Sure but if someone just keeps failing endlessly with no sign of success, at some point there's a higher chance that they're a retard than a scientist.

I'm a man. I just don't respect the constant "I am a victim" type of emotions that flood those subs.

Not true, those men just tend to have shitty emotions that lead them to the bottom.

I've personally experienced it affect my ability to pair bond but sure keep telling yourself that. An abundance mentality also dramatically reduces a man's ability to pair bond.

That's not just for women. I was lucky enough to marry a genuinely flawless virgin girl. And I still frequently have involuntary dreams about the first girl I ever loved. She's worse than my wife in every category but my brain is still primitively stuck on her just because she was first in my life at an impressionable age.

If you're not at least kind of repulsed by the thought of other men fucking your girlfriend then you're either a cuckold or a sociopath. Possibly both.

Saying "toxic masculinity" is an attack on all men is like saying "white trash" is an attack on all white people

A new relationship is exciting because your still getting to know each other and the will they/won't they tension is driving you crazy. Yes it's anxiety inducing, but that's also what makes it fun. Like the way roller coasters are fun. Worth mentioning that a lot of people don't find roller coasters fun or interesting at all, and can feel similarly about new relationships. I felt like I had the same conversations with every new girl I was dating and that got boring fast.

It's impossible for a man to do anything homosexual with a woman. If your logic is that the orientation of an act depends on what is being done rather than the people doing it, then that implies two men could possibly do intimate heterosexual acts together. Qed

You are not wrong, but there are other factors, like this "Girls rule the world!" nonsense, which is everywhere now, and this definitely makes this assymetry in the dating market sting more for young men. Only losers get upset about this. Everyone knows men rule the world. Saying otherwise is just being nice and offering motivation, it's like telling a child that they're the smartest person in the world.

I would not be able to fall in love with either of them. The thought of settling is depressing and I would rather be single if those were my only two options.

I wouldn't want a used house or a used car, why would I want a used woman? Everything is better new. People who aren't lucky enough to get new things will naturally convince themselves it's not important.

She didn't do anything wrong. It's fair game to leave anyone for any arbitrary reason. What's worse is to lose attraction to him and still stay with him, providing him with a subpar relationship. By leaving him she is allowing him to find someone more suitable.

I really do appreciate her. Thank you for the kind words. Before we met I was probably attracted to 80% of women who look like her. Maybe that sounds bad but I couldn't help it. Asian fetishes seem like the most common for American guys, I never felt that. My best guess is that my strong preference for middle eastern women is rooted in genetics more than any kind of taboo, although that helps too. I always paid close attention to pheromones I just noticed this inexplicable primal desire telling …

I’m not white either but I’m probably easy to fetishize (if we’re assuming the worst). It's funny how much girls are afraid of being fetishized for some reason. I fetishize basically everything about my middle eastern girlfriend and that's exactly why I think she's the most attractive person I have ever seen. Even though she's in great shape, she could gain 200 pounds and I would still be deeply attracted to her. It's impossible for me to get bored of her. That just doesn't happen to the same ex…

I'm a straight man in my 20s and I still think other guys are sluts if they really sleep around. It generally means they have issues in life and I just find it hard to respect people like that. The most impressive guys I've met all had successful LTRs with high quality women.

There's nothing truly wrong with double standards in my opinion. If you want a relationship that's not perfectly 50/50 and is biased in your favor then go for it. It can be harder to find someone who will be fine with that but plenty of people would be.

Being a virgin doesn't mean you don't know what you want. I watched enough porn to know exactly what I wanted my first time.

I was raised by a single mother my whole life and I never had issues with women because of it. If anything I would say it was the opposite, it was very natural for me to interact with girls both platonically and romantically. It seems that other guys rely too much on their father and peers for advice, and interact with women like they're some sort of alien species. I had to learn everything myself. It's probably a big reason why thinking about psychology became second nature to me.

I have a hard time believing that women would be so enamored by guys doing blue collar labor like cleaning gutters, mowing lawns, car maintenance. I think a real top tier male would hire someone to do all those things because his time is too valuable to waste on things like that. You wouldn't see Jeff Bezos mowing his lawn.

You can call it whatever you want, but a lot of girls are turned off by guys who sleep around. No one looks like a chad when they're covered in herpes sores.

It's weird to see RP guys acting so whipped. If I don't like what my wife wants to wear I can tell her that and she'll pick something else. I don't even demand it really, she just wants to wear what I think looks good. We almost always agree anyway.
/r/MarriedRedPill06/02/19 08:08 PM

Lmao I can't imagine having this trainwreck of a thought process every time my wife asks me my opinion. If you have to do this instead of just giving your honest opinion then you married the wrong person.

This is human nature in general. Girls that are too nice will also turn away guys. There needs to be a good balance and people at both extremes of nice/mean generally have issues.

I agree he should do whatever he wants. But lots of women and feminists in particular will argue against a man doing “whatever he wants” within the context of judging a woman’s sexual past. Lol who cares what "lots of feminists" argue about. There will always be some degenerate subset of people vehemently arguing that they're right and that everyone else needs to accept them. "Is there any valid reason if you ignore the valid reasons?" For me everything is better when it's brand new and unused by other people, no exceptions. I don't avoid buying used cars or houses because I'm insecure or jealous, I do it because I don't want to touch other people's used goods.

I felt ready to marry my girlfriend after a few days of knowing her because I could see that she was really intelligent, gorgeous, and had a great personality. She also never had a boyfriend before me which I thought was cool.

I worked as a software engineer after graduating university and then put irresponsible amounts of money into various cryptocurrencies. I got into multiple family arguments because at one point around 90% of my net worth was in the form of obscure internet coins. I feel good about diversifying since then.

I didn't say that souls don't exist. I said there is no good reason to believe they do. Logic 101. The thought of souls being real makes life more interesting and makes me feel better in general. It's a benefit with no cost, so for me it would actually be irrational to not believe in souls.

Her life decisions are an extension of her soul. I don't think it's superficial. Otherwise you could say things like "what if your soulmate got addicted to heroin through unfortunate circumstances? You might never meet them if you just superficially ignore all heroin addicts".

It's probably normal to wonder what being with other people is like. I don't see it as something she truly needs to experience.

Well trying to convince someone that you're a high quality person will naturally almost always have the opposite effect. I'm a self-made millionaire at 26, I graduated cum-laude without a lot of effort, I'm decent looking, I run 3 miles every day. I've also been dating my virgin girlfriend for a year now and I'm madly in love with her and want to marry her. Things just would not be nearly the same if she had been with another guy before me.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 02:37 PM

Sure, but men who would ghost you for that reason probably wouldn't consider marrying you even if you had put out.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 02:26 PM

That's a baseless generalization. I just like the thought of finding my soulmate, and that fantasy gets ruined if she's not a virgin. I'm pretty solid marriage material by most metrics so it's not like I'm some weird bum with overly high standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 02:19 PM
1

Lots of guys wouldn't do that. I've had feelings for a girl for multiple years when she only liked me as a friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 02:14 PM
1

I'd focus on my career to remain independent, while casually talking to/dating people online. I wouldn't have sex with any of them so I could filter for the most high quality guys who truly like me for my personality, and so I could use my virginity as a way to (try to) lock in a guy I finally decide to settle down with.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 01:34 PM

This is pretty accurate but most people won't appreciate it.
/r/TheRedPill04/06/18 03:43 PM

It's absurd to lie about that. Just be honest and if that is a dealbreaker, you weren't meant to be together. Lying to be with someone you're ultimately not compatible with doesn't seem right.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/18 03:24 AM

It's still a thing in the west. As far as marriage goes, I would prefer a virgin 6 over a slutty 10.

Do you want to buy a used car? It's cheaper, but then you have to deal with thinking about all the gross things people did to it. Someone who can easily afford the new car would never get a used one, but people who can't will be satisfied telling themselves "it's practically new, you can't even tell the difference"
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/18 06:44 AM

It should be acceptable to ask and discriminate on any arbitrary feature when it comes to dating. I would never date a girl who owns a cat.

being hygenic and attractive takes no effort for women. I think both of those take effort, but they're probably easier for women than men.

This makes me feel better about being unable to use any active dread techniques on my girlfriend. I care about her feelings too much and don't like the thought of intentionally giving her anxiety. I can see why it works for some people, but I I would rather be single than be in a relationship where active dread feels necessary.

So I’ve gotten through life with barely any exposure to the mechanical world. I married a very handy woman, but I myself can’t fix anything in the house and really don’t understand how things work. That's awesome, you can just let your wife fix everything.

A girl telling a guy she has a boyfriend as a form of rejection is uncomfortable for most girls, especially because most guys will say something like "don't flatter yourself, I was just being friendly". Your argument was basically that you want girls to put themselves in an awkward position instead of you putting yourself in that position by judging whether to buy her a drink or not. Of course she will be repulsed by your suggestion to make things harder for her/easier for yourself.
