I have never lived in a town that small, to be clear. 500 is INSANELY small. I'm sure you know that, but regardless of that truth, it's still going to feel like that town is the whole world, to a certain extent. I'm sure from being on the internet, you know that there are plenty of people that share your hobbies. Check out r/MensLib. It's a large subreddit dedicated to discussing men's issues, but from a pro-feminist perspective. Most people there are also leftists, so you'll find a lot of people who agree that the primary social contradiction is class-based, while also understanding that sexism and the patriarchy play a huge role and also hurt many men as well.
