What are your lifts? You should absolutely not be giving any kind of lifting advice if you're advocating a program because it "doesn't leave you sore". If you're not sore after you leave the gym (sore as in fatigued, if you have actual pain from lifting then again you shouldn't be giving advice because your form is garbage) then you are not training hard enough.

I know this man thats why I'm pissed off. I need to go out and meet other girls but the cycle just repeats. I was OBSESSED with this chick at the start of the year, thought she was perfect and everything. I started hooking up with another girl and instantly the girl I was obsessed with faded from memory, but the new girl just took her place. It's frustrating as I can identify the patterns but just can't control my emotions

But how do you go about accepting yourself? I know I have low self-esteem but I don't know how to go about improving it.

It's always the quiet ones. I was getting to know this girl once who was your stereotypical quiet Asian girl who trembled and got really nervous when you'd talk to her one on one. At the time I felt like I should take things slow since she was so hesitant and I was afraid going to fast would scare her off. She invited me out to a gathering one night and we got closer, made out a few times but no sex. She seemed really interested in me, asking me tonnes of questions about myself, my life, motivat…

Sounds like your ego's taken a hit. You say you thought you would be absolutely fine with breaking up with her and that you EXPECTED her to be clingy after the break-up and try to contact you. Since she hasn't contacted you at all and seemingly moved on so quickly, maybe you're sub-consciously questioning just how much power/how much you meant to her in the relationship. I think its normal. I had similar circumstances recently where I had a falling out with a girl, but since I perceived myself, …

I thought the whole purpose of TRP was focusing on yourself, not seeking validation from women and not putting the pussy on the pedestal. If you're saying that the "right of passage" to be able to post on this forum is to get regular pussy, won't that make people who are new to the sub "put the pussy on the pedestal" so that they are able to post here?

Just talk to him dude, let him know you'll be there to help him. I feel somewhat the way he feels now and I wish I had someone close to go through this journey with, hes lucky to have you in his life

Don't fuck prostitutes dude. I do the same shit as you. I had a girl TELL ME after a party where we were making out and feeling each other up that I was going back to her house. I went back, we were both in our underwear lying in her bed. She starts tickling me (i'm not ticklish), I play along and start tickling her back, she says shes not ticklish either unless you "find the right spots", I laugh nervously and do nothing, we chat for a while and go to sleep. She never talked to me again. I have…

Yeah actually come to think of it if for some reason I was put in a position where I was pressured to disclose I would just tell them. It wouldn't really matter to them. The only reason I'm hesitant of doing it is because there is a girl in the group which is supposedly interested in me. We were making out a while ago at a club, she left me to go off with some random guy, tried to come back to me and I apparently told her to fuck off. I guess i'm thinking if she finds out I haven't had sex in 2 …

"Also, girls want guys that they think other girls want. Pre-selection, my friend. If you broadcast that you are some sorry-ass, no-play-getting motherfucker, you will soon become a sorry-ass, no-play-getting motherfucker" This is why I don't want to reveal it. They would never ask me straight out, it's just with the card games that are played sometimes the question comes up and everyone else who gets it is always open about it.

Yeah I thought this was the way to go. I guess i'm just over-thinking it. It's not my fault they think I have this reputation

Thanks for all your replies. I had made the decision to just move on. Then she texted me saying she wanted to let me know again that she was really sorry. What do?

I'm reading that currently but i'm not getting a great deal from it aside from "looking out for your needs, putting yourself first, being happy with yourself and not seeking the approval of others (particularly women)". Everything else seems to be tailored towards guys who are in LTRs and are complete pushovers

Hey, good to hear someones in a similar situation. I'm currently reading that book right now haha. It's speaking volumes to me about putting yourself first and having self worth etc. But a lot of it I can't really relate to. I'm not a complete pushover (I don't do anything and everything to please others), i'm just a bit of a pussy.

Yeah I know it sounds pathetic. I had an experience once though where I slept in a girls dorm with her after a first date and didn't make a move. She told me the next morning that if I had tried anything on with her she would have kicked me out and never spoke to me again. We ended up dating for 6 months. She was a virgin though so I guess that was the difference. But fk, it's hard to accept that everything you've been lead to believe women want is actually the complete opposite.

I know a lot of the advice given on here is to lift but lifting wont help me, I've been using it as a way to cope for ages. I'm currently 5'9 165 pounds 8% bodyfat and already get a lot of attention for my physique - the women that "throw themselves" at me typically start off by complimenting me on my body. I'm just really struggling with mental aspect. I think these girls look at me and just want to fk. Then when I don't make a move they think something is wrong with me, they ghost and then I f…
