People have been using words imprecisely and it leads to misunderstandings. That would not hold up in court. "Drunk" is not a precise term in any way, shape, or form. Keep in mind though that there's always a grey area that develops where even in court two reasonable people can have different interpretations. But that probably calls for more maturity than your average college student is capable of.

Just because you're incredibly drunk (note the qualifier, any level of drunk doesn't count) and have sex doesn't mean you were raped. Now, if he happened to have some kind of evidence that she had coerced him into acts that he was not normally willing to do purely because he was incapacitated via alcohol then he was raped. Remove the word "drunk" since it does this whole discussion a disservice. Add the word "incapacitated". When the law discusses this level of consent, it deals with levels of intoxication at which you are not aware of what is going on and/or practically unconscious. Blackout/pass out levels of drunk. One alcoholic drink does not make you incapacitated anywhere. When discussing drunk people and inability to consent, we're talking near-blackout levels of drunkenness. Which he was in this case, and she was not. She could still consent. He couldn't.

I don't agree at all. In any way. The person who makes what people want to buy deserves more money. They're filling a market need. Hard work is meaningless unless it's directed properly. How do you define "good music"? Music is inherently subjective, and Lil Wayne clearly has hit a much broader spectrum of people who enjoy his music than many of those other artists have. He's also done a better job of marketing it, selling it, etc. He deserves more money for that.

Society values both work and family. In order to meld the two, regulations like this are required. Reasonable levels of parental leave are not holding back companies in Europe from hiring potential parents. Excessive levels in some countries for maternal leave, on the other hand, are.
