I can only think of 3 uses women have in this day and age: manipulation (mostly in business) sexual recreation (soon to be obsoleted by sexbots) procreation ( to be obsoleted by bots) FIFY :)

I think it is time to remove the 'negative' promises from the women's vows. It's not like they care about it anyway and might clue the groom into what's coming.

Why not ask the men themselves? If "half of Japanese men in their 20s and 30s" are the subject, that's a significant number and they shouldn't be that hard to find. Hey now, we are not here to find the actual problem, we are here to blame someone else.

God, that was so beautiful it made me tear up. sniff Oh dear, have a big hug you poor, unappreciated woman!

I am happy to do the uncle thing. I am always happy to see them, never yell at them, and now they ask me what they fear asking mom because I tell them the truth.

I object to this man being enslaved to this woman. Please release him!

Would like to be happy and change You have made your happiness dependant upon a woman. This is what you need to change. How? Think about a time you couldn't care less about women. Sure, go back to the preteen years of 'girls are gross'. You probably rode bikes, went fishing, camping, played games with the guys, had hobbies, etc. Really, this is not kid stuff and adults don't get to do that. Sure they do. Try again those things from decades past, laugh at all you have forgotten, and enjoy.

Try it without any female 'help' or 'advice' and see if things don't turn out better.

Looking forward to it. In the meantime, there was a link called prodivorce that can give you inspiration.

My thoughts exactly. Or she knows that if she stays X more years and gets him to buy a house then she'll clean up.

I'm going against the grain and say all are forced. Why? If women were decent to us then we would happily be with them. However, we all either experienced first hand what kind of shit a man goes through or watched someone we care about go through it. The horror of the bad drives us away as much as a mountain of putrid shit would.

I am glad it is archived. I hate the PC censorship that erases what people really think. It tells them their opinion doesn't matter and what they said didn't happen.

You'd think. Look at the thread now and all the censoring and deleted comments by the mods: https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMen/comments/2ft02u/men_who_dont_want_to_get_married_why/ Looks like they really didn't want to know the answer.

How much does it cost to a man to "marrying down"? At least half plus child support.

Good news for that lucky third...

edit: Apparently it's not a clear progression. Zero partners is the lowest chance of divorce but after that it doesn't rise in a linear fashion. So, if you are not her first, you are her current.

So, does that mean an ex husband can get the money his ex sues for when she was a college slut and now knows the trauma she suffered from the chads?

Now now, imagine the courage it takes to talk about a rape that happened. Doesn't it take twice the courage to talk about one that didn't? /s

“People living alone need more housing,”..... No. All I need is a studio apartment. That is usually about 500 Sq feet.

"I want to meet a person who has the same quality of life as me, who likes to eat out at good restaurants, who likes to travel and stay in nice hotels, and that does require a certain level of income," she agreed. Hey, I like those things too. Know any women who can pay for all of this? How about half, I'll settle for half.

Living alone is peaceful. A refuge from the world. Living with someone is just going from the job that pays to the one that costs.

I don't view MGTOW to be allied with red pill or men's rights at all. I also don't see the reason why he included a femininst dismissal. If anyone wants to dismiss us, then do so. We have already dismissed you.

This worries me. No matter how much I make, a woman can out spend me.

I have heard that doesn't work. When it is all of them, the judge will say it deprived them of representation and will allow who they choose to go ahead.

I am afraid my good, long time friend, thinks that he has this fourth time (married). When he told me he was getting married, he immediately said he didn't want to hear anything about AWALT. OK. We will see if this is a unicorn.

Now you don't know what the fuck happened because Disney told you that you would meet Prince Charming one day and he never came. I have a similar problem. I expected to meet Snow White. What happened? But you chose to treat a lot of those men like shit and only settled for men who treat you like shit. Ah. That explains it.

Two can be as sad as one, it's the loneliest number next to number one... It's actually worse to be married and alone than alone. You get to watch someone every day treat you like an obstacle. I use meetup.com to find groups that share my hobbies and interests.

But can women add to your happiness? No. They can be enjoyable at times but this is few and far between the times where you have to make them happy. And disappoint them again...

"So u/autoadmit, what's it like going home to an empty apartment?" Peaceful. After I visit married family and friends and come home; I sit in my living room and feel at ease. No demands, arguments, assignments, projects, etc. I do what I want when I want. Sometimes, I don't want to do anything. Try that in a marriage!

If you criminalize sex robots, only criminals will have sex robots. Like me.

Is it possible that young women of the near future will feel pressure not just to look like porn stars but also to perform like robots, ever available and always eager to please? You mean like married men are required to do now?

Maybe I am wrong...I think it's 23% then.
/r/MGTOW25/05/16 10:25 PM

My math is not up to snuff. So... Taking the bullshit number of 20% of women are now raped, and that there has been an 85% decrease, than what percentage of women were raped before? This logic should produce some number north of 50%

I think society programmed you into believing you needed a wife, family, money, house, etc. or you are a failure. However, you may actually like the solitude. Hiking, fishing, camping are all fine and enjoyable. You are also Internet connected.

I like my Android smartphone but before I had a Garmin nuvi which is great. I remember there was a way to add any voice for navigation and someone made one from a video game (don't remember which one) but that voice didn't read Street names like the built in ones do.

Instead, she has rented a succession of places from what she calls 'unscrupulous landlords' and currently lives in a tiny cottage for which she pays £1,095 a month. She has moved three times in the past three years, twice because the rental properties were sold from under her feet. The third move was because the house was impossible to heat as the landlord refused to replace the substandard boiler, making Liz's heating bills astronomical. 'I was miserable for a long time. Who wants to be renting…

the most painful part of late-life divorce isn't losing your husband, it's... losing your home Of course he lost his home, his wife and his kids but I'm sure he deserved it since you were UNHAAAAAAAPPPPPPPYYYYYY

Positive Would say something that would give me pause to think. She must have been quoting some philosopher but I did enjoy that. No one gave me grief that "I'm not a man" "When are you going to find a girlfriend" etc. Negative: Geez, where to start?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
