Fighting fire with fire?

Hopefully you shut down Twitter
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 05:48 AM

Definitely not but nice try.
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 05:40 AM

I don't really like these kind of trends but if it bothers those idiots, I guess it's alright.
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 05:28 AM
1

"Triggered" Another "trendy term"? I'm on your side, dude. Think for yourself.
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 05:23 AM
2

Well you do have a point.
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 05:19 AM

Is his name David Wells?
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 04:49 AM
5

LOL. More examples of female trickery!
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 04:48 AM
1

If you don’t believe in that way then you can simply expose them, and call them out on it and shame them for being jealous each time they make a remark. Interesting approach but I like it, calling them out on their bullshit.
/r/MGTOW22/10/18 03:56 AM
1

Awesome
/r/MGTOW21/10/18 05:07 PM

I've heard the opposite, that it is better not to have partners, although yes one would likely need help in certain areas (taxes, marketing, and the like). > The last dude I worked with told me I was the reason his wife didn't have to work. I quit working with him after he told me that. Haha
/r/MGTOW21/10/18 05:07 PM
1

That is inspirational. Great quote at the end.
/r/MGTOW21/10/18 05:06 PM

> I got tired of working for people and them getting the majority of the money, so I started my own company and kept the majority of money for myself doing the same thing. Yeah, seems that when working in a big company, there is no shortage of unproductive people that are subsidized by productive people.

I have a family member who considers reading a book as "doing nothing" and doesn't think twice about dropping in without calling.
/r/MGTOW21/10/18 01:39 AM
3

The fact of the matter is that you may be busier than the married people in your off time, since you have twice the chores.
/r/MGTOW21/10/18 01:38 AM
3

Fuck that shit On call should be rotational and EVERYBODY participates. If I were you, I'd find something else. Mountain biking is a childish activity, my ass. That's why you shouldn't share personal info with co-workers, they just use it against you.
/r/MGTOW21/10/18 01:37 AM
5

Fuck that shit. Didn't realize it was so common in IT.
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 10:40 PM
4

The solution? Don't tell anyone when you have a day off. This works unless you have a relative that drops in without calling like I do.
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 10:40 PM
5

Just because I have more free time (by my design), doesn't mean it's yours to take. Exactly
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 08:12 PM

I'll help immediate family move but that's about it. Fortunately extended family don't ask me to help them move either so it works both ways.

Sister in law tried to get me to watch her and my brother's dogs when they were going out of town. I had to say no multiple times to get her off my back, bitch wouldn't take no for an answer.

I've gotten that it at work, many times actually. I don't believe in the bad luck thing but it is not pleasant! What's the best way to respond to it?

I have been considering Amazon Prime but debating whether it's worth it or not. Perhaps not if they are increasing the price.

I thought professional wrestling was the male soap opera. How wrong I was! At least sports are somewhat of a meritocracy, unlike the modern corporate workplace. Don't tell me that modern movies or TV shows, full of leftist propaganda, are worth watching and/or discussing.
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 03:52 AM

Hmmmm...good catch.
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 03:43 AM

Enough with this NPC nonsense, why do people keep posting this acronym. They themselves are looking like "NPCs".
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 02:43 AM
1

Ah so that's what some of these guys mean about incels posting here
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 02:42 AM
3

Or focus on the people you actually have stuff in common with.
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 02:41 AM
2

I don't mind sports talk. It's a fairly neutral topic in which you can engage with others without talking personal stuff. But if you're not into sports, I can see how it could be annoying.
/r/MGTOW20/10/18 02:40 AM

What bubble are you living in?
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 04:56 PM

Good post. There is plenty of forced interaction with people you would otherwise not have anything to do with, especially in the workplace.
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 04:55 PM

why would he?
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 04:52 PM

Fucking ridiculous. Hopefully these companies that encourage this crap go bankrupt.
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 06:06 AM
3

A lot of the blame goes to the dumb cucks who kiss their asses.
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 04:52 AM
3

Lol. You'd think these people would rise above their base instincts but that's too much to ask for.
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 04:50 AM

Yeah what's with the demands made by damaged people?
/r/MGTOW19/10/18 04:50 AM

It does seem like people are more likely to reply to a post when they disagree. Look at an pro Trump article on a news site and everyone who responds bashes him . If it's an anti-trump article, everyone who supports him comes out of the woodwork. Funny how people prefer to disagree.
/r/MGTOW17/10/18 04:59 PM

Yikes. Although there is a difference between having a job and working. Too many wrap up their identities in a "job".
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 05:05 PM

I've thought about becoming a personal trainer/nutritionist but yeah probably better to hire one of your own.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 05:04 PM

Yup, I quit my last job by literally telling my boss to go fuck himself as I walked out the door. LOL. Was it a professional type job?

Yeah Fuck 'em

Hopefully you don't work a soul sucking corporate job! > All the people I know that quit working early died earlier in life. Every one of them?
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 05:02 AM

You serious? Admittedly I would probably end up spending too much time doing that lol.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 05:01 AM

How did you manage to do that?
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 05:00 AM
3

How about something similar involving managers in companies?
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 04:52 AM

Having similar thoughts, debating whether it's worth the climb. My boss is often miserable.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 04:49 AM

If he had a wife, she would probably divorce him!
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 04:47 AM

+1 Isn't it amazing how so many people are so similar and predictable? Stuff like this is posted quite often here.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 04:46 AM

Maybe so but the few who responded seems to think it's necessary to have this insurance.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 04:30 AM

Why are so many of these female profiles so negative? They spend so much of their profile talking about what they don't want.

/r/MGTOW12/10/18 05:38 AM

Were you tough on them growing up and take your frustrations out on them? Are you constantly negative and bring them down when feeling good? You don't have to answer but a couple of possible theories why they don't go out of their way to reach out. Instead of relying on them for your happiness, maybe you need to find happiness from within or from other sources and not rely on them. It can go both ways, parents can try and steer their kids in a direction that benefits themselves, not that you do …

He has admitted that he was married 4 times and claims that is what helped shape his views. He doesn't really owe anyone anything. The guy has more than enough money to live on. I think part of it is that he was looking out for Gary, Dino, etc who will be out of jobs after this live stream is done.
/r/MGTOW10/10/18 05:37 AM

Ok, my bad.
/r/MGTOW10/10/18 05:32 AM

What makes you think he doesn't take his own advice?
/r/MGTOW09/10/18 05:53 AM

He gives excellent advice, yet he doesn't take it himself. What advice would that be? Also I dislike the fact that he stopped doing his show for monetary reasons. What makes anyone entitled to his time free of charge?
/r/MGTOW09/10/18 05:13 AM
1

True. Thanks for the insight.
/r/MGTOW09/10/18 05:09 AM

True. I've heard it's better to ignore, be polite, but that just invites more of it. Some people are obsessed with getting attention, whether positive or negative.

> Either you are his bitch or he is yours Does it have to be that way? We're at the same position level, why not be equals? After all, in these politically correct times, we're all supposed to be equal, regardless of work ethic or merit, right? If anything, I should be the one bullying him since I've been in the field a lot longer . I get your point tho, it's a shame one has to resort to that just to keep assholes like this in check. I'll have to re-read that book. Read it years ago, great b…

That's part of the problem, I'm focused on work (because most of the others don't know how to do what I do) and not really good at coming up with anything clever anyway. Guess I need to figure out some canned responses in advance.
/r/MGTOW07/10/18 04:53 PM

Step 1: What if there is an audience? Previously his comments were one on one but the last couple were when other people were around. Step 2: There is a somewhat steep learning curve and he needs my help more than I need his. We are sometimes the only two in the office so it can be pretty uncomfortable if we don't engage at all , however. Step 3: What if he has the higher ups manipulated into liking him? He will bring them food and gifts. He also makes snarky comments toward them at times (not t…

Yeah they do suck it dry! I'm seeing it happen to one older relative who is being cared for dementia. You can take care of yourself and control it to a certain extent, but if one lives long enough, there is a good chance that care will be needed eventually.
/r/MGTOW07/10/18 04:46 PM

Got it, I think. So make fun of his favorite sports team (if he has one) but don't call him a fat ass?

/r/MGTOW07/10/18 04:00 AM

So retaliate without getting emotional? I think I need to switch gears a bit. I don't get emotional but either ignore it or give him an underwhelming response. Need to think of some canned responses in advance I guess. This is a relatively new and young guy trying to make a name for himself. He makes snide/sarcastic comments to others as well. Seems that everyone is too polite to put this guy in his place. He has a manipulative personality that makes you think he's pretty cool one minute and the…

That sounds relaxing, the second option. What would you do on a beach in the winter?
/r/MGTOW01/09/18 06:11 AM

I have thought about kayaking as well. Looking for another activity to complement bike riding. I thought I'd give the beach a shot but I'm not a swimmer and you can bake in the sun doing anything.

That would be good for questions about the weekend. How about a week long vacation?
/r/MGTOW29/08/18 06:45 AM

I've told a couple people over the years that 'I'm just here to do my job, and get paid'. If the conversation wasn't work related, I'm not interested, I'm there to make money, not friends. How did they react? There is this dude in a nearby department who pretty much has nothing to do, and walks around most of his day talking to people. What exactly does it mean to "keep skills up to date"? If one knows the fundamentals, you can pickup something new pretty quick. If it's about learning the new flavor of the day, it will be obsolete before long. There is so much technology out there that nobody is going to know it all....or even come close. That is why this industry is f***ed. There is no clear career path. In Accounting, you get an Accounting degree and then a CPA and/or MBA. This industry is a free for all.

Only 25? Damn! Better him than you though. My sis in law is a loud mouth. She's tried to manipulate me into doing stuff like babysitting their dogs, even after I said no. Likes to take cheap shots every once in awhile. She even tried setting me up with a single mother friend of hers. Ugh.
/r/MGTOW28/08/18 06:35 AM

Is she controlling and somewhat of a narcissist? If so, I can relate! Has she tried setting you up with any of her friends?

I found all of my work without linked in or convention Same here. Three of my four last jobs were from newspaper ads and the other from monster.com.

He gets anywhere from 15-50 per dinner from what he's said.

That's one issue I have with him is his politics. I give him credit for talking about subjects others won't talk about but can't listen when he talks politics.
/r/MGTOW28/08/18 04:33 AM

Good question. The ironic thing is that these same people usually spend most of their day f*cking around and then send e-mails off hours to make it look like they are slaving away.
/r/MGTOW27/08/18 04:56 PM
1

I've noticed that. I once had a co worker brag about how many hours he worked as if that's supposed to be a badge of honor (and the truth is he probably spent more time NOT working than actually working). Almost called him a sucker but he was above me in rank so it probably would not have been a good idea.
/r/MGTOW27/08/18 04:55 PM
1

Yeah crazy, isn't it? As if co-workers can be trusted. > I suspect they don't have many meaningful interests and are desperate to feel like their lives matter in some way, so the answer is to slave away. +1
/r/MGTOW27/08/18 06:14 AM

Or they expect to be able to take advantage of you
/r/MGTOW27/08/18 06:11 AM

They don't even have to be parents. Plenty of singles allow themselves to be taken advantage of....usually to benefit the non-singles in their department.
/r/MGTOW27/08/18 06:10 AM

> (5) They all brag about slaving so hard at their corporations that they get no sleep and have no time for hobbies. Every time they meet, it's like a competition to prove who proudly slaves the hardest. Bragging about being taken advantage of. Yeah what's up with that shit? Crazy how people are easily manipulated by their employers.

I'd go with Mike, a very common name lol.

As long as you go with and not against the current. :) I was on vacation recently and notice these people going against the current but it makes sense if they park someone and need to get back to their vehicles. Good point though, I did not realize that. I will keep that in mind when starting out.

Yep if a younger couple is in public, the guy usually looks miserable lol.

There are plenty of older couples, or the woman goes in and the dude sits in the parking lot lol.

Have you also noticed that your females co-workers almost never have pictures of their husbands on their desks? They'll have pics of their kids but not husbands.

Haven't been to a beach in awhile but will check out that option. I think I'd probably start out in lakes although river kayaking sounds like fun.

Do you fish from it? Thought about getting one of those. I will keep an eye open, thanks.

/r/MGTOW26/08/18 03:40 AM

Whenever I go on a date after having met through an app it's ALWAYS a game of what did she bald faced LIE about. Either that or it's 'how disposable does this girl make me feel?'. Or how much fatter or older than she looked in her pics.

Kayaking is something I've been wanting to try. Do you own a kayak or rent? If you own one, how do you transport it? Do you usually go to rivers or lakes? I thought about renting one just to try it out, seems like things like this are usually done in groups tho.

I'm thinking someone older (and still somewhat attractive for her age), maybe already has (older) kids and doesn't want more.

But they try to portray themselves as if they and their lives are perfect.

Or you start talking to her and she bitches and moans about her job right off the bat. How about "I like to go out and stay in". No shit, so does everyone else! > read from the same playbook. I have an uncle (who is ironically single) that is like this. He got pissy with me once because I didn't buy his car and I wouldn't buy the kind of car he wanted me to be (he's a shade tree mechanic). My mother once told me that he's jealous of me for whatever reason. I'll talk to him during holidays but otherwise keep my distance. I don't take my card to him to work on it anymore after he bitched and did a shitty job the last time I took it to him.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:53 AM

Should have went the Leykis 101 route, eh?
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:30 AM

She makes good money but imagine she spends a lot too. She's having a new townhouse built and hired an interior decorator to help with that.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:29 AM
2

She said she'll have health insurance for life if she stays until 50. But yeah, no more income coming in unless she has a pension that starts that early.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:27 AM
3

You could very well be right. She spoke of her old friend from school moving to the same town (whose husband happened to transfer to the same area). They have kids and she has apparently been helping look after them. Maybe she decided she wants one of her own at the ripe age of 42. Maybe she doesn't love her job as much as she said. Then again, maybe she does. Hard to tell.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:25 AM
1

Maybe so although she was telling me that her boss has already pretty much appointed her as the successor.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:18 AM
2

She hasn't really given me reason not to go out with her again. With that being said, I am pretty skeptical. What if she asks me where I work? I'm sure that question will likely come up if we go out again. We work in the same town and I'm not too comfortable sharing that info in case we have mutual contacts.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:17 AM
2

That's a good question and not a question I can really answer.
/r/MGTOW13/08/18 04:10 AM
1

Lol true. Although if she retires at 50, she has medical insurance for life from her employer.
/r/MGTOW12/08/18 05:09 PM
4

Yep. She was pretty interested in hearing about my job and work. I'm sure she was trying to gauge how much I make and all that. She told me wear she worked and all that, probably thinking I would reciprocate. I didn't tell her where I work. She did ask what industry and I told her but was kinda vague. Didn't want to share yet in case we have mutual contacts since we work in the same town.
