You're not gonna like this but this is one of those times that you can't pursue her now without seeming too invested. Maybe wait a few days and then send the snap, and throw in something humorous about how she's gone missing. Next time try setting up the time and place right away once she gives you a window, so after she says she's free on the weekend you say "Sounds good meet me at the docks at 2 on Saturday and I'll take you on my waverunner".
