No I get it dude a year ago if I had a big red button to nuke the world I would have pressed it. Idk how to explain it and I know you’re not me, but once I truly began to realize I like who I am as a person I just kinda stopped being so angry all the time, it’s so much easier to bite my tongue and let things go. All I can do is share my own experiences, once I buried my old self with Christ and let him resurrect me like he did I was able to make huge progress in not being so angry all the time.

Bury your old self man. Learn to be someone you love being around, peace with yourself is the most important step because at the end of it all, that’s the only person you’ll have on this earth

If she didn’t cheat, abuse, or abandon you then act on your feelings and try to save it. Buuuuuuuuuut from my personal experience it gets way better, like yeah some nights are lonely cause I got no game but not getting screamed at when I come home from work is nice 🙂

Praying for you buddy, if it can be saved go for it. But if you know deep down in your heart it can never be, you’ll get through all the pain and hurt you’re feeling now.

Fantastic, especially when you first get started. A completely different kind of cardio. Really has a great community feel too, a good gym can make you feel like part of a team whether you compete or not.

Absolutely plenty of older guys start, heck I just rolled with one last week. Just let the younger guys who are out for blood know that you’d rather flow roll than get hurt

It’s tough, I was sad at the time and effort wasted, and got even sadder that my life was 10x better after she left

I’ll pray for you brother. While it is important to vent this kind of talk needs to be let go, don’t make it your normal. You’re not this hateful person, don’t act like it.

This is the realest advice a man ever gives to another.

Yeah honestly it is if you know she’s someone you could spend the rest of your life with. Being a husband and a provider was kick ass, the one I picked just happened couldn’t stay committed to me.

It’s okay, you’ll heal and things will get better my friend. You are not abandoned, just stop the self destructive behaviors and worry about being the best you.

Well let me see if I can explain it coherently. My ex was mean as a rattlesnake tbh, so I am grateful because she certainly helped me get tough. But when I got done being miserable that our marriage was over I came to the realization that I had just been letting life happen to me for so long. I became financially literate, I deepened my relationship with Christ and truly feel saved now, I am just better at managing my time and accomplishing what I say I’m going to do, and I’m just less stressed …

It’s so true, it’s funny how many people I know that have told me that my divorce was the best thing to ever happen to me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
