find some activity to do that has to be done in groups. Think of dancing lessons, volley ball games, yoga class .... endless options. And the quality of women you could meet there are way better than the one you meet in bars or clubs.

I am on my way, I am trying to be more disciplined but it's really hard to change my whole lifestyle. The point is that it takes time and needs patience and I will be so frustrated if I will be wasting my time and getting in good is not really helping. That's why I am asking you guys

I am following some martial art class beside lifting, together they boost my confidence to the level that I am a bit arrogant (in the good way) given that I have a nice and well paid job as an engineering nerd. But it still doesn't help, I think I need to be in a more proper shape to increase my chances, specially in the night scene

As Luis said get good at dancing. I am good at Latin dance as well as Disco music. If you are REALLY good at dancing it gives you a chance to escalate physically with dancing without so much resistance from them or looking like a pervert. 70% is to get closer stick your torsos together while dancing (the upper part is fine). What was holding her back that we know each other from the class and we see each other every week, otherwise I am sure she will be more wild. I think she is afraid if I slept with her I will go and tell the guys what I did to her.

I can't disagree with you. I was not bold enough to ask her home, the problem is that I see her at least one time a week and I was afraid that things will get awkward after. Now I realized that what I thought about was total bullshit. I should have been more direct
