My dogs are 4 and 3, I've been working a job for not quite two years that allows me to work from home, but prior to that my office was close enough that I could go home for lunch time walks. Honestly they're very adjusted to my work schedule, so they're pretty lazy during my work day. I take them for morning walks which helps a lot. Dog walking services are great if you aren't in a position to get home for lunch.

Boys aren't exempt from being victims of pedophilia.

“At your local vape shop” I wheezed.

Agreed. Anyone who knows me for even a day knows that I’m a salty kind of girl. I stay snacking.

Right?! Thankfully my mom taught me well and I managed to get through my teen years without falling prey to the “appeal” of an older guy. I quit that job shortly after and brought the jelly beans to school to give to friends who all agreed that the dude was creepy as hell.

Whew. When I turned 17 I was working at a grocery store, there was a man in his mid to late 20's from another department who had a crush on me. For my birthday he sent a jar with 365 jelly beans in it. One for each day until he could legally ask me out. It was gross, on multiple levels because I don't even like jelly beans.

There’s a big element of (assumed) premeditation, he had recreated a police car an had at least part of either a real, or very convincing fake uniform.

Thank you. I’m still in shock. Everyone is.

Yeah. The details I’ve heard about it are extremely horrific. I watched the press conference today where they said they are dealing with 16 separate crime scenes.

Everything is just speculation at this point.

Wow, I didn't expect to see my home on this subreddit. Yesterday and today have been awful for everyone in this Province. Details are expected to be released in the coming days. There are still more victims to be found in the five homes this horrible person burned to the ground, and victims need to be identified before a timeline is released. It's an extremely sad day for Canada.

Also no events = will rely on you far too much for entertainment and insecurities will come full force when you have your own things going on.

A guy could have everything going for him but if he is boring no thank you. Although I’m curious as to what you would consider to be boring?

It may be because it’s a leap year. There’s an Irish tradition where leap day is referred to as bachelors day, where women can propose to men, and if the man refuses he has to buy her a silk dress or a fur coat. Which I find hilarious.

I once had a male coworker who would say the most out of line things out of frustration. One day I eventually had it and said "if you're not feeding me or funding me you don't get to act like this". At the time I found it hilarious but now I don't care what you're doing for me, you don't get to go off on me regardless. Also, baby yoda content always gets an upvote from me.

It's similar to the 90 day probationary period with a new job. Give it, at minimum, three months to see those "true colours" come through.

I'm a pretty bad liar, so I have a strict don't ask don't tell policy with anything that I consider too personal, and in my experience HVM don't ask this kind of thing.

You’re not like other girls/women. Loosely translates to: I hold your whole gender in an extremely low regard but I’m willing to make an exception for you, for now.

This is so important. I hate the expectation that we just halt literally whatever we're doing to check our phone, and then respond immediately. It's not even an excuse, it's just life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
