Ah. Well I'm sure someone more used to this stuff would probably give you a better answer, but I'm assuming you're a lifeguard. In that position I'd just make sure I look sexy as hell and wait for someone to approach me instead.

For people your in close proximity to for most of the time, wouldn't it be better to just slowly build a relationship instead of trying to immediately pick someone up?

I think it's a bit of a stretch is all. I don't see the point in searching for places to apply the term pussy pass to. Also I said people in the sub, not the sub itself. I wouldn't be here if the sub itself promoted misogyny. I also wanna apologize for saying you missed the point, it's clear you didn't. I still think what you're saying is a stretch, but I see where you're coming from.

Can't tell if troll or if irony exists on another plane of existence

There wouldn't be much point in that.

Dunno why you're getting downvoted. You're right.

Also been on my mind in a while. It's a bit relieving to know other people have been thinking the same. As for the rule thing, I would say to just use your best judgement. It's not like the mod will roast you for incorrect reporting.... unless the mod is an asshole.

Enthusiasm is appreciated, though I feel like you're getting the wrong takeaway. This post is talking about the recent influx of posts that are taking that a bit too far and end up downright misogynistic. Apparently a lot of people are thinking this sub is a hub for incels and misogynists because... it's honestly slowly becoming that way. If you see any posts that take it a bit too far, remember to downvote and report the post to your local moderator.

I'm sure he just doesn't want to invite the scrutiny that'd be involved. To be honest, he isn't granting a pussy pass. The people giving her the pussy pass are the ones who'd end up calling him unreasonable, and getting on his ass about an honestly completely reasonable response.

You're right. However the post will at least raise awareness about it. If more people in the sub dissuade that behavior and gets those types of posts removed, then it'll be better in the long run. Not saying we can completely remove incels... but I am saying that it's worth suppressing them somewhat.

A lot of this I feel is completely wrong. They aren't taking advantage since they're asking for permission. The pros and cons are immediately evident to the recipient of that, and thus, the guy isn't being taken advantage of. Only a female can say "take me out & buy me X & I'll suck your cock." I agree with this, but I don't think that this has anything to do with a pussy pass. What if she was talking to another woman and was offering to "eat her out" or whatever? In that situation, the expect…

In other words... those men shouldn't have a.... pussy pass?! ( ಠ ͜ʖಠ)

By trying to argue about the semantics of what a pussy pass is, you completely miss the point of the discussion. I can't tell if you're being a troll or if you're honestly just dumb as fuck.

Yeah... but I think that shows that we probably needed it. I'm not going to say that it'll do much in stopping people, since the idiots that the OP is talking about probably won't pay this much mind, but I think it helps raise some awareness so that we can try cracking down on incel/misogynistic posts a bit more.

It's not a pussy pass. It's just what happens when you have a lot of people on a subreddit promoting incel/misogynistic stuff. I don't know you and I'm going to try not to judge you on a single comment you've made, but what you've said makes me worry that you might've missed the point.

It's just the given result when there's so many idiots who don't understand something so simple. It's a shame this had to be written in the first place.

Honestly I think that one switches around a lot. There's a lot of times when a woman is loud and abrasive and people just consider her annoying, and other times when a man is loud and abrasive and is seen as a visionary.

Honestly, I can understand why something like this doesn't have a TL;DR. Haven't been to this sub too much lately, but I can tell this shit be frustrating.

Man, this is always the worry when you see posts like this lmao. Really hard to tell if someone is truly just trying to have logical convo or trying to exert some type of superiority for no reason.

This is something true for most people I think, not just woman. I think it's just easier to find intelligent people among your own gender since most of the intelligent people of the opposing gender will tend to have more anxiety talking with your gender. Intelligent girls who crave logical conversation aren't rare but can still be hard to find. As long as your version of logical conversation isn't an attempt to rationalize or justify a bunch of things, you should find that type of girl eventuall…
