Clean Bulking is so fucking important. I was 130lbs, skinny fat, at 5 foot 10 and thought I needed 1000 calorie protein shakes and McDonalds every 2nd day to hit my calories (3,100 per day). In just a few months, I was 168lbs (gained 38lbs) but most of it was fat. Had to spend the next 6 months cutting off all the fat I gained and during the process I lost some muscle as well so I ended up only slightly ahead from where I started. Don't wanna be on anyone's side here but the reason they just wave their hands in the air and hit play is because they're not DJs, they're PRODUCERS who just happen to play their music on DJ equipment. A lot of popular producers admit to learning how to produce first and then learning to DJ later, once they started to get gigs. They're not "just" hitting play, but of course they're not doing as much as a "real" DJ (which I don't even think exists anymore tbh). Just wanted to point that out.

Essentially what you're saying is you should seek happiness, confidence, and validation through your own self instead of through others. It sounds like OP's happiness is dependent on what women think of him. If they like him, he feels good. If they don't, he feels bad. The ultimate way to solve this is exactly what you are saying. Make your happiness come from your own self and not rely on it as a product from other people and you'll have the ultimate mindset when it comes to women.
