney it sounds like I am kind of in a grey area state. If she agrees to it all I am fine. If she decides to say I am not in court then I have to fight for it. I am hoping she doesn't play that card but I want the boys to move to a different school a couple towns away. I am worried as I push for that she might pull that card.

I made sure when I found out about the baby I told her my family first then I told her family before I brought it up to her. I am sure they don't know yet about the 4 year old.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
