Are you a woman on a college campus who actually experienced this? Because I can assure you that these "groups of girls and mentors...who make it their business to convince students that for a female, a regretted sexual experience equal rape" are as mythological (and nonexistant) as unicorns.

If you knew, or should have known, that someone's intoxication substantially incapacitated them to the extent that they are not able to appraise the nature of their conduct, there is not valid consent. (Usually sexual battery) Likewise, if you give someone intoxicating substances with the purpose of incapacitating them for a sexual purpose, there is no valid consent AND you are even MORE criminally liable. (Usually rape) If you don't believe me, check out your state's code or applicable statutes…

Negative. Taking advantage of an intoxicated person is AT LEAST sexual battery in most jurisdictions.

Unfortunately, in most jurisdictions, one can not give consent if one is under the influence of intoxicating substances.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
