| 1 | Why is noone talking about thisI dont get your point. So your saying "after she has the baby", well in my eyes this is responsibility of both parents. So if shes a single mum, she has the right to give away the child. If he was a single father then he has the right to give away the child. If the mother wanted to give it away, then I dont think she should be allowed to do so without the father consent.
